I was heading back north from wintering at Jetty Park Campground and thought I had a bad bearing on my travel trailer. CTC Truck Repair determined something was loose inside my tire and referred me to Gatto for evaluation. They got me in quickly and averted a travel day disaster. It turned out to be a loose internal tire pressure sensor, which they repaired very quickly. I can't say enough good about their concern and expert service. Ron deserves a big raise!

I've been going here for about 7 years and they're my go-to for maintenance on my vehicles. Friendly, professional. and they provide good service at a decent rate. Also, my wife reminded me to mention that when she calls or needs to visit the shop they're polite and respectful.

IMPORTANT & TRUE - GATTO'S TIRES IN COCOA, FL IS HONEST I had the misfortune of taking my Grand Cherokee Jeep to Boniface Heirs for my 60K on 12/29/23. I always go to Gatto's in Cocoa, but I thought I needed that 60K with a jeep dealer to maintain a warranty. Boniface contacted me to let me know that instead of just an oil change... I needed a Drive Shaft @$1600.00, also I needed new Rotors and Brakes @ $1350.00 and a water pump @ $750.00 The final bill with oil and differential fluid change would be almost $5000.00. I left in tears. My husband told me to call David at Gatto's where I go for regular maintenance - They were awesome. The conversation was that they questioned how my Jeep with 60K could have all of these issues. They checked my car thoroughly for each of the issues listed and drove it. They found none of these things wrong. It is terrible that I was lied to and put through this. Thank goodness I called Gattos in Cocoa and David told me they would check my car out and he would call me. He could have confirmed any or all of what I was told but instead - THEY ARE HONEST! He assured me I did not have any of these problems except a leaky water pump which I am happy to have them fix. I am grateful to Gatto's Tires in Cocoa and I will tell anyone to go there and be sure they can trust their word and their work. Sadly, this won't fix the dealership that lied to me and tried to take me for $5000.00 but... it does confirm I will never take any of my cars anywhere else but Gatto's. We were moving a 16' W x 132'L and GVW was 200,000 and we blew a tire, we called and and Grant dispatched sooner that we expected, the tech they sent was awesome and installed 2 tires and we were back on the road no time.Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Horrible experience they did the alignment and left loose bolts then blamed it on the person who previously worked on my truck witch was also them. The manger is a complete liar. Refunded me my money but I will be taking them to court for the damages on my truck. Please beware of this company(Response to Owner) You have absolutely no clue what went on. For 1.no one worked on truck after your alignment. Only your company 2. Their was loose bolts from where your company did the alignment. The car never drove fine after that s why we brought it back. Your company then tells me I have front end damage they never said this before when they said they completed alignment perfectly fine.You guys are complete liars. Couldn t even complete a alignment properly. You left loose bolts. What type of mechanic are your employees?People I promise this company will mess your vehicle up. Please take your car elsewhere and avoid the headache I m having to deal with because of this company s carelessness. If they mess up it s oh it wasn t me as you see!

UPDATE! Still the best. These guys are so accommodating. I needed oil and wiper fluid and they top me up.Thanks Jacob!Wow! Great shop, 1st timer. Excellent skills on the phone, front desk and especially with communication while they had my car. David and all the guys were very nice. Highly recommend this shop for repairs. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Had simi tire changed (had my own spare). Cheeper than bravard tire. A little time consuming but worth it. Will use again if in area. Once on my truck (my turn) didn't take long. 1st come 1st serve.

Excellent experience for RV 35 ft.motor home...Oil change and generator Oil change ,cked all fluids, filters replaced.checked tires. Reasonable prices...

I drive an older car and asked them to do a "Road Trip Special" on it before I left town. See the photo of the coupon attached indicating that in addition to an oil change they would top off all the fluids, check the brakes, belts, and hoses, among other things. When I was paying the bill at the counter I asked how everything looked. The fellow looked confused but then said that everything was fine and had been checked out. Something just did not seem right so I had someone else check the car out later that day. It turned out that the power steering and brake fluids were low, there was almost no washer fluid, and a brake light was out. They had not checked anything. The real problem is that they told me that they had. I called Gatto's to see what happened but no one would addressed my concerns. What a shame.

Amazing experience from the minute I called to schedule an appointment. This is the first time I service my car outside of the dealership and the experience couldn t be better! I was given an estimated time for the completion of the service and it was finished before the time. Also I had a coupon which they honored even though I wanted the same quality of oil the dealer uses. The service manager, David Smith, was polite and cheerful. Ron, assistant service manager, made me feel as if I was doing business with them for a long time! This is exactly how a business should be run, keeping customers as a priority! Thanks 100%.

I ve lived in this area for about 10 years now and I ve always gone here to get my oil change. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly and they ve all been working there a long time too. Says a lot about a business when they can keep long term employees.

I have been coming here for years to have my vehicle worked on. The staff is amazing and I refuse to go anywhere else. Love y'all, never change. Shout out to Ron in the front for always giving me a good laugh when I come in for service

I have a 20 year old Dodge dually lifted 6 in 37 in tires.The ghetto team basically rebuilt the hole underneath plus lots of work under the hood and it rides like a new truck. I've been everywhere in Brevard county nobody can do what they do, very knowledgeable and friendly. Customer for life. I can't even express how much I appreciate what you have done for me. THANK YOU!!!!!

My son and I own the AAMCO Transmission and Total Car Care in Cocoa. One of our customers had a nail in her tire. For a little background, she is an elderly lady whose husband had recently passed. I told her we don t do tires, but I would make sure it was taken care of. I called Eric at Gatto s and he said to bring it right over. They knocked it out while I waited and didn t charge my customer! Awesome shop with awesome people. I highly recommend them.

When you think you have a bad tie rod end, go to Gatto s! Turns out they were just fine, but the alignment I got from a local shop hardly a month ago was not. All sorts of things were out of wack which led me to believe the ends were failing, and it would ve been worse had I not trusted Gatto s and their staff. There s a reason why Gatto s is all over the radio and TV.On a side note, the staff and mechanics here are A plus. Military friendly and every single one knows their stuff when it comes to vehicles and customer service. Not a single unpleasant interaction while I waited for my vehicle to be completed. I ll be coming here even for the little things I typically do on my own. To say I m satisfied would be an understatement.

I noticed my tire pressure was going down, fast! I pulled into the Cocoa Gatto's. They took me in immediately and fixed my tire that had a HUGE NAIL IN IT. Excellent service! Now I know, I GOTTA GO TO GATTO, ALWAYS!

Was driving my husband to the hospital as he is a newly diagnosed cancer patient but my truck wasn't starting right. Drove to Gatto's with no appointment or call-ahead. They got right on it, diagnosed a bad battery, changed it out for a new one in record time. Didn't even charge for labor. Super sweet guys, attentive...especially Eric. Everyone there was super! Thanks for everything, guys!

RE: BRAKE FLUID FLUSH.I observed dark brake fluid in reservoir of my 2015 Ford E350, & so had drained some from a bleed port to confirm the poor condition.Requested this Gattos to flush & replace all brake system fluid. Got quote & left it with them, to pick up next day, when I paid & drove it home. When I looked under hood, I noted the same dark reservoir fluid. Also, the reservoir screen/filter had been disturbed & not reinstalled properly.I crawled under the vehicle, & saw that bleed screws were undisturbed, with dust still on them. I opened one & drained a sample, which was exactly the same as when I took it to them.I went back with my before-&-after identical samples to complain. Manager (Grant) said the mechanic had done the job by draining fluid from the reservoir only. But as the reservoir fluid was still the same original color, he didn t even do that part as claimed!Manager agreed it was not the proper way to do a flush , & to leave it for a re-do .My wife this time waited for the re-do , then drove it home.I crawled under again, & saw that all 4 dust-caps for the bleed-ports were missing (possibly evidence for me that they had at least touched the lines this time.).Again a sample I took from the line was the same dark color, although the reservoir was a lighter, more like-new color.Next day, back to see manager again, for my dust caps, which weren t to be found. I didn t bother to complain again that my brake system still had not been flushed properly, as it was now clear these folks didn t have the interest &/or capability &/or knowledge of doing a proper professional job.I simply went back the following day to receive new dust caps they supplied.The management was polite , but what a waste of time & money!Never Gattos again.Perhaps other folks happy with the service have not checked that their job was properly done.Be wary.

So thankful for this place! They fixed my flat tire and my spare for me on same day and were so nice and patient with me and my baby waiting. Would definitely recommend them and we will be back!

I just retired from the Military and moved home to cocoa. I ordered my tires from tire rack and took them to gators to be mounted. The price was 35.00 a tire which I thought was high, but my Grandpa used these guys so I decided to let them do it. I dropped it off at 830 and was told it would be ready in a few hours I came back at 145, 1 new tire was mounted and my truck was in the parking lot. I figured maybe a bent rim or something, when I asked the guy what was going on he acted like I was crazy for asking. The guy was obviously from up north, a New York accent. I was told that they were working my truck in when they could between appointments I was told it would be done in a few hours I didn t really care, I wasn t in a hurry but they have a sub par work ethic. Who pulls a truck in, puts it on the lift, and changes 1 tire, takes it down and pulls it back out to do all over again later. Honestly if he would have said 6 hours in the beginning he still would have got my business. At 330 when I was called to pick my truck up, there was an older gentleman politely complaining that he had an appointment and had been there too long, he was told were working on it . My grandfather quit using these guys before he passed away he started using Chucks tires, they are closed on Wednesday. My tires are balanced perfect and ride good, I wasn t in a hurry, my truck was left unlocked in the parking lot but nothing was stolen. I will not likely give these people my money again and I won t recommend them to anyone.

Awesome service! They helped out with roadside service for our Gutter Truck, installed a new tire that blew in I95 and they also found 3 other tires that were in bad shape. We decided to replace them all. Took a little longer than expected but overall great experience

I picked up a nail so wanted the flat repaired. They were happy to take care of it, but when they inspected the flat, they discovered it was too damaged to be safe as the tire was ridden too far while flat. Do I had to buy a new tire. They gave me a fair price, were understanding and courteous about my predicament and stayed focused on my vehicle's passengers' safety. All handled with skill and a professional demeanor.

Extremely helpful and extremely nice people! Our vacation van broke down while in Cocoa and they got us in quickly and got us taken care of in an extremely timely manner! 10/10!! Within a couple hours, we were back on the road again. So thankful for them!

Great experience overall. We had to have a rim replaced (warranty), on our RV. They accepted shipment of it, called us when it arrived and made an appointment for us right away. When all was said and done, they didn't charge us and got us on our way. Tipped the technician for his work of course. We were referred to them by a previous customer and I will recommend them as well.

I pulled in 15 minutes to closing time.I had a screw in My tire and it was going flat. The manager Said no problem. James the technician got right on it. James was awesome. He had me in and done in less than 15 minutes. Thank you

Really honest family owned business. I went in thinking I needed an alignment, but my tires were shot; the technician brought me to the lift to show me how worn. Then Eric Hodge worked with me to find the best quality for my budget. Great service. Great staff.More proof of honesty: About six months ago I went to a nearby competitor and was given the "your breaks are so worn your car's unsafe." I knew I was somewhat close, but also knew it wasn't as nearly as pressing as they wanted me to think. Contrast this with Gattos, where they told me my rear brakes were close, but my fronts we're fine They quoted me for them, but did not try to present it as anything other than something to keep a close eye on. I am relatively new to the area and glad to find a shop I trust.

Took our vehicle there because one tire losing air. They said they inspected the tire & didn t see anything wrong with it, replaced the valve stem.When took vehicle to get new tires at Glenn s tires, they told us that particular tire had a nail in it!Wondering if Gatto even inspected tire at all!
