10/10 ! I ve been meaning to leave a review for a while now, but never got around to it. I received a service from this shop about 2 weeks ago & I was blown away by the customer service received! So much so that I still have it on my mind- haha. The gentleman that assisted me with plugging my brand new tire (I believe he was the owner), worked quickly and diligently to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive back to Palm Bay. I stopped by without an appointment, from my sisters recommendation, and he got me in & out in about 10 minutes!! Will recommend and be returning! Thank you so much.

Professional, very accommodating got me in repair shop within 15 mins upon arrival knowledge of all mechanical and other car issues precisely applied and very reasonably priced. Sent me on my way home in about 45 minutes. I m very impressed by their workmanship and definitely would recommend them to others.

Great experience, it was my first time and I got referred by autozone saying jimmy, will take care of you and he won t give you the run around. That s exactly what happened, got me fixed up in less than 20 minutes and has great recommendations for other body shops, also has a ton of staff working hard!!

Update: Still very satisfied with Complete Tire and Auto! Good, honest people and, as long as they are in business, they have a customer with me! Always such a quick, easy process whenever I go, no haggles or concerns with anything. Will always highly recommend!Always wonderful! They actually care and take the time to make sure things are done right. Really good and honest people, highly recommend!

The owner Jim is a excellent example of a true non religious man of God in Christ Jeaus.. He lives a testimony of faith in Jesus, instead of leaving a trail of pious destructive judgement in the wake of humanities current an tides of life , He gracefully leads a successful Family, business an community life ,with true love ,joy an grace which divinely radiates an touches everyone everywhere he goes,,, Im very grateful to have a person such as you in my life Jim .... The staff is friendly and, the service is quick. It's been a long time since, I've seen any type of auto shop who doesn't try to nickel and dime you. It truly is about customer satisfaction. We look forward to a long relationship with Complete Tire & Auto Repair when it comes to our auto needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!I am updating my original review (above) which was posted about a year ago. I have been coming here for two years now and, I don't trust anyone else with my vehicle.

If you're looking for an honest mechanic that just wants to help people, this is where to go. We've been taking our cars here for years, and J&G is the most trustworthy you can find in the area, and do great work. Never a problem with them, and they're completely fair with pricing nor do they overcharge customers. Lucky to have Jim around! Won't go anywhere else.

Jim was very knowledgeable and friendly. Turn around time for my repair was just over 24 hours. Outstanding work. Replaced window regulator...works like new. I highly recommend complete tire and auto repair. Outstanding service!

People are super nice but they did a very poor job on my window regulator, broke after 1 month and left trash and old parts in the door frame

Hands down this is the BEST tire and auto shop in Brevard and beyond. Jim, Heather, and their team are very knowledgeable and consistently provide us with best customer experience that I've ever encountered from any business. They have literally saved us and our family vehicle on more than one occasion. They truly care about every customer that walks through their door and you will immediately notice it with their friendly service, quick repair, and very fair prices. First time customer and will definitely be going back. Jim was upfront and honest with me and I truly appreciate that. Was recommended by a friend and I will definitely recommend them myself. Looking for a honest repair shop check these guys out.

We drove from WV for a cruise. Our AC went out the day before we set sail, we heard a terrible noise and the brakes were also grinding. After returning from the cruise Monday morning, we stopped at a Chevrolet dealership which didn't have any openings until the afternoon. Then we went to Walmart, who doesn't do brakes but someone there recommended Complete Tire and Auto Repair. What a great experience. They were able to take us in within about 45 minutes. They had to get parts and the work took about four hours. Jim's wife drove us (6 of us) to Cocoa village to look around at the shops and park and picked us back up when our vehicle was ready. First rate service and very thoughtful. We didn't have to just sit in the shop the whole time so that was great. We highly recommend Complete Tire and Auto Repair!! They gave us a very fair price for the work that was done also. Excellent service and very friendly people! Thanks for everything!!!

I am truly impressed with the proficient service, quick installation and the affordable price rates!!! I needed to replace my deteriorated tires immediately before heading out for a long distance travel. Therefore; I called down the list on my GPS and J&G answered the phone plus quoted a good price. I drove to J & G Tire & Wheels and my tires were replaced quickly, professionally with a friendly atmosphere. Our family is now driving safely and I highly recommend this hidden treasure!

I had the worst experience ever in my life and normally I do not write reviews but I feel I need to help the next person that may use this repair shop. I dropped off a 2010 nissian altima to trouble shoot and electrical issue and after two weeks he told me it was the fuse panel. They couldn't find one so I went and got one for them ($100 dollars) than another week goes by and than they say its all good and i need a ecm so again I had to go get one ( $754). While we waited for the computer we had to pay them almost $800 dollars so a total of 1654 out of pocket. When we got the computer the car still did not run right and the owner told me it starts and his definition was it runs. The whole time it was the throttle not working. My definition of a running car is for it to atleast move on its own. We have had the same problem with no results and out 1654 and he refuses to work on it until weeks away again. I think they were over their heads and lack the knowledge to perform this type of repair. I think this is more of a tire shop that a repair shop. I own my own business and know what this is like but he should of been honest and stood behind his product. Please beware and get everything in writing to include the time frame if you are going to use these people

I have had 3 different repairs on my vehicle over the past 12 months. Each repair was completed and I haven't had any problems with any of the repairs. They are patient in explaining the problem, the cost of repair and they listen.

My buddy had a flat tire and got stuck on the side of the road with his lawn service trailer. So I ran the flat tire down to these fine folks. They were extremely busy and it was right at the end of the day. But they stayed late on my friend's behalf and got a tire for him so that he could be back on the road again.Don't usually go to them with much of an emergency but as usual, even in our emergency situation, their prices were very very very fair!!! I am a 100% satisfied customer!

Drove in with a screw in my tire on Friday at 4pm left at 4:15pm with a plugged good as new tire. They didn't even charge me for it. This is a great shop, these guys are awesome. FAST, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL. Only go here if you want a good deal and want to be treated fairly.

From the information I know through experience with cars, I can tell that the persons inspecting my vehicle conducted a thorough one. The first time at a new mechanic is always scary with all the money that could be lost, but these guys know how to make that experience not as bad as it typically is and I commend them for that. The only reason it was not 5 stars is due to the pricing; it was so expensive unfortunately that it was more beneficial to sell the vehicle as opposed to fixing it there.

Very honest and great place to bring your vehicle. First time I had to use an auto repair shop in a long time but I definitely would recommend them to anyone, the owner is very kind and takes care of his customers.

Everyone working here was absolutely amazing! We had a problem with our tire and we didn t make it to their shop until 5-10 minutes after they closed and they were still happy to help and we re able to fix it very quickly for us! Very happy with their customer service and I will be sure to always give them my business, I hope to share their business with everyone! This is the first review I ve ever given for a business and I am happy to share it with them!

Needed dash removed for AC repair. Quoted $800, charged $950. Left me broke for a week. Transmission fluid not leaking when I got there. They claimed the lines were altered, needed replacement. $35 to put in fluid. I didn't realize they replaced clamps. Some mechanics do scam women! Then when I left, car overheated, had to tow in for air lock, happened I guess because they had disconnected the heater core. But I wouldn't know how to fix that.

I love this place. They are honest. Knowledgeable, kind, patient, and thorough. I can trust them. They do all they can to fit you in. They do all they can to fix whatever issue you have. Jim is the guy to trust.

Very knowledgeable. They do great work,and backed their work. (Once I had a flat tire fixed, repaired the hole caused by nail, then brought it back, because of slow leak at valve stem, and only charged for valve stem)..Honest, fair and competitive prices on both their tires,and mechanic work. BUSY PLACE!

Great shop. Customer service was more than amazing. I got my brakes replaced and all 4 new tires at a more than reasonable price. The owner answered all my questions. Everyone was very nice and respectful. My car was finished a lot sooner than originally quoted. Thank you J&G Tires

I have a 2013 Ford Focus, and NO ONE seemed to carry our tires. Not Wal Mart, Tires Plus, Tire Kingdom....NO WHERE!!! But I finally found them here at an incredibly reasonable price for new tires. Quick service, great people and an overall great experience.
