Called USAA roadside and they connected me to M&M. Cody was awesome. He picked up my vehicle and dropped it off quickly. Great experience.

Just visited on a Sunday afternoon with no appointment. Had a bald tire and needed help asap. Mario with Classic M & M Towing was a rock star! This family owned business is top notch. Give them your business.

Great place to do business. Don't hesitate to do business with Mario and his staff. They are fast and fair. Had me off the highway in 15 minutes with his tow truck.

Class M&M Towing backed into our parked car at the dealership repair center and has not returned any of our called nor answered are calls in order to make this right. The lack of integrity speaks volumes

If there was option to give this place a 0 stars, it doesn t even deserve 1. So I had road side assistance through my insurance USAA, I called 2 pm they give me estimated time 1 hour. Alright, we called M&M towing. No answer. 2 hours passed byWe called again, the front desk lady asked for my info once I gave it to her. She hung up. Called again, saying I guess the call drop ? Can you please look up when the towing truck will get here. She said 2 Minutes with attitude. I just said hmmm, okay. Well that was lie, another 2 hours passed by! So in total 4 hours. Tried to call the office again, no answer again & again. I m assuming purposely ignoring my calls. I just don t get it, lying to me about the ETA. If you guys were busy or whatever don t accept the job! And lying about being there very soon. So long story short, called my insurance again and told them to cancel and rerouted me to another tow truck company. Got here 15 mins.

My vehicles ball joint disconnected from the wheel. I needed a tow to a shop. I had it up on a jack so that the weight of the truck was not on the tire/wheel. The truck driver knocked the car off the jack slamming all the weight down onto the tire. Drove to the location and dropped it again at the shop. Then when I called they denied it.I was right behind the driver if he would have waited 30 seconds I could have jacked the truck up again. I feel sick from how badly this went.Services: Car towing, Local hauling

The driver was quick and efficient. I think his name was Mario. He seemed a little shy but was fast knowledgeable and knew his stuff. My car broke down but my day wasn't ruined. Great service fast response time and even had water in the truck.. I would recommend these guys any day!! Thanks keep. Showed up 1x with wrong type of truck, never returned after 3 more attempts through my insurance. They kept taking the ticket but never came. i was there and they said I was not. I needed to rest as I am going through chemotherapy and this 5 hour time waster was stressful.

USAA contracted with them for roadside assistance for me. They never arrived. I called three times; the first two times they promised that they were "almost there" (at my location), and the third time my call went to voice mail. They never arrived. I waited three hours. Now I have the information that when you need USAA roadside assistance, you can call whomever you like for the service, and submit the bill for reimbursement. I will never use the USAA third-party dispatcher again. Ever.

Waited a while but it was understandable since they came from Cocoa to Palm Bay. Great service, quick pickup and drop off and the driver even pushed the car into a spot. Thank you for your service. My husband Uber's with our car and Uber helped get it towed.

Excellent service. Arrived quickly, loaded safely and delivered safe and sound. Will use Class M&M again, just hopefully not often!! lol. They are awesome.

How is this unprofessional company in business. Literally answered the phone service . Yeah that s helpful. Never showed and the most unenthusiastic person answering the phone I ve ever heard. Like she was being held at gunpoint and made to answer phone. After 45 minutes past pickup time I canceled. I rather push it to the dealer

My car EGR valve died on me yesterday. Insurance company got me this company. My tow driver was quick and personable. I highly recommend them. Thank guys!!!

Great tow company. Despite how hard they work, the drivers have a great attitude and are quick and skilled at what they do.Office personnel are friendly and helpful as well. 4 stars just due to some communicating issues resulting in delay getting towed. Nobody's fault really, but could've been avoided with a bit more initiative.

Mario was awesome help to me as he made sure we did all to get the vehicle going. When that failed he gave me a better option on a closer service place and made sure they contacted me. I had the distinct pleasure of having Super Mario pull up to assist me. My 2019 Honda Ridgeline was not happy--his knowledge of Hondas saved me a huge diagnostic fee at the dealer (they were going to charge me $170 just to confirm what was wrong) and he tested the battery, charged it up to start, told me to let it run for 30 minutes in the driveway, and then go get a new battery.Friendly, sincere, and 100% awesome. Nobody wants to see the tow truck driver because it means there's a problem with your vehicle -- but Super Mario was super amazing!Service: Battery service

Vehicle would not start (bad starter). Called my Auto Club. They sent M&M Towing & Recovery. I am sure glad they did. This is the first time I have received first class service from a towing company. Quality can vary. But M&M Towing & Recovery sent a driver(I hope they all are this way) who took complete care of me. He even filed the form at my mechanic to put the keys in the drop location. That is real service. He knew what he was doing in regards to the car, he started the car(intermittent starter), and promptly put the car in towing position. I sure hope my Auto Club sees this and uses this company from now on. Thank you, M&M Towing & Recovery. I will ask for your company by name if they give me a choice. What a joke! Canceled a roadside service call after giving an ETA of 5-5:30 but kept messaging that they were on the way, "arriving soon." Not answering the phones. 2 hours later still stranded while my kids wait for me to get home and make dinner. Pathetic company.

Super Mario was very professional and courteous. He was able to get my vehicle out of the garage without a problem. I was able to ride with him to the Tesla dealer in Merritt Island, a trip of about 55 miles. I would highly recommend Class M & M Towing.

I was waiting over an hour, called 3xs on both listed numbers with no answer. I had to have roadside reach out and after 10mins of no response i needed another company which took another hour ontop of the hour waiting for this company.

Very patient and kind customer service who had a truck dispatched in minutes and when the Toyota Road Side showed up after SIX stressful hours one minute before them, they waived the inconvenience fee for me.Highly recommend calling them in your time if need.

No Class Jerks. Never answered the phone and left us stranded until another tow service could come pick us up at midnight when my car broke down in Titusville at 6pm. Total nightmare for 3 ladies stuck in a sketchy neighborhood, we heard 3 gunshots while waiting in the dark. Would never call them again.
