This has to be the best shop in town. I arrived at 7:30am and the lot was full of eager customers. I was in and out in 30 min!I m not from the area but I felt like big Frank had known me for years. The customer service is top notch and the product is exactly what you need.

Had a blowout on my fifth wheel on I-95S. Had to change the tire myself on the interstate. No fun. This was my second china bomb in as many months, so decided to replace them all. Went to Big Frank s in Cocoa Beach Florida and was blown away with the customer service and pricing. Got top rated tires (Sailun) for a good price. The guys look a bit rough but they were wonderful professionals. They gave me a good deal, did a marvelous job, and had me in and out in less than an hour. I d highly recommend them to anyone, especially those from the RV world.

I'm new to the area since I moved at the beginning of this month and needed a fuel filter change, so I went yesterday. I came to know that the nice guy at the front desk was Frank. He was very respectful, courteous, and with a good sense of humor. Then he called one of his guys to take care of me. First, I don't even remember the name of the guy, but he had a completely different approach to me. After making me way for him more time than expected, twice, at the beginning he tried to be funny, that is what I thought because of my interaction with Frank but then after I realized that he was making fun of me and that he was not giving me the customer service I expected. He was unpolite, and it seemed that he was not pleased to be in charge of my car work. Then when he called me to tell me that the car was ready even though I was saying I would go in 10 minutes he kept saying, hello hello like I was there same attitude in person. Then when I went to pick up the car, he pointed out where I needed to pay but never told me where the car was parked or if there was something that he saw that may need my car. When I move to a different county, I always like to support local businesses. But in this case, I preferred not to go to this shop again because of the service provided by this individual. On the other hand, Frank was amazing, but when I was passed to this other individual, my opinion on the customer service has completely changed.

Best place to get tires and etcetera done in the Cocoa area Update: still the best place hands down. Frank is the best Price is always fair! Not even worth taking a trip anywhere else. Why do you think they're always so busy? First come first serve!!!

They did great!! I had to go to urgent care before coming in and was pressed on time.. they managed to get me in and out with two tires being switched out in twenty minutes.I drive from Melbourne because I love their quick service, low prices (usually buy used) , friendliness, and their wide selection of tires..10/10 recommend!!

Both times I have been they helped me out with good quality used tires at a fair price both times without any notice ahead of time but still got me in and out quick so I could get to work for the day.

After having a horrible experience at Walmart, these guys came in clutch when I needed them too. Absolutely incredible customer service and speed of service. The quality of the job is outstanding. I will be coming back here for all my tire needs from now on. For those who need to get some tires work done. don t think twice, go to Frank s.

Do not go here! I came in for a new tire and alignment based on reviews and price.They put both my back two tires on backwards, they are directional tires apparently, and now both my back rims are bent and tires ruined.This is an unacceptable oversight for a repair shop. So unless you have the money to throw away on more issues avoid this shop.

Took my truck here in January. They locked my truck in the garage when i was told i could have picked it up at 1p same day. I had to miss work. When I picked up my truck my rim was cracked came back same day and showed them . Was told that since it was holding air, they FELT it was safe. It's wasnt holding air.( so it's not safe) And was told to take it to cruisin- gold to get it fixed myself .The customer service I received from them was horrible only time I was talk to like I was a person is when frank is there him self . Paid 322 to be without my truck for a month and a half going on 2 months and I'm still waiting on a phone back .

Came in for an emergency new tire. They had it in stock. Great price. Didn t try to force me to get anything other than what I called for! Will definitely be coming back for future tires! Great guys here!

Every time I need a tire I'm in and out pretty quickly and have it installed even when there a lot of people. Will always come here to get my tires and probably will get mechanic work done here soon as well.

No more shopping around for me. I had such a great experience. The next time that I need tires, I'm heading straight to Frank's.Wal-Mart tried and failed as they never told me until I got there that they don't (won't) lift Teslas.No appointment necessary at Frank's. I was in and out within 30 minutes! The guys did a super job. Thank you! I WILL BE BACK!

Bought a used tire from here exactly 3 weeks ago. They did not have a perfect fit but did offer a slightly bigger tire that would do the job. Initially I was very satisfied. They were very nice and helpful in person and assured me it would be fine. 3 days later the tire I purchased started going flat. I thought it could potentially be the air cap loose so I filled it back up with air and carried on. Since then I have had nothing but problems with this tire. It goes flat every other day. I finally called and their response to this was "used tires are used tires and are only good for about a week or two". I asked if there was anything we could do because I had just purchased the tire recently and they said no. So now I am out 50 dollars that could have gone to a new tire.

I recently moved here to Florida from CT. Was on the search for a while for a reliable place to get work done that I can t do myself since I do not own a press anymore and I m really picky. I saw that this place had amazing reviews so I decided to take in my wheel bearings and control arms to get pressed out/in.Mind you the spindles and ca s where off the vehicle. I provided my own new parts as well. Job couldn t be any easier.Well in my opinion it was a bit overpriced for the quality work I got in return. I got one wheel bearing done correctly and the other one (drivers side) wasn t pressed in all the way. I m glad I m a mechanic and spotted the error as I started installing the parts back into my car since they didn t notice. I cannot stress enough on how DANGEROUS it can be if a wheel bearing is not done correctly. I am expecting and the fact that I could of gotten in a horrible accident makes me cringe.I felt as if this was something they should fix so I took it back the next morning and they did fix it yet their demeanor changed and weren t as friendly. I would not recommend getting wheel bearings done here especially if you don t know about cars.Edit: turns out the bearing they messed up on still has play. Seems like it s damaged at this point.

Frank is a nice guy but the service is terrible came back 6 times for a tire pressure sensor got partial refund but the time wasted is not worth it. A tire place that can t fix a tire sensor is not valid!

Place is awesome. They hustled. Got me in On Saturday morning with no appointment. Put 4 new 13" tires on my boat trailer. Checked the grease in the bearings and I was back on the road. THANK YOU.

Great group of helpful guys, so I thought. I went in for a patch the wait was short and the cost was low, my kind of place, But they did try to scare me into buying a new set of tires. They told me that my tires were ready to blow out and that there was no tread left and I needed to replace them immediately or I would end up in an accident from a blown out tire. I took my car back to the dealership because they had just done a rotation and questioned them about the tires, why they hadn't informed me that the tires were ready to blow out. The dealership looked at them and said that the tires were in good condition and still had at least another 10k left on them. Needless to say I won't be going back to Frank's tire and automotive anymore. I don't like being scammed or scared into buying something that I don't need.

Big Frank's is the best place to go for tires. Frank is a pillar of the community. He's been around for a very long time and is very well known as one of the nicest guys in the world. His prices are very fair. We love Big Frank!

These guys are the greatest. They took care of my oil change and tire issue without trying to upsell me to buying new. They advised not to update to new tires yet which I was very impressed by and am now going back for a new battery. These guys definitely take care of their customers which is why they re doing so well after several years in business! This is definitely my go-to for auto care now.

Everybody loves Franks tires. Great price and friendly & knowledgeable staff. Be prepared to wait a little if they re busy which they are a lot. Btw they have a air conditioned waiting room that very few people use. I noticed everyone outside. Not me, I enjoyed waiting in the A/C. I ve gotten all my tires here and recently had to have one patched cause a ran over a screw.
