This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. So far I have purchased 2 autos from them and I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else. The amount of help and just great people was a wonderful surprise. Blaise and his team couldn't have done better! Thank you guys!

Eric and Ak get 4 (nice, respectful, helpful. Manager gets 0 When coming here I made sure to explain my situation and all details upfront and I was told I could be helped so when it came down to needing more money ( Which, by the way, every time We checked back up on the situation. I was told I would need more money about three times this game was played.) I was told this, or that would not be accepted, which was extremely frustrating, because I made sure to explain my situation upfront and was told This could be accepted, just to put in all this extra work, and for someone to go back on their word, and tell me that it wouldn t. (Obviously no one was listening because many times I had to repeat myself) I went to Carmax where they played no games and were 100% real upfront And I m glad I didn t continue to do business here. When, knowing what you want and knowing that you have something great to put up, don t settle for less.*edit* seems to be all good reviews about this place except for two reviews that Are focused towards the Management. Isn t that sad

We were very happy with the professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer support displayed by all employees involved in our recent purchase and trade-in experience. Dawn and Luke were amazing! Dawn was great and very helpful. I purchased a vehicle that has an issue that was impossible to have known of and they immediately got the vehicle into the shop and gave me a loaner car. The part was on back order so the manager Jimmy went out of his way to find another vehicle for me that fit all of my needs. They were genuine and not just trying to push me out the door stuck with the other vehicle. I appreciate a company full of employees who care.

Vehicle Sold on Facebook marketplace hours later for exact asking price.Dawn asked to bring vehicle in for inspection, KBB instant offer.I clearly understood the vehicle price may change once the vehicle is inspected in person.Dawn's manager barely/didn't even look at the vehicle, and told us he couldn't do the requested amount of the instant offer so we left. Not sure why they couldn't? Something that KBB rejected the offer? Didn't make any sense, considering offer is already accepted pending inspection. Salesman/manager seemed like he was having a bad day, maybe he was looking for a new job.Not sure if this was the dealerships problem or the KBB instant offer.Huge waste of time for both me and the dealership.I'll sell the vehicle through Facebook, plenty of people who don't want to deal with the "dealership" or "mystery instant cash offer" experiences.

Randomly strolled in to purchase a specific vehicle, although they did not have what I needed *Eric* who helped me made sure to follow up consistently for weeks after. I ended up purchasing a vehicle else where at not fault to Eric but I really just wanted to give him kudos for the months after checking in and providing similar vehicles to look at while I was still checking out the market, basically just going above and beyond. Highly recommend him if you re wanting some help from someone who isn t pushy and is truly looking out for your best interest.

ProsLots of cars to pick from, and showed us a lot of vehicles. Prices were decent.Negatives no transparency. Beat around the bush about prices, trade in values etc.We agreed to $27,500 and I receive the contract and it has $27,595 written on it. He acted condescending when I asked for the $90 to be removed. Also they talk about the kbb value for trade but never actually show you what their computer gives.The part that irritated me the most is blowing up my phone 30 times the next day to come get the car and then I text with a question after I buy the car and CRICKETS. Joe magically ghosts me after selling the car lolOver all happy with the vehicle and price but the car buying experience was ok

Worst experience I ve ever had buying a car. Treated us so well until after the sale. First the window tint they agreed to change. They put it on only to roll down the windows right after they put it on. They said they didn t, but I saw through the window to the service area. They lied. Anyone knows you can t do that, so I asked to have it redone. Kyle Bennett, our salesperson was as kind as could be again until after we pulled off the lot. Luke same treatment. Joe Kennedy the GM was just the same.After you you buy a car there don t expect them to even acknowledge you re alive.Still waiting on the Navigation SD card that they could ve just ordered on Amazon for $40, instead of the $169 they want to charge.I hope you read this review before going to them. Gives Mike Erdman a bad name. Just another shady car dealer. This review probably won t even see the light of day. They only keep the 5 star reviews. Notice that? Everyone loves them. BS!

Seller/Buyer beware. What a bunch of crooks. Offered me $3,000, where Carmax offered $6,000. Recommend you shop around. Who knows what they are hiding in cars they are selling.

Stopped in to look at a car and ended up test driving the truck I was curious about. Eric was knowledgeable and friendly. Lucas did an awesome job of fanaggling the numbers I wanted in order to buy it. No major pressure.... really great experience. Found out Eric had just made a visit to my home town! Small world.. \m/ Q-city. Thank you Auto Express for my beautiful new truck and the follow up help with the radio controls! You guys are awesome!

These guys are awesome! It s rare that you find follow up and professionalism like we did with Joe Kennedy and Kyle Bennett also Lucas. They were very up front with everything and followed up like no one else in the business. We will return to them for all our automotive needs and refer everyone to them as well. It was an enjoyable experience trading in a car and buying another. They really took care of us.

My husband and I were just out looking at vehicles last Saturday.. I always wanted to get another Toyota so we decided to visit Auto expo 95. What an experience. We were served by Eric, Lucas and Joe what an awesome trio! By the end of our visit, we purchased a Rav 4, were well hydrated and felt as if we had just visited family! Their customer service was par non. This is what I call the epitome of excellent customer service! I think I have found my dealership. I will be singing their praises to family and friends and anyone else who would listen. Keep up the awesome work guys! You are amazing!

Very good experience. Staff was very nice thorough out and listened to my needs. Went above and beyond to help me. I Can't rave enough about the staff Alex, Kyle, Locus,Dawn and Joe were all very pleasant and friendly! Buying cars usually is a very stressful process. Not here! While finalizing my sales I believe it was about 45 min total and I was out the door. Would strongly recommend!

Austin Weagle at Auto Expo was the best and made buying a highlander super easy. He was super helpful with getting all the info I needed and making sure the tag and title paperwork was in the works. Great dude!

The quality of care and follow through is top notch! Had an issue with something after driving off the lot. I was concerned it wasn't fixable, but Lucas and Eric did everything to get it taken care of. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and their service!! Thank you guys! Ridiculous offer for my car here from Jacob Diener. Trying to steal it, 3500 dollars below the instant offers from other dealers. 8k below my asking price which is at Kelley Blue Book Private party sale. If you can not make a reasonable offer it is better to make no offer at all... I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AUTO EXPO 95!! GREAT WAY TO LOSE CUSTOMERS JACOB!!!
