1st: Don't judge a book by the cover. 2cd: Don't believe all the negative. Danny and his employees are "A" notch technicians. Took my 96 Deville in as the overdrive went out on a Thursday. Friday Danny called to let me know that it was an internal problem. Went by the shop on Monday. Danny took time out of his busy schedule to show me what he found and also put a plan in action to get my 96 Deville back on the road. On Thursday it was done and picked it up on Friday. I went to this business due to it was a family owned business and let me tell all of you. They treat you like family. Special meaning to this car for my wife and I: My wife's Granddaddy had this car first. When he passed my Brother-in-Law bought it from the Estate who then gave it back to his Mother. My Mother-in-Law then gave it to me. We all call the car "GEWIZZZ" as that was a favorite saying from Great Granddaddy and it still has the aftermarket Ooga horn that he always honk as he would come up the driveway for a visit. Danny, Thank You for taking your time out of your busy day to take care of me and our vehicle.

Very professional and honest!! He saved me over $5,000.00 because last shop told me I needed a new transmission and he was able to take transmission and transfer case apart so we could find the issue and it turned out the problem was in the transfercase. They were a true blessing after all the problems I had when broke down on 95 trying to drive home, he knew I was from out of town and stuck for days so he put me in right away. Can't even get better service at home and my best friend owns a shop. This guy is the best would truly recommend him to anyoneService: Transmission

There are not words to express the magnificence of this company. Not only knowledgeable on the mechanics but the desire for keeping customers happy exceeds anything I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Both Danny and his wife run this business as if every vehicle were their own. Price is outstanding and in these times finding an honest business is a pure miracle. If I could give 100 stars I'd be delighted.

Honest, straight-forward, Danny and the office manager do what they say they'll do it and in the price range they quote. I got a new clutch installed in an old pickup truck and it runs like new now. Great people. Take your car to Arnold's. A great American family making business work in Cocoa and doing it the honest way.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

My mother had her transmission replaced. She noticed acouple days after she had some fluid in her carport took it back to them he told her she had a power steering fluid leak, oil leak and a axle seal leak and then her proceed to te her that he didn t have time to fix it rudely. She didn t have all of these so called leaks before she drop her car off he was just very rude and unprofessional and I don t recommend and also when dropping your car off there over night we noticed customers were leaving their car keys on their ties which anyone walking by could clearly see them

This was the best experience I have ever had with a repair shop! My tranny blew the day before I had to leave Cocoa Beach to head home to Pittsburgh. Danny who did not know me treated me like I was family. He took down and rebuilt my transmission in my Ford Custom Van and had it back in and ready to go in about 7 hours. I was able to leave for home Saturday morning as planned drove home 1,100 miles and the van ran as smooth as silk. Oh and by the way he did it $1,330.00 cheaper than the Ford Dealer who told me I couldn't get it until late Monday or early Tuesday. Thank You Danny!

FINALLY!! The "mom and pop" repair shop I've been searching for! Diagnosed and repaired the transmission in my 1957 Chevy Bel Air on the spot while I waited! Very honest! Didn't try to upsell anything, nor did they recommend things that weren't necessary. I'm just sorry that they only do transmissions. Hoping to find a mechanic who is equally honest to work on this car.

Took vehicle in because O/D light was flashing and asked for the front drive shaft to the transfer case be reinstalled. Picked the vehicle up, with in 2 miles O/D light started flashing and when I went back learned the front drive shaft was not reinstalled. Left the vehicle again, again drove about 2 miles and the O/D light started flashing again. The mechanic told me when it starts flashing to pull over, turn the engine off then restart it and go again until it starts flashing again, then repeat the process. As he and I was driving the vehicle he switched on the 4 wheel drive H mode and I thought the vehicle was about to come apart. Had to stop really quick, get off the side of the road back it up, move it forward, back it up and move it forward again until the 4 wheel drive disengaged. I told him I wanted it repaired and all I got was a bill for $700.00 and a smile. If you go just know you may get exactly what I got, a lot of money out of pocket and a trip to another shop who know what they are doing!!

We are a couple from Germany and France driving a Citron C25 Turbo Diesel from 1991 that we shipped over from Europe. Our 5th gear was suddenly not working anymore. By chance we tried Arnold's transmission. Thanks to their knowledge there were able to fix our transmission and to put us on the road again. Those guys know their job.

Towed my motorcycle down to cocoa beach. Got to the hotel and found transmission fluid all over my trailer and rear bumper. took my car to arnold's transmission. being from out of town, it's scary to have transmission troubles and I was looking to spend some big bucks. The owner put my car up on the rack, showed me the leak and gave me a real fair quote for the job of replacing a seal. He did the job quite well and the car made it back to georgia just fine. I would definitly recommend Arnold's for your transmission troubles. Cocoa is pretty much a small town with a lot of people in it. Other than a couple of people that don't have much patience for confused georgia drivers, the general population of Cocoa are great people.

If I could've given them a zero for CUSTOMER SERVICE, I would. It would really help if this couple get some type of customer serv. training classes, because it was the worse I've ever experienced. They're more interested in your $$$ than anything else. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!

Here for work and my transmission is having issues. Just called to have my transmission looked at and maybe a quote to have it repaired and without even seeing the vehicle Danny immediately starts telling me how much it would cost to have it replaced. At least inspect the vehicle before going to the most expensive fix you can think of. Immediate turnoff.
