Mark fit me in the same day I called today, 2 days before I have a 20 hour drive to Ohio, when my car started making a funny sound. I had some other car savvy friends take a look that couldn t figure out the noise, Mark only had to spend about 10 seconds driving it before he said right wheel bearing! . He knew right away what the issue was. He didn t have the part I needed, and Advanced Auto Parts delivered it right away. He even stayed late to fix it so I wouldn t miss some important work meetings tomorrow, and did the whole job with a torn rotator cuff. I am so relieved to have this issue fixed after having trouble finding a mechanic who would work on VWs. The labor price was also very reasonable and even less than the VW dealership would have charged just to diagnose the problem. Thanks, Mark! I highly recommend him!

Awesome mechanic. Just Mark though so be patient. It is worth the wait. I've brought 3 different VWs to Mark from 73 beetle to 2014 jetta. Always does amazing work!

Highly recommend going to Mark! He is very knowledgeable about everything Volkswagen. He was able to diagnose & replace the faulty sensor on my car within an hour & for a very reasonable cost.

Mark was literally a godsend. I had called a bunch of places to try to get my car fixed and they either wouldn t work on the VW s or couldn t take me for weeks. My mom called Marks on a whim and he was so nice and agreed to look at my car that day with no appointment. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it basically immediately too. He was very reasonably priced and I never felt like he was trying to oversell me. I was very lucky to find this place and I will be back anytime my bug breaks!Service: A/C installation & repair

Fantastic VW mechanic, highly recommend. Great prices, knowledgeable, and quick.Some practical stuff: He takes cash and cards. It's a one man shop, so someone isn't always there 9-5. Call before you head over and ask what a good time to come is. The phone number is for the shop, so if he doesn't answer, he's either busy or not there.

Mark is simply the best mechanic your will ever find!A VW savant bar none. While he specializes in VW's he can fix any car.I've taken my VW's and other brand cars to him for decades. He is honest to a fault. Go figure...anyways it goes without saying that he comes very highly recommended. Support your small privately owned businesses whenever possible, especially now with the CV19 panic.

I'll keep my VW as long as Mark will be the mechanic. Heck, I am considering trading in my Ford for another VW just so Mark can take care of that car too. He's the type of mechanic that provides personal attention and care to your vehicle, without taking advantage of you. You cannot find a more reasonably priced experienced mechanic!

Mark is the mechanical gem in cocoa beach!!! He is an amazing mechanic, he knows his stuff he is extremely reasonable and he's not trying to break your pocket!!! I highly recommend him to anyone that needs repair done!! I wish more mechanics were like him, he's a hippie surfer dude from cocoa beach!! I will ALWAYS bring all my business to him when my car likes to act up he is truly a great and rare find!!!

We had problems during our road trip from Miami to North Carolina and found Mark on Google. He's super knowledgeable, kind and loves what he does. We were so lucky to find him and after a couple of hours he fixed our VW Cabrio 2001 and we were back on the road! Definitely recommend him.

Mark is the go to person for all things Air Cooled VW.None better..!!What makes it better is that Mark works pretty much by himself so you know who you are dealing with. The work doesn't get passed off to some other tech.Mark is by far one of the very top VW techs that I've known or met..!You can't go wrong...!!!He'll fix you up for a fair price and you'll be more than happy with the work and Mark only does the things that you need to have done, unless it's something that affects safety and he'll let you know ahead of time so there are no surprises.HIGHLY RECOMMEND....!!!!

Great shop for your VW. He got me fixed up faster than anyone else around could get me an appointment, and he did it at a reasonable price. He is my new go-to-guy for the VW.

very sweet man who helped show us some signs on my car we didn't even know about while filling up all my tires with air at no cost and with no appointment. he stopped what he was doing to make sure we were okay and even handed back part of our tip! reccommend!

Great expereince and price. I would highly recommend coming to Marks if you are feeling the shock of VW dealer prices. If you want a knowledgeable and competent mechanic Marks VW is an excellent choice.

Exceptionally knowledgeable of Volkswagen vehicles - and explains the available repair solutions.Actually knows VW diagnostic codes, repair process, repair alternatives, parts - by memory. Extreme knowledge on all things VW.Very reasonable rates for high-quality work.

I like Mark, I have been going to his shop since 2014. He's a great guy and knows his stuff. His prices were reasonable and he charged about $60 per hour. I don't mind the fact that it's a long drive for me, that he doesn't have a lift, no comfortable chairs, no coffee, no doughnuts as his work is top notch and he comes up with solutions to save you $ vs going to the dealer. As you can see from the other 5 star reviews he is reasonable to everyone - even to me in the beginning. But over the years, he started trying to overcharge me. Attached is a quote he sent me for a repair in 2016 on my Jetta. It was around $773. After I complained to him he dropped the price down to around $250. He tried to overcharge me by around $523.Yesterday I had an issue changing oil on my Camry - The dealer overtightened it so I had a tough time taking it off. I took it to Mark and helped him jack it up. He got the filter off in about 2-3 mins. I had brought a drain pan and oil and some tools, so I then drained the oil, replaced the drain plug, put in the new filter and put in the new oil that I brought. While I was doing this, he was working on another car. After all was done I asked him how much, and he wanted $45 which I gave.I feel that it's too much since I can get an oil change done at Toyota of Melbourne for $49.95 which includes the filter and 5 qts of Synthetic Oil.I feel a reasonable price should have been about $15 to remove the oil filter - similar to the pricing I was charged when I started going to his shop. It's not about the $30 difference that I am complaining about, but the principle. Why am I being overcharged while for others he gives a reasonable rate? I feel discriminated. I feel any future repairs he's going to overcharge me - more $$ than a regular shop with multiple lifts, comfortable chairs, coffee and doughnuts, etc.He also won't let me make an appointment, I always have to go there when he has time in between other jobs, etc.And he doesn't want to work on my Mercedes, even though he works on other brands of cars and other peoples Mercedes. Mercedes, BMW, VW all use the same brands of OEM parts and not much different. Changing oil, spark plugs, alternator, etc is not any different on a Mercedes than a VW or a Toyota or a Honda.If I wanted to pay $190 per hour labor, I'll go to the local Mercedes Dealer. Atleast I'll get a free sandwich, get a free massage from their massage chair, watch TV on their flat screen TVs, and surf the internet on their Sony Computers. I would also get a loaner Mercedes. But my oil change would probably cost $600.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change
