Alex and the young lady who delivers parts both deserve five stars for saving me from being stranded without a starter on an out of town trip. Friendly, knowledgeable and had the right part to me in less than 10 minutes from the initial phone call, and covered free under lifetime warranty. Back on the road and under an hour! A+ thanks again!

Manager was rude and refused to take core exchange, and told me to leave when I questioned her why not, she should be fired. Worst Napa experience of my life. Left the parts there with no money back.

Helpful, thats for sure!Was at Clewiston for a visit to the fams and needed a mower's battery. Originally purchased one that did not fit the bill and NAPA was kind enough to return and exchange it for the right one, at the same time, dude gave me tips to ensure the mower started.Legit.
