Clearly understaffed. Told me an oil change would be an hour start to finish, and it took nearly 2 hours. Then they couldn t find my key and were all confused about other customer keys. Will not be back if I can help it.

Always completely understaffed. Don t expect your appointment to mean much other than you get your car back that day.The only reason I use this service is for the road hazard warranty on the tires.

Paid for 2 tires 5 days ahead of my appointment only to be notified by email at 10 pm the night before that my tires didn't ship and my order was being cancelled and refunded. All without even trying to find me a solution. Will not use them again.

They do not respect an appointment time. Went in with an appointment to get 2 tires changed and they started working on the car an hour after my appointment time. They also left 2 lug nuts loose on the same tire and I could remove them by hand. Looks like they don't have properly trained employees there.

The WORST place to go to! Micheal and Tina are literally worst humans to walk on earth! First I go to get a new battery installed which they told me it would be 105$ and when we came back to get the car they wanted to charge us 189$, when we asked Micheal why he said because the battery we agreed on didn t fit so they put that one. As we all know, you have to ask the customer first before picking a more expensive one! When I expressed that to him, he slammed the book and started screaming and yelling and Tina didn t even hear what was going on but came in the middle to take his side! I asked Micheal multiple times to get out of my face and he wouldn t! This place is a scam and don t go there unless you want to deal with disgusting people such as Tina and Micheal :)

Very unprofessional shop...waited in line for an oil change for 30 minutes...when it was my turn they brought in another vehicle that was behind me..I assume it was his friend...Adios

This place is really hit or miss. Previously, I had an ok experience getting my tires changed. Today, not so much. Scheduled an appt for 2 tires for 9am. Only 3 other cars near the area when I pulled up, none for tires. Got checked in and let them know I d be inside shopping. Purchased all the groceries I came for, including frozen items, which took about an hour to walk around and get. Started heading back to the auto center area only to get a text as soon as I got there at 10am saying they were just getting started with my car. I sat in their waiting area periodically looking through the window to see what was going on with my car. Witnessed them finish up another car s tires before mine, even though that car was not there before me (likely a walk up). Walked outside to see how much longer it would be and they tell me they are still balancing one of my tires. Over an hour and a half later, my car is finally ready.

They break your stuff and lie about it. My boyfriend went in to get his oil change. They break his keys we just got replaced and then claim they were already broken when they recieved them. I will never use their services ever again and reccomend to everyone not use them because of the ridiculous amount of not taking accountability. They gave him the run around for days before just flat out denying and lying about the details. Don't go there. If I could give it no stars I would.Services: Tires, Oil change

I had a terrible experience the last time I was here because of a rude employee and the lack of all around knowledge in their department. I decided to give them one more shot and I was surprised at the outcome. The technician outside was professional, polite and knowledgeable. She did a great job. As long as they have employees that care and know what they are talking about, I would keep coming back.

Horrible service called ahead of time to see if they were still doing oil changes. The person on the phone said they were still available to do oil changes. Went all the way there wasted gas to get there and found out that they closed 3 hours early that is outrageous. Then the next day I took my car there again this time way earlier and it took them over 3 hours to finish my car. Do not go to Walmart for oil changes or tire changes they are not very efficient and waste your time and money!

Refused to replace a tire that was in DESPERATE need. Why? Because they claimed a stud was bent. How did they arrive at that? Did they take off the lug nut? No. Did they attempt to balance it? No. They said it"looked" bent... Though it didn't. So they instead sent me on my way with a 6 inch split with exposed belts. I just wanted to buy tires.

I ordered some tires and made the appointment. When I arrived at the store, the attendants were inattentive and told me that my order was not available, but on the Walmart website it said that it was. Where did they put my tires, or who did they sell them to? I like to shop close to where I live, but I won't go back to this place. It has nothing to do with Walmart store service.

Worse experience trying to get ahold of the auto repair center. They have deliberately hung up on me three times. I even used three different phones to get ahold of them to ask one simple question. No answer. The phone just keeps ringing and then stops, goes to a white noise. Then I hear rustling and the line ends. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Something needs to be done.

Good prices and selection of auto parts. Not as extensive as an auto parts store but pretty close. I did not receive service here but prices seemed very reasonable, especially for lifetime tire balancing. Will be back.

Great price and quick service. Only tough part is you have to call or go in to make appointment. Also they don't do alignments which is a bummer.

I always come here for my tires, batteries and oil changes. Randy is awesome! If you get a chance, have him do the service on your car!

I just need a tire repairment due to a nail puncture. They told me they have 2 cars before in line, but takes more than 3 hours and they start working in the wrong tire. Also the technician was chilling, talking with his partners, laughing, taking a tool walking back and fowards, and leaving the tool without doing nothing.Service: TiresService: Tires

I needed 2 new tires. Good price and fairly fast service. One issue I had was with their PA notification system. We (3 of us) did not hear then notify us the car was ready. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Called to see about getting a set of tires. I asked about making an appointment. I was told to come on in that they were not busy. I hung up the phone and drove straight there. When I got there the guy in the service bay said there are 7 cars getting service work (not oil changes) and it would be several hours. I told him that they had just said it wasn't busy. He said that he hated it when the people who answer the phone tell people that they are not busy when they are but that they do it all the time. I would have came in another time. They did not have to lie to get me to come in.

Waited over 3 hours for my oil change. So much miscommunication between staff members. Confusing process for customers and obviously the employees too. Only good thing is the price but I probably won't go back to this location. Never had this problem at other walmart auto centers.

This place is awful. Employees are rude and don't want to work. The first time I tried to get my free rotation for the tires I purchased at Walmart (1450 Johns Lake Road), I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. There was only one car in garage. I brought car back an hour later and was ignored for 20 minutes before someone asked what I needed. Then was told it would be 30 minutes. When I picked up car I was charged for rotation, which I had to advise was free with purchase of tires. DO NOT USE THIS AUTO CENTER.

Dropped my truck off to have my tires installed, called me after 2 hours to say they wouldn't install them because they are from 2014. If that's the case why didn't your check in person ask any questions about the tires being installed, or look at them herself and determine that? You wasted my morning because your staff is poorly trained and your policy is ridiculous, I won't be back.

After waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for somebody to man the death, the man was so rude and clearly did not want to work. I was there to have four tires put on a Chevy Cobalt, and he tried to tell me they were $200 each. He became very argumentative, and tried to tell me off in front of other customers.

I went to Tire Kingdom the next day and they did my oil change for less money than Walmart AND said the issue with my car was IN MY WHEEL making a clunking noise (wheel bearing) and not my engine as Walmart kept repeating to me. I went in for a simple oil change and after waiting in a line of cars for 15 minutes they took my car from me to do just that. After about 20 minutes I got a call from them saying to come get my car because they will not work on cars that have any kind of repairs that need to be done. Wth??? So because I cannot afford to get my car fixed, I also cannot get an oil change?? On top of all this I had called the day before only to be put on hold for 17 minutes and when I finally decided to hang up and call back, they never answered the phone again. At that point I decided to go down there in person and was told that since it was after 4pm they aren't letting anyone have any services done... it was 4:06. If they had answered the phone around 3 when I had been calling I could have been there in time. The guy telling me all this kept calling me "mamma" too. Worst place I've ever been to for car needs.

Had to have a battery replaced unexpectantly. Everyone was very attentive and efficient. I was only there for an hour as a walk in with no appointment. Also the price of a battery with a 3yr warranty was only $94 for my SUV.

They do not change my car oil filter..on my oil change..I have to bring my car back..The first time I wasn't sure..then I try my other car and I spray paint the filter..and guess what? Sure enough..same filter on my other car as well...so they do not change your oil filter as far as I can tell.Very upset about it..make me waste my time like that on something so simple.But I must say the manager is very polite and he went back and personay make sure it was done right.
