Both Jesus and Kerry were very nice and extremely helpful and knowledgeable understanding about our missing parts and was able to order the parts and get them in stock the next day . We are very happy with our experience with their attitude and helpfulness.

They were super nice when I bought the car and as soon as I went to service it, it was night and day! They treated me like garbage and no one ever followed up with me! Do not go to this place , just go to Toyota of Orlando! Way better customer support

First the place is nice and big and pretty clean! But the service I received was not good at all! I personally feel that there Customer Service is really bad!!! I spoke with Danny (maybe a Supervisor) after explaining what occured he offered me a $150 credit for Toyota Service, I told him my complaint wasn't so I could get a hand out or discount but so they can be aware and be mindful of there loyal customers. And told him that, an adviser wanted to know what can be done to change my Google rating and I told him that I will not be changing my 1 star rating! All of a sudden Danny said well I don't want to take anymore of your time have a good day! So at that moment I realized he was trying to charm me so I can change my rating but when I said I wasn't going to change my rating he had nothing else to tell me. So as a word of advise if after I told him I wasn't going to change my rating and he would have said? Well I hope to gain your business back, yes it was wrong the way you experienced service and I want to show you we are a great team here but there will be days that are hiccups but regardless I will still give you Toyota Credit, and we might have to give a refresher to our staff on exceptional service but I hope you give us the opportunity to re-gain your trust along with my team here at Toyota. I would have reconsidered to change my rating based upon the attitude of the individual. But how it didn't go that way it will stay at a 1 star!!

I was delighted to find the best online price for my Genuine Toyota part. Maria in the Parts Department followed up with a phone call to verify that I had the correct part number, based on the VIN. She handed my order very professionally and also went the extra mile to ensure that the shipping was expedited for quick delivery. These people truly care about their customers!

I had reservations about ordering on line for specific parts. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how user friendly the site was when searching for parts. Not only was it easy for me to find the parts but the checkout and subsequent shipment of the parts were excellent! I will definitely use them again!

I repaired my 91-year old neighbor's broken door handle and in the process the 22-year old Camry door trim bezel crumbled. Toyota Parts Claremont was almost the only online source that still had that part and they did have the best part price. They shipped quickly and the part was correct. The only thing keeping them from five stars was the high shipping cost - $11 for a 1 ounce part placed in a USPS $6.45 flat rate Priority Mail box (commercial rate). The USPS provides the box for free.

my truck is just ok - to much for the truck. my problem is the service department. - my battery corroded on the terminal under their care and they said it was normal - really. Terrible Manager = Terrible PlaceAlso - the only part they ever ordered was wrong and they didn't fix the broken piece. It fell off again - Never Again Toyota of Clermont

Excellent friendly service. Very clean waiting area. Everyone had on masks, and someone was sanitizing while I was there. I felt very taken care of.

Easy to use parts locator, fast shipping and less expensive(by 30%) than my local Toyota dealer for exact OEM parts.Will do much more business with Clermont Parts in the future.

My order was for a replacement map light cover for 2010 was processed without incident. I deducted one star because they didn't respond to an email inquiry I made prior to order.
