This is THE BEST Tire Kingdom around. We were on our way to the lake with our jet ski, when the trailer tire was about to explode. The manager, Michael, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. Even though this shop didn t carry the tires we needed, Michael helped us find them nearby and was then kind enough to mount them in the shop. We could not recommend this shop more for anyone looking for amazing customer service and overall friendly staff. A million thanks!

Got a great price on some tires and fast service as well! Lounge area could be nicer but it's a tire shop so I can't complain.

My daughter was complaining of brake issues and we took her car in for a brake inspection. After asking questions and checking her car, we were told that her brakes, including pads and rotors were fine and a brake flush was recommended! As two women, others may have tried to take advantage and recommend unnecessary services! I really appreciate Michael, Carlos and all other employees that we encountered last week for their kindness and honesty! Keep up the good work y all!

Thank you so much to the hard workers at this location. They went above and beyond to get the tires I wanted from another location to setting an appointment for me to come in and get them mounted. I was in and out within 45 mins. Thank you for your great customer service and workmen ship. I will definitely recommend coming to this location and having work done on your car.

Who wants to have their oil changed or tires rotated? Well, at Clermont location they make it a wonderful experience!! Michael is so helpful, and is patient with any questions you have. You won't regret using them!!

We go often to Tire Kingdom but this last time I unfortunately had to get all my tires replaced unexpectedly (thanks roofers!!!). Michael was a fantastic person to get this sad news from. He was awesome going over the different options, and was very nice and really cared. I would recommend them to everyone. Plus roots and branch is next door and I went and ate dinner and they texted me when it was done because I was starving. So win win.

This location took amazing care of my wife s car. She had a flat that needed a patch. Unfortunately the tire was too far gone. Michael and Paul took amazing care of us and got us in and out fast late on a Sunday afternoon. Can t thank him enough for helping us out!

Was in need of two front tires for my wife's car same day. Called 15 places and everyone said it would take two days. Call Garrett Gibson at Tire Kingdom and he was able to get me the tires same day! My trip in I was dealing with a sick 2 year old. Garrett made sure my daughter and I were comfortable while getting us out quickly. Thank you so much to the whole team that worked that day. Its the small things that helps us get by and see great customer service still exists.

I went to bring my Mercedes in for an oil change this week with Garret, and I ve never encountered someone who is as diligent, informative, and helpful as he is! Throughout my visit, he not only did what was needed, but also updated me multiple times and also brought me to my car on the lift to show me exactly what he did. One of the best visits I ve had with tire kingdom thanks to Garret!

I called in to ask some questions and the staff on the phone was helpful and friendly. They were able to get me checked in over the phone. When I arrived, Michael was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for fast and friendly service.

I really appreciate Michael at the Clermont Tire Kingdom. I came in with a flat tire on Thursday and he got me in immediately and even offered to cover the cost. He also worked with me on getting an estimate for my front tire replacements and got them scheduled same day. In working on my van, they found out that Napleton overtightened my lug nut locks and the key broke. Michael was extremely helpful and walked me through how to get the situation fixed since I was lost and really needed my van. I took it to Napleton since they were the last ones to touch the tires when I bought the vehicle. They were not as helpful and refused to pay for the mistake and after two days and $250 I was finally able to get my van back. Michael got me in exactly when I needed to finish out my tire replacements and he even gave me a discount to try to help as much as he could since Napleton wouldn't do anything for me. As a mother with two children including an autistic son, money is always going out somewhere, especially to therapies, so I really appreciate everything he was able to do for me, he was very kind. Thank you so much!

Carlos is a great guy , he made a great deal with me i couldn't resist go to him he will definitely hook you up on tires. He goes above and beyond and has great customer service for his customers and works with them i got recommended by a friend to go to him . Thanks again !!!

Tire Kingdom in Clermont has been our saving grace since we moved to Florida. These guys are honest and will tell you if your tire needs a simple patch or if a new tire is needed. They are courteous and timely. We had a problem with one of my daughter's tire sensors this evening. Ryan evaluated the problem and told us we had a faulty sensor. Since the sensor was still under warranty, they replaced it at no cost to us. They took the vehicle in and worked on it right away. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom of Clermont for all of you tire needs! Thanks guys!

Scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning the night before; that night I'd gotten a flat and replaced it with my donut tire, but needed a new set of tires to get to work safe that morning.Showed up and the attendant told me I'd ordered the wrong kind of tire for my car, and the one that fit they didn't have in stock, but he could grab it for me in a couple hours. I told him I needed to be at work before 11, and it was 730 at that time. He told me he'd see what he could do. Then he said it'd be about 90-120 mins, which I could work with.Apparently he contacted someone to deliver the tires and he replaced them lickety split, and I had my car back good as new within the hour. Absolutely amazing service and worth my money and time. I had time to get breakfast and be on time at work.Edit: I'd like to update my review 2 years later. Tire Kingdom is the most reasonable and reliable auto shop in Clermont full stop. They took a look at my tire and saw the nail in it, but the tire wasn't in stock. Luckily it wasn't flat or leaking, so I could wait a few days for it to show up. They didn't charge me at all for this appointment. They gave me a quote for $145 when I did get the tire changed.Later that week I showed up to get the tire changed. They got it done in less than an hour and only charged me $112. Absolutely fantastic. This was on a different car than the one pictured, and they still impressed me. Thank you to Garrett for being up front and punctual.

Michael and Paul were FANTASTIC. I came in with a completely flat tire after running over a nail and they fixed my issue RIGHT AWAY. I was turned away from a Discount Tire store as they said they were "busy" But Tire Kingdom took me in right away, and fixed the issue right away. THANK YOU

Garrett Gibson the GM is a great addition to this specific Tire Kingdom. Great personality and customer service. My car had a terrible break issue and it came out brand new. He always goes above and beyond for the customers. My brother and I appreciate your service.

They didn t finish the job and wanted me to pay the same price. Also, they overinflated my tires over 45 psi (different psi s each) when mine should be in 32. Went back there to let them know, but it seems that they don t know the basic stuff. Still the same. Never go back. Tire pressure light still on. Terrible service.

Not only this time, but all of the many times I've had work done on various vehicles over the past around fifteen years, I've NEVER been disappointed in the workmanship, level of personable courtesy by all employees, and knowledge of their business. Since patronizing Tire Kingdom back in the day when there weren't many other tire companies in this area, we now have a plethora from which to choose! I choose Tire Kingdom because they always get it right!
