Worst service department I've ever been to. I've owned Nissan for 15+ years in several states.During my appointment, they decided to rotate my tires without my permission, acknowledgment, or documentation. They did not balance the tires they rotated and created a major drive issue. When I called to ask what they had done to my suv they initially had no idea the tires had been rotated and once it was comfirmed told me I needed to pay like $100 to have them balanced. Umm, no. That's not right.

Very attentive, good customer service. Appointments are readily available, and the waiting time is reasonable. The waiting lounge is comfortable, and I appreciate all the coffee flavors, lol.

Asked to change the TV station in the lounge area while I was waiting for my auto service. Gentleman in cashier booth said he was told not to. I went to service manager and she said they have no remote to change station. You mean to tell me Reed Nissan can't afford a universal remote control? I was upset.

Really bad service. I got there a 12:30 and for some reason my paper work was clocked at 1:10 pm. I was told the the waiting time for oil change was 1.5 hours wich is ridiculous. I spoke to a supervisor and nothing was done.

Wonderful service! Comfy/relaxing waiting areas. Constance M. was incredible. She kept us updated frequently, always with a smile. All staff members were outstanding!!

Service staff is amazing, and will do what they can for a positive relaxing experience/visit. Sometimes short staffed, but gives their all. Drop or wait.. nest to leave/drop for the day is easiest.

I had such an amazing experience!Ahmad at Nissan dealer ship was amazing. From the start he helped me look into the car my eye immediately had caught my eye and from there helped me get settled into the car.Will be coming back and referring to here!

My husband went in for 1 oil filter, $20 she went back and was gone for 15 mins, came back with the wrong one, left again, about 10-15 minutes later, came back with 2 oil filters, and tried to sell those 2 for $30...don't need 2 ...these people don't know what customer service is, nor do they care, that was pretty OBVIOUS...glad I don't drive a Nissan

The best service I've experienced from any car dealership ever. I had an alignment performed on my Titan. The truck tracked straight but the steering wheel was off to the left about 6 degrees. I brought the truck back the next morning, they took my truck in ahead of the line and corrected the problem. Every one from the co-owner of the dealership to the service advisor was involved in getting me straightened out. They really exceeded my expectations. Usually I use dealership service for thing I don't have the Tooling for since I do 80 percent of my own work but after this experience I'll have no issue reducing some of my truck maintenance and transferring it to Reed Nissan of Clarmont.

I called and explained the issue I m having and they said just go to express line. Well once I got there they said they didn t have enough people working to even look at the car. What a waste of time.

Problems with used car.. to old for finaceing will five you 48hrs.. they sold it the next morning...and they finaced it for them
