Unfortunately, I've forgotten the young Hispanic salesman's name, but his exceptional service deserves recognition.From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. He assisted me with unloading my trade-in mower from my car, patiently answered all my questions about the new mower, and even helped me load it back into my car after purchase. The service department is a joke. Only bring your equipment if you want them to take weeks just get back to you with a solid answer. They had me waiting almost a week to get my an estimate had I not called. Then, when you call for an update, they say they ll call you back and never do. They had my chain saws sitting back there and were never touched. Horrible experience at this location.

Kaman, Zack, and Bryan at Mainstreet Mower were a great help assisting me with motor repair on our pressure washing trailer. They are very knowledgeable about motors. Highly recommend!

Decided to go to this mainstreet as it was closer to my house rather than the winter garden location I go to while on the job, I was super happy to see it s the same positive vibe different location, Steve was an awesome help with sharpening my blades and stopped what he was doing and did it in no time, will be back would give them 100 stars if I could

I was going to give 3 stars. The sales staff is fantastic. Unfortunately if you have an issue other than standard maintenance this is not the place for you. They had my mower for 2 days without even looking at it. I call on the 3rd day and they said they had to order parts. An hour later my mower is done? No parts were changed. Mower still has the issue. If you are running a business don't go here. I ended up getting 2 new Mowers from a different vendor because of this. Bummer my first year with them was good, they are falling off.

I came here to fix the handle on my push mower, and they were able to find a spare part and fix it for me on the spot. They were so nice and helpful. Much appreciated! I would recommend this place for lawn equipment needs/repairs.

Grant and the guys in servicing were awesome! Super helpful, and do very good by you! Not here to charge you an arm and a leg for help! Definitely using them for all future servicing needs!

Steve and Grant were super helpful and fast! Didn t charge me for minor issue I had that had me so worried about my mower. Even though it was my first time to Main Street Mowers they treated me like long time friend.Just be careful about bringing the wife as they have all the toys and equipment you might need for your yard!

I recently bought a trailer through Main Street mower. It had some issues with wiring from the manufacturer that they were willing to fix. And after realizing the extent of the poor wiring job from the manufacturer, Main Street mower offered to fix it all under warranty and get it done better than new! They did a great job. Great customer service. Great people to work with.

Holy smokes! I wasn t expecting 5 star hospitality level customer service at a mower dealership/service center. Completely blown away. Grant was super polite and professional over the phone, so I dropped in to have my mower blade sharpened. Service was fast and friendly at every step. Steve, who handled blade sharpening, was also passionate about delivering a flawless customer experience. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable of the company, showed they cared about representing a great company, and exemplified a desire to deliver a memorable experience. I ll be back for sure!

They were very professional & prompt in rendering service. Did not try to sell me something that I did not need. I ask a few questions about purchasing a new weedeater/blower combination & they showed me what they had but did not try to pressure me into buying anything. If my lawn equipment needs servicing, I will definitely try them first.

The gentlemen at Main Street mowers always takes very good care of our equipment and services. Constantly working as quickly as possible so that I can get my equipment back in a timely fashion. I m also very grateful for the friendliness of the staff. Always a pleasure visiting the office.

Phenomenal! Honest and knowledgeable customer service! Steve and his team gave me great advice for my new machine, dropped it off around 3pm and they helped me put it back on the truck the next day at 10am- 3 hours before promised! My family just moved from East Orlando to Groveland & my dad Maurice started bringing both his mowers to this location and every time he does, the customer service is always phenomenal. The workers in there not only care about the machines brought in but also the customers. The pricing is always within reasonable rates and I haven't heard any complaints since he's been bringing them there. My dad will definitely continue to bring his mowers to this location!

I like Main Street in Mower. I also like turtles. People there are very nice. I ve been serviced by a person named Steve and he was very good to work with, very friendly and approachable. Good vibes from others there as well. I get my mower blades sharpened there regularly, and they are always spot on. Ouch! Be careful they are so sharp the grass flys off like being cut with a light saber. Don t be a dud, sharpen your blades like you give a darn. And MM does it with a smile and at a great price! And that matters .

Great service from Stephan. On the spot free blade sharpening and matched up a deck pulley and installed in minutes. Got me back to work quickly! Patrick is always on top of customer service both in person and over the phone. Thanks guys!
