Advertised price clearly marked on website.I got an online quote which included dealer fees, taxes, tags, etc for an out the door pricing. Was disappointed to hear that no additional incentives could be shared without coming in to the dealership.Drove out yo the dealership to discuss any additional incentives only to have an additional almost $2000 in fees added for reconditioning.Just salesmen being the salesmen that make car buying such a hassle and pain in the neck.Went back and forth with the manager at least 3 different times to try to get the Advertised price for the vehicle.After an hour, the price of the vehicle was STILL $300 over my internet quote and no "end of the year" or holiday incentives were applied.Not sure if undisclosed fees ( after a quote was issued) qualify as bait and switch, but definitely not a level of honesty or integrity I want to support by purchasing through this team.

This dealership has been nothing but a nightmare. We have had a number of jeeps over the years, we recent moved to winter garden went to trade in our lease, we were promised things we didn t receive. (Free window tint into our deal) We let that slide. First two oil changes took extremely long, understandable. I made an appointment today for an oil change (9:30) and was so upset with how I was treated. Was first told it would be over 3 hours, explained I had my daughter and asked for a manager. She came and very rudely told me it pretty much wasn t her problem. That she had 10 appointments in front of me. I called to speak to the GM Megan and she told me her team said I was causing trouble, when I said I ll have my husband contact you.I took my Jeep somewhere else for an oil change and this place completely turned my day around they were so kind. I had a free oil change at Jeep and went and PAID someone else to do it and happily at that because of the customer service.Jeep should take a hard look at management.

Bought a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4X4 at this dealership. The salesman was Corey Warren. We like the Grand Cherokee, but Corey undermined an issue regarding the sound system in our trade. Very sneaky how he handled the whole thing. Be careful if you deal with him. Also, the dealership has the vehicles marked up a minimum of $5000 right now due to demand . Just be cautious. We were at the dealership for six hours!!! Corey kept mentioning that he was new at the car sales again after a hiatus. We had to return the following day to bring our trade after a pressuring phone call. Their way of ensuring the premium sound system in our trade would not have a chance of being put back stock. Another two hours just to be told it will take them a week to do a simple tag transfer.I called the dealership today to try and schedule the Xzilon paint protection application through the service department. The girl on the phone was absolutely clueless. She took my name and number and said she would call me back. Of course that never happened. So far Napleton Clermont is a HUGE joke!!!

Service department is terrible. I went there for a oil change. I had an appointment for 8:30. It was done around noon.
