What an amazing experience at buying the 2024 Sant� Fe Hybrid from this dealership!! This SUV sold itself but Wendy and Frank made all the initial process beyond 5-star status. Tony in finance was a pleasure and he worked all the magic he could to make this deal happen! I most definitely recommend this dealership this car and most especially to work with Wendy !!! Her follow up and follow through with post purchase issues were stellar. Total pleasure and 10/10 purchase !!!

I stopped by Hyundai of Central Florida after getting the high pressure sales pitch at Toyota. David Gonzalez was assigned to me, and I explained that I was only looking, and not buying that day. He showed me all the hybrid options and answered my questions. I didn't think I would like the Tuscon as much as I did. He didn't pressure me when I said I was leaving, and he gave me his card when I asked for it.I went back a week later and found him again. I took the car for a test drive and I liked it alot. Now I had to haggle and avoid getting ripped off. I was happy to see "no dealer fees" and low up front pricing. He told me of the 2 discounts I qualified for, and we discussed my approximate monthly cost based on my down payment and credit. I left again with no hassle, and I felt confident that I was getting a great car for a great price.That week we discussed finalizing the purchase, and my busy schedule. He made things very easy for me and even did a worksheet showing me the best rate based on my credit and DP. I felt very comfortable. I told him I would be in that weekend, but one of my guys at work had an emergency, so I had to delay until Monday.Monday comes and the car is waiting for me, all detailed and shiny. The Finance guy had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. After the new car picture and some hand shaking, I was driving my new car home.I cannot recommend Hyundai of Central Florida any higher than a 10. David was patient and knowledgeable. I highly suggest asking for him when you visit. Great job all around....I have already told my friends to stop by next time they are car shopping.

My granddaughter got a 2022 Hyundai Kona this week from this dealership. The process was fast and easy. We were repeat customers. Last year Ray helped us, Ray works for the Genesis sales now,, but came in to give us a warm hand off to Tim. Tim called us earlier that day, we didn't want to lose the car because we needed a AWD SUV, so we filled out the paperwork on line and Tim held the car till we got there. When Tim took us to the back showroom we had a big surprise. A big red bow was on the car. Tim made our day perfect. He handed us off to Anthony for the rest of the paperwork which was so easy. If I could leave 10 stars I would. This dealership cares about you, not just the sale. Tim actually called today to thank us for coming in.The customer service is amazing. Thanks so much.

Buying a car these days can be a stressful endeavor, unless money is a non-issue. I was in the market for a used car with low mileage, yet still covered under factory warranty.I researched US News site, evaluated used car ratings, and test drove two cars that I liked from local dealers. To say the least, I was disheartened by the unwavering sticker price, the additional fees, dealer fees all BEFORE tax. The following day, I walked into the Hyundai Central Florida of Clermont without an appointment to test drive a car I saw online. I was greeted by one of their sales rep, Ryan Hawley. He was professional, courteous, unassuming, and listened to what I was looking for in a used car within my budget.There was no pressure, upsell or need to haggle the price. Hyundai s No Dealer Fee, Low Upfront Pricing policy was the reason I ultimately purchased my car there. Even several days after the purchase, Ryan was very responsive to additional inquiries I had regarding the car. I also chose to add additional coverage for my used car, and Tony Rivers was helpful in explaining the warranty packages.Overall, my Hyundai experience was exceptional and rewarding. The friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me purchase a car at a great price. I highly recommend the Hyundai Central Florida of Clermont for a stress-free car buying experience and services.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Kudos to Jill and her awesome team who were very patient and never pressured us to make a purchase. There were no surprises or crazy tactics to keep us at the dealership. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to at least check out Hyundai of Central Florida and ask for Jill.

Best car buying experience with Jill Burks. My husband bought his Santa Cruz with Jill six months ago and had a great experience this is why we returned to Central Florida Hyundai and asked for Jill to help with my purchase of the Santa Fe. Thank you Jill and team for all your assistance and patience as I test drove different vehicles making sure I was comfortable and happy with my final selection.

WOW! Hyundai of Central Florida hit our purchasing experience out of the park. After a horrible experience with Hyundai of Daytona(I will be writing a separate review for them)our sales associate at Hyundai of Central Florida Wendy Kane made us feel like royalty. From the moment she reached out to me via email to let me know that the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited trim in Deep Sea I wanted and couldn't find would become available on 12/17. I could tell from the get go Wendy was a straight shooter. She told me the approximate amount of my monthly payment using the information I gave her over the phone. The minute we walked through the door I felt like I was entering the land of Oz. The dealership was so beautiful, clean and decorated for Christmas. I later found out Wendy is not only an awesome salesperson but a great Christmas tree decorator as well. We never got haggled or mislead. We never got coerced into purchasing extras. We actually paid what we were promised and after going through finance, Our monthly payment was lower than expected. Wendy had given us a ball park figure of 301$ a month, it ended up being 290$ a month. After the sale, most salespeople would wish you luck and send your off. Not Wendy. She put a big red bow on our new Tucson and took pictures of us. She then spent an hour(I video taped the whole session)with us showing us all the features and how to use them. I was getting stressed out because she had another client waiting and she said not to worry. We had an appointment, the other customer did not so he'd have to wait until she was finished with us. I highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a Hyundai. After the purchase a week ago today, Wendy has checked in on us twice. Who does that? If we're ever in the market for a car again or anyone we know, we'll be sending them to Hyundai of Central Florida. That's Wendy in the background on the first picture.

I am frankly tired of the predatory and unethical practices of dealerships. Dealerships don t care about you or your family, their only goal is to extract as much money out of you by any means necessary.However, there is one place that is an outlier in the dealership world, and that is Hyundai of Central Florida.Along with their clean and tidy campus, here is what you can expect from them:No Dealer Fees, No forced add-ons, No gimmicks or schemes, just a straight forward, no pressure car buying experience.Ryan H was the representative that helped me through my car buying experience. He was knowledgeable, patient and did an excellent job.I will be recommending HCF to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

My husband and I recently purchased a CPO Hyundai Palisade from this dealership and it was the best experience! This was our first car buying experience and we were nervous and intimated going in. We were warmly greeted when we walked in by Mason, our sales person, and after talking with us about our needs he showed us what ended up being the perfect car for our family. Mason was so kind and knowledgeable and made the entire experience a pleasant one! Pricing and financing was super straightforward with no added fees which we really appreciated after seeing some of the fees that other dealerships add on. Highly recommend this dealership, ask for Mason - you ll be in the best hands!

Purchase was pretty good, no additionally hidden fees, pretty straight forward.Disappointed with final conditions of the car when pickup up. They were going to replace the wiper blades (as they offer), and when I got there at 6 pm, there was none, and the parts deparment was already closed. They said they would reimburse me, but I didn't want to drive and take a risk to scratch the glass. Had to run to costco and other facilities to find but had no success until mazda in front gave me some used ones.Left the dealer at 9pm.It's supposed to be a happy day but was very stressful.Also, I found out there was no car jack when I was after getting a nail.Today, they confirmed they only will reimbursed the front wiperblades (not the rear).

I had a fantastic experience at Hyundai of Central Florida our salesperson Ruben Contreras was incredibly helpful and truly great. He understood our needs, and there was never any pressure to buy specific type of vehicle; Unlike other dealerships where you might feel pressure, that wasn't the case here. I highly recommend coming here and seeking out Ruben he is knowledgeable, friendly and personable. It's nice to finally find a dealership where I drive away feeling like I purchased the car I actually wanted. I've never felt pressured into buying a car just because it is the most expensive thing on the lot. Our family has purchased at least 4 or 5 Hyundai vehicles from this location.When we come in, we specifically request to work with Adam. He is very down to earth, he's kind, he asks questions AND actually listens to what we're looking for. He really knows his stuff! We always feel taken care of by him every time we are looking at purchasing a vehicle. We have also worked with Mike on the finance side of things each time as well. He is quick but makes sure to explain things so we know what we're signing up for. They make a great team.It can be really hard to find good people in the car business, so we are very grateful to know we can go here and be taken care of.

What a fantastic dealership!!Pleasantly surprised, we have been shopping for approx 2 weeks. Hyundai Of Clermont is highly recommended, no pressure, dealership was beautiful and without question, ask for Geraldo!! He was amazing. And without any doubt Mike from Genesis is a major asset for the Hyundai/Genesis in Clermont, FL. Dealership,without speaking with him we would have never made the trip to Clermont. Our car buying experience was smooth. We worked with Frank who guided us through the process. We were able to take our time, schedule test drives, and were not pressured into making a decision. There were no surprises due to their up-front pricing and no hidden dealer fees. We would definitely buy another car from this dealership!

We stopped in on Sunday to look at the Sante Cruz and luckily Jill came out to meet us. She was so knowledgeable and helpful-without being pushy. We ended up buying both the Sante Cruz AND a Tuscon that day! We didn t finish until well after closing time, but Jill and the rest of the team never made us feel rushed. We also received a fair trade on the car we brought in.We would recommend Central Florida Hyundai (and Jill) to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I worked with Craig the second time I had to have the car serviced. He was patient and understanding.The first time was over a blown engine ((not our fault - it was over a recalled part that basically drained all the oil and therefore caused the engine to literally blow)...This could have easily cost my family 8 to 11k for a new engine but these guys fought for us through corporate and we didn't pay a penny- brand new engine.This last time the a.c. went ((it WAS working but it just stopped)) and Craig helped me find a solution in under 1 day. I was even shuttled to and from the house which is a good 15 miles away.5 stars. I will go here for ANY issues with my car.Thanks guys.

We worked closely with Sales Specialist Jade Gross, who is professional and a genuinely nice guy with excellent communication skills and follow up. This is our second purchase from this no-nonsense, fair-priced dealership, no pressure or shady bait and switch tactics or added fees ever.
