Friendly staff. Simple process, but slow. First appointment of the day took 2 hours for an oil change and recall inspection (no work done). Drive up, give name, wait in customer lounge. Free Keurig coffee, including decaf. No free food, or snacks or fruit. Vending machines if you like terrible junk food snacks like chips and soda.

I ve been coming here for a few years now to get my CRV serviced. After having several Hondas over the years, whenever I occasionally had an issue with the older ones that were worn out, and I would take it to a regular repair shop, they could never pinpoint the problem or repair the problem sufficiently. As a result, I got tired of it and decided to only take my Hondas to official Honda service departments from then on. Overall, I haven t been disappointed with my decision. I ve used a few different service departments, in different locations, and all of them have been great. This service department in particular is always helpful and successful in repairing or servicing anything that I need help with. The Service Advisor, Daniel, goes above and beyond, every time I deal with him. Thank you so much for continuing to help me over the years! I m sure I will use the services at Headquarter Honda in the future, the next time I need them.

I've had poor service here multiple times.Yesterday for fixing a recall issue they didn't seem to know how to efficiently check me in for my appointment because the service advisor was at lunch. It took them 4 hours to install the update that should have taken 15 minutes.Last year I was having a roof rack installed and they didn't actually have the equipment needed. Total waste of time and poorly organized.

Wow. As I pulled up the service department was calling me a few mins before my appointment saying they do t have the part. I had already rescheduled my appointment once and three weeks went by with no call before hand. I live an hour away. Also after she went back to check to see if they did actually have the part wow .it was there.Now after waiting 40 mins in the break room she says they need to have it longer and will get me a loaner. Fine print they will charge you for tolls and other things just to go back and forth. I asked if they would do shuttle but they said it was too far! No SH!t! So I left in my own vehicle with the recall still not done.

Very helpful! A light in my car popped on a minute before passing there and I was concerned I may not make it home, so I did a u-turn and stopped in. The service technician was willing to look at the warning and reassure me that I would make it home and could schedule with my local dealer the next day.I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and integrity he possessed. I was able to get home and my car into the shop near me, the next day and now it's running fine. I don't remember exactly, but I think his name was Matt, many thanks to you!! If I'm ever in the area and need to get service, this will be my #1 choice!

I had the lower rubber window strippings on my four side. Windows changed out because they were all cracked and dry rotted. While the service was excellent, I think the particular material that you Honda used during the manufacturing of the car was flawed and at least partly should have been covered. My car is only 8 years old and the rubber started cracking about 3 years ago. I've had cars for 10 and 15 and 25 years in the Florida heat and never had that happen before under the same conditions. This should have been a recall item for Honda

Andrew Burke is the salesperson who will not hold back and tell you like it is and not what you want to hear. He uses all the avenue's afforded to him to get you the best bang for your buck. In the market for a new or used vehicle? Andrew is the person to see for real.Great experience.

I m very disappointed of the clermont location. I took my truck 3 times and the problem is still there. But they put in the papers that it s fixed but is not. And they are not careful with the car / body parts paint. I found new scratches after I picked up my truck.

Honda service in Clermont is the best. They have great customer service people who don't treat you like your stupid about cars. We have two Hondas, and we bring them here for some TLC. Thank you Honda!

Rave, I had a nice experience buying a new CRV Hybrid car today at Honda of Clermont. Deron Lewis was patience and answered all my questions. He didn't pressure me to buy. I would recommend him if you are in need of a car.

The Honda dealership in Clermont is great and honest and does good work. The reason for 4 stars is because they are a dealership and they are the most expensive game in town. If you don t know a good mechanic and are will to pay for great service then I highly recommend them.

My fianc� and I had a wonderful experience with Headquarter Honda. Ruben was fantastic and made my first time leasing process as stress-free as possible. He was prompt and helpful the entire time he assisted us! Tommy met with us initially and got us all set up; he is also fantastic! Overall, everyone was so friendly at this dealership and I would highly recommend it to others I m so happy they have my business!

Horrible service. I got there at 8:00am. I didn't hear anything about my car until 10:00am that I was tired of waiting and asked about it. The woman stated that they had not started the service yet because my car was under the previous name still. I got this car brand new out of the dealership, so I'm the only owner. My question is why did they wait until I asked two hours later to get it straighted up. One star is way more than what they deserve.

Bruce was great! Kept me informed of repair progress. Very friendly and helpful. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. The repair was done correctly and they even wash your car!

I want to thank Bruce in the service department he was very polite and went above and beyond in his service! Also gave me great advice on getting my wheel replaced there and no ordering online because it could come to me and not look correct. The only place to go for a new/used Honda is Headquarter Honda in Clermont. Ask for Mike Jahangir, Senior Sales Rep. Mike worked with me in finding a very specific car and color combination. Come to find out there were only 5 in the state. Mike told me he had found one and would have it delivered (at no charge) to the dealership within 24 hours. As promised, within 24 hours Mike contacted me that the car had arrived. The car was exactly what I wanted. I was so surprised since two other Honda dealerships either stated they could not get the car or would have to charge me transport fee. Mike was very attentive and experienced in the entire process. Mike was so helpful when taking me on an extensive test drive to be sure I understood all the unique features of the car before I purchased. Mike was great! Thank you Mike for the wonderful new car buying experience! I know I am going to thoroughly enjoy my new car!

Woke up with low tire pressure in one tire and after bringing it in to them, they fixed it quickly, and because it was covered under the protection plan, it didn't cost me anything. Excellent service and very friendly associates. Glad I bought my vehicle here.

Bought my first car here in 2013 and have used them for every maintenance on the cars since. Great team members, comfortable lounge to wait and they don't request more be done to the car then necessary.

Visited Honda a week prior for a knocking sound in my 13 year old car. The car was repaired ($1000) & I was informed that there was no longer a knocking sound. On my way home the knocking sound continued. Called the service manager, who instructed me to bring the car back in. Steve, the repair person drove with me for 15-20 minutes & there was no sound (always happens!). He advised me to keep a journal of the car, or leave the car with Honda a few days. I decided to keep a journal for 2 weeks. I was very impressed with Steve taking time with me & providing recommendations. I am still frustrated with the knocking sound & hope Honda can identify the problem & repair.

Slow service, everytime. Had an appointment for a simple oil change on a car and after an hour and a half of waiting, they hadn't even put the car on the lift yet. The Honda sales side is great, but the service side could use improvement.

The folks in the service department at Headquarter Honda are always very nice, efficient, and communicate well while our cars are being serviced. Any time I need service I go here because I appreciate their professionalism.

We been going there for years now and this time they were very slow. It was just an oil change but 1 and 1/2 hours later was a bit much considering there were just 3 other people sitting there.
