We went to visit this car dealership just to look and see possibilities to trade our lease we had the pleasure to meet with Asael at the front! He was genuine and not pushy, amazing sales person! He was attentive and worked with our needs! He found the perfect car that we were looking for and worked a deal for us! What can I say we went to look and ended up buying a car - my husband and I are very happy! Great service!! You and your team were amazing! We highly recommend Asael and this dealership!

I had an appointment set on Monday the 15th with Keith Brown and the service I received was EXCEPTIONAL. I am a first-time car buyer which can be nerve racking, but Keith was exceedingly knowledgeable and professional; he had an answer for all of my questions and made sure I had a good experience. I left the dealership with a great car at a great price. Needless to say, that Keith is an honest salesman which is hard to find.

Everyone I interacted with during my car buying experience was very personable and professional from beginning to end. Marino quickly provided me with the out-the-door pricing I requested instead of the run-around I got from other dealerships offering the same vehicle. Tony took the baton the next morning and ran with it, getting everything set up for an easy transaction on arrival. When I arrived, I was greeted by Keith at the door and we got right to business. Totally seamless with no stress or undue pressure anywhere.It was discovered that a small panel was missing from the car and Keith made arrangements for it to be replaced within the week. He also ensured all of the CX-5 s technology was functioning properly and provided the cables to get me synced up and on the road. It s unlikely I ll be in the market for another vehicle any time soon but if I were, I would not hesitate to come back to Headquarter Mazda and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

After visiting a few dealerships I decided to go to Headquarter Mazda. I arrived on Wednesday night at 7 PM and was greeted by Jose. I was straightforward and letting him know what I want and was out of there in two hours with a new car that I absolutely love. the whole experience was amazing! Jose was attentive, professional, and made sure that I was satisfied with my choice. There were no gimmicks or any pressure on purchasing a vehicle and I truly appreciate that. I would definitely recommend head Headquarter Mazda to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. Martin is a true professional of a salesman. He listened to my needs and concerns. We were able to negotiate the right deal for me. He wasn t pushy. He worked at my speed. Finance was fantastic as well. I would 100% recommend anyone shopping for a car to go to this dealership and ask for Martin. I ve already referred a friend.

Always very great customer service! I actually hit a large stone when driving, which damaged the underneath of my car. They looked at my car, showed me a video of the inspection and damage, and then told me that it doesn't need to be replaced when it's in their interest to tell me it does. And they charged me nothing for the inspection (probably because I'm a repeat customer). That speaks volumes to their integrity and that they can be trusted. And even if I was to replace it (optional), the part was very reasonably priced.

Took my wife s car in for its regular service (oil change and tire rotation). I decided to wait for the service which only took 90 minutes. Was able to wait in their comfortable lounge. They sent me a video of the car s thorough inspection which was great to see. They picked up on a few optional items like replacement of wiper blades and cabin filters which I said they should proceed to replace. All in all it was a good experience. Will definitively use Headquarter Mazda again. Their staff were very helpful and friendly.

I had a great experience with Headquarters Mazda dealership. Brandon Pentaya, although very young, was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He gave us the discount that I needed to get the monthly payment down to what I wanted, in addition to my down payment.The only problem we encountered was when someone asked him to take another customer out for a test drive right after we signed our check and our paperwork, before he completed our transaction. He asked us to wait until he returned. However, my husband s disappointment was so evident that he did not leave. He did his best to appease us. It was obviously a poor managerial decision.Otherwise, I had a great experience and I absolutely love my new Mazda!!Thank you, Brandon! I would buy from you all over again!

This was my first time going to this Mazda for an oil change and the service was really great! Scheduling the appointment was easy to do on the website. Ramses helped me when I checked my vehicle in and kept me updated with the process. They also sent a video of the inspection and any findings. I was very pleased with the service at this dealer and will absolutely go here again.

Technically the second time I have been to Headquarter Mazda. First time I stopped in as my key fob for my 23 CX5 was again running low. Greeted by an engaging, professional sales person who after listening to me explain my problem, had the battery replaced and did not charge me a dime. Today s visit was to have the oil changed and the car inspected. Making the appointment for the day I needed was easy. Greeted warmly when I arrived, what they were going to do was explained fully, video inspection of the vehicle was sent to me, work was done on a timely basis, car was washed and waiting after I paid the reasonable bill. As I waited the Service Manager, knowing it was my first time truly having the vehicle serviced at Headquarter Mazda stopped by to talk. Oh and the waiting area had snacks and a great coffee machine bonus.

The dealership was great! As soon as my husband and I arrived we were treated with the best service. Went in to test drive. Keith was the sale associate that assisted us. We decided to think on the options. A week later I called Keith over the phone and let him know we were interested in a car. At that time the trim I wanted was flying off the shelf! Keith was able to get the trim that day somehow! I would definitely recommend this location.

Everyone was so friendly from the sales men, finance and customer service manager.They have a great selections of vehicles. Salesman was very patient and has knowledge as to everything A Mazda has to offer from performance to technology..both finance and salesman took the time to explain any questions I had I was not pressure or rushed in anyway. The showroom is very clean and they offer snacks and drinks. I would definitely go back to buy another vehicle when the time comes.

Bought one used car, and the car was really taken care off, they made everything to make the car look like it was out of the factory, and was really transparent! Jose Mendez helped me a lot on the sale, I will definitely recommend him and look for him in my next purchase, great salesperson. Had a transmission issue on 2019 CX-5. Took to Headquarter Mazda because that is where I bought the car and they have always been good with service. They gave me a loaner to use for the few days it took to finish the job. The repair seems to be working fine. The issue was covered under warranty so did not cost me a dime. The service department is responsive, friendly, and helpful. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Headquarter Mazda and will continue to do business with them.

My husband and I visited this dealership on 4/8/24 to test drive and possibly buy a 2021 Mazda Cx-5. We live about an hour and 1/2 away and so I was communicating with Marino through text to set up everything. Marino kept in contact with me the entire morning to make sure the car was still available by the time my husband and I would be there. He sent over a quote including everything but our trade in amount without me having to ask, and told me all the fees up front, which only included a dealer fee and certification fee. After we arrived we were greeted by salesman David who made us feel very welcome. He sat us down to get everything set up for the test drive and asked us some questions about pricing. Throughout and after the test drive David made sure to answer all questions we had honestly and was very thorough with the features on the car. We then sat down to go through the paperwork and get our trade-in value. The value they gave us was a bit lower than the estimates we had received from other places, so we asked if they could go higher. David got his manager and the manager was incredibly reasonable and kind to us. We told him what out the door number would work for us and the manager made it happen. Once we agreed on a price, the manager asked if we would like to finance through Mazda to which we declined, and this was the first dealership to not try and convince us that we should finance through them which was VERY refreshing. We were then taken to one of the financing offices to finalize everything with a different David. He was also amazing. David was down-to-earth and honest about everything. We were offered some warranties but not pressured to add anything on at all. He made sure we were fully aware of the final price and monthly payment. My husband and I wish that this dealership was closer to us so we could service our car here. First dealership we ve been to ever that we haven t felt pressured or uncomfortable. Barely even had to negotiate. We will be buying our next car here.

Had an appointment for an inspection and wow was I treated very well. One of my old Mazda 6 is falling apart and they sent me a video with the mechanic explaining in detail everything that needed work. Thank you Scotty and Mazda team for your exceptional communication from A-Z.Would recommend, and would use the service center again.
