My husband and I went to Headquarter Honda after going to a different Honda dealership, just to compare pricing. Everything about the experience was superior at Headquarter Honda. From the moment we were greeted by Jamal, we felt at ease. Paul always also friendly, helpful, and quick! There s no sitting at the dealership going back and forth here. The car and color I wanted was at a different dealership. Paul was able to quickly arrange for the car to be brought to Headquarter in a matter of hours! Jamal showed me how to work everything in the car and set up all the safety features. I have already recommended this dealership (and Jamal and Paul) to a friend.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Justin Myles, and I must say, my experience with Myles, was exceptional. My wife and I came into Headquarter Honda to look at the used cars for our three teens. We were met by an amazing staff who help us through the process of buying all three of them cars. Anthony and Andy were very friendly and knowledgeable. They even helped us to surprise the kids when we came back later with the kids to pick the new vehicles by putting big red bows on the cars after getting them all detailed. Oh and let me also mention Kenny in the finance department and how quickly he was able to get our paperwork wrapped up. All in all it was a great experience and we will be back in the future.

My experience at Headquarter Honda was the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership. I went in to just test drive a 2024 Honda HR-V and had no intention of purchasing a car. I talked to one gentleman before our salesman Mike J came in to see what he could do to get us to walk away with a car. At first, I was hesitant, but the care and attention to detail he had made me so confident I was making the right decision! The price he configured with us to make sure it was a price I wanted to pay and the car had all the details I wanted/needed was amazing! I went to purchase the car with my fianc� and mother-in-law and they both said just how amazing this whole experience was. Mike was absolutely amazing and we gained a friend in the process! Thank you for everything Mike, you were the best!!!

Had a wonderful experience at Headquarter Honda thanks to John and George. I came in for a service appointment and wanted to discuss my lease end options and ended up leaving with a new car for a great deal. This was my first time renewing a lease on my own and John was extremely helpful and patient. I had a horrible experience at Coggin Honda and happy I made the switch to this location. Incredibly friendly staff, clean and comfortable waiting room with coffee and snacks available, will definitely be returning!

Got my Accord Sport L Hybrid 11/25/23. Walked in and met with Sales Manager Paul and Salesman Carlos. Everything was very Professional and friendly. The buying process was painless and fairly quick. My financial consultant was also very friendly and professional. Carlos made sure I was well versed in the electronics systems. Also a very clean and comfortable place. No complaints. My Accord hybrid is just awesome and a sporty experience.

Bought my first nice/new car at Headquarter Honda. I spent a week going to different dealerships looking for my civic. This was one of my first stops on my car buying journey. I ended up going back to this dealership because I got the best price around. My review starts off with the most professional sales rep I have ever purchased a vehicle from! Mike Jahangir!!! I am 78 and I have purchased many vehicles for business and pleasure! I have NEVER experienced a more professional representative! He is my go to person for sure and built my confidence in the dealership! I will go back to him! He walked us through the entire purchase process, yes after a win win negotiation with each department! Everyone was exceptional!!

My first time at Honda clermont . I can say this was my best experience at a car dealership hands down. Carlos Martinez was great! Very respectful and professional. He knew his stuff when it came to the car I wanted . Always made sure if i needed anything(water , snacks) really liked the hospitality. Helped me get the car i wanted with no issues at all. For anyone looking to get a car I would highly recommend Carlos Martinez !

Mike Jahangir was an excellent Honda representative. Very thorough in explaining all the aspects of the Pilot. We did a lengthy test drive in various terrain to showcase the Pilots handling. We had no intention of buying a car, but after all he showed us, and worked with us on a lease, and then gave us an upgraded 2024 for same price as 2025 . . . We bought on the spot. The dealership is clean, everyone very friendly.

Had the best experience. Sydney and Dennis were amazing. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hrs with my new car. The follow up after the purchase has been great. Had the car towed late night, I parked it in service spot, filled out the night form dropped in box. Night security was nice also. Next day they kept me informed and updated me daily, gave a great service and price. I would drive the hour to bring my vehicle back, Carlos was awsome

I just bought my 5th Honda from this dealership and I am very pleased with how the whole process went. Mike Janangir along with his manager bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and put me in the car I wanted. Even the financing went smoothly. I'm sure they were all tired as I was and everyone I dealt with was friendly and respectful and never rushed me. I will definitely recommend you all to anyone I know looking to buy a car.

Stopped here during a road trip 1000 miles from home. The most thorough routine maintenance checkup I've ever gotten on a car. The service advisor went through the whole thing with us and even showed us some chips in our windsheild that we should have addressed before they become a concern. Very impressive service department. I wish I lived nearby for future auto service needs.

As always headquarter Honda in clermont never disappoints me from the moment I called to the moment I left. Mike was able to find the receipt of a battery I purchased over the counter, and to my surprise it was still under warranty. I had purchased there without having them installed, so there was no service records, and I paid cash, so glad they had attached that purchase info to my car records, so thank full they did!! If not, I have had to pay another $160Also the young men that took care of me was knowledgeable, and very helpful, sorry I don t remember the name..you guys Rock!

I appreciated being met at the entrance to Honda. This made me feel appreciated as a new possible customer. Carlos, my sale representative, was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles I was interested in. He was professional and patient in explaining each cars features. His recommendations and advice had merit as I had not bought acar in years.I highly recommend this dealership and Carlos Martinez as he truly was very helpful in assisting in finding the right vehicle for me. The buying experience at this dealership was very pleasant. No surprises, No markups and, No pressure tactics. The salesperson was friendly, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. Mike did a great job in making me feel comfortable about my purchase. He dedicated plenty of time to answer our questions and providing detailed information. After previously going to a different dealership and running out, I was dreading going to another dealership but I was pleasantly surprised after completing my purchase at this dealership. Sometimes all you need is someone to listen, understand and help out. Bruce from service did just that. I really needed to get my truck in the day-of and I needed a loaner car and Bruce hooked me up quickly. I really appreciate the service and the work done on my truck. There was an issue during the fix and Bruce was very fair with the cost. I have another honda dealership closer by but they are nowhere near the costumer service I received from Bruce and Headquarters. I will happily make the extra drive time to ensure my Ridgeline gets well taken care of. Thank you!

Recently purchased a Honda Pilot from Headquarter Honda. John Sterling was our salesman. John took is time to explain everything about the car, all the options we had available. Help with the set up of few things in the car. The dealership is clean and everyone there was super nice and friendly. I highly recommend anyone to reach out to John Sterling for all the car needs with his knowledge and experience.Love my new Honda Pilot and love being part of the Honda family.

Great support over three weeks of decision making on our part. Dennis was extremely patient while we compared brands and models. Several test drives over the three weeks didn't phase him at all. No pressure sale, we bought what we wanted and got thru the purchase process with George quickly. Our 2025 Pilot Elite is flawless and we are very satisfied with our purchase. If we ever need a replacement or have friends who are looking for a car I ll highly recommend Headquarters Honda Clermont!

Exceptional experience Despite my mother's meticulous nature he remained incredibly professional, understanding, and super patient throughout the whole process.
