This was the fastest repair I ve ever gotten. I needed a new starter and these guys delivered. Sophie on the phone was a delight to chat with, and Kevin knew exactly what he was doing and he was kind while doing it. Really this is a company that makes you feel like family. Having a working car again is a phenomenal feeling, and the price I paid for it made it a blessing. I will be saving the folks at Grizzly in my contacts and recommending them every chance I get. Thanks guys!

Highly recommend them. My truck broke down at a park. Called them for a estimate. They had the best price and Kevin arrived quick and replaced my starter with know issues. Very professional, great service, affordable price. 5 stars for me. I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you again for the quick and great service.

I've used Grizzly Auto twice now. Sophie was a pleasure to speak with and quick to respond. Kevin, the Technician was early and they were nice enough to let me know when they were coming. He knew what he was doing and he finished the job in a very timely manner. Great service. I will continue to use this small business for all of my automotive needs. Thanks Kevin and Sophie. Plus it's so convenient to be able to stay at home while the work gets done and not have to wait in a lobby for hours.

In a world of rip-off in con artist. This guy I trust. I asked him to take pictures of some work that he did on my vehicle while he had opened up he. He did it no problem. I'm very satisfied with his work.I've been looking for somebody like this. Who I can trust?I think I found the perfect mechanic for my needs.

This is where great Service starts. The most fair prices in town. The most efficient timing to get the job done. Plus Service with a smile. I would recommend Grizzly Auto to anybody with car needs. They get the job done! Kevin is a qualified and great mechanic. He is also very friendly.

Kevin provided me with a great experience! Came and took a look and figured out the issue right away. A few days later he came back and fixed the problem quickly and did a great job on my jeep. I am very happy with the job he did and charges a very fair price I will continue to use him as my go to mechanic. Would recommend to anybody!

This is a SCAM company! I brought my Jeep in for service to their shop ( their back yard is the shop ) I didn t know this until Sonja gave me directions. I brought the parts as asked from the mechanic from Auto Zone and had them changed. I left it was running fine, 4 days later it s doing the same thing but worse. I call and I m told it s not their fault and if I did want to bring it in it would be a week before I could bring it. What?? A week??? The Jeep can not be driven because of the issue, but she acted as if she could care less. Keep in mind I use this vehicle for everyday use so a week away just don t make any sense. Sonja again says but it s not our fault it has messed up. How does she know? So she says if you want I can schedule you for a diagnosis for $99 next week to see what s wrong. These people are the worst of business owners in central Florida. Save your money and go to a professional business. I thought using them would save me compared to the dealership turns out cheaper was definitely not better. Don t walk RUN from these people.

I m so grateful I found this company! I called them up and they were able to come out the same day. I just bought a used car that needs a few things done and Kevin and Sophie have been so helpful, honest, professional, and great communication in getting me a reasonable price and helping me understand what is happening with my car instead of just giving me basic answers. So I had a radiator problem and I called around to auto shops around the area in Lake County. Nobody could get me in for two weeks. I called three different mobile mechanics, and only one company answered the phone which was grizzly auto repair the girl on the phone was very nice. Told me exactly what time the technician would be there showed up on time Did the awesome job and I couldn t say enough about the Service. Keith was wonderful! He came to the house where my car was dead. I got a new battery a month ago and figured it was going to be the alternator. He quickly found the problem and it was a defective battery. He could have easily taken taken advantage of an old, single woman by telling me that it was the alternator, but he did not do that! He was kind, honest and good at what he did! Thanks!

5 months ago my co-worker recommended Kevin to me. I have a 20 year old Acura and the automatic windows were giving me problems.Actually, the passenger side window was giving me problems. The driver s side was permanently stuck up.The climate here in Florida varies wildly from block to block, as did my AC.Perhaps my boss got sick of me showing up to work with my make-up melting off.My work bestie told me to call Kevin and get my life in order.When I called, I spoke to his wife (? Sophia ?) Positively lovely.She quoted me a price for Kevin to come out, look at both windows (it s a 2 door), and run the diabetes machine on my car.Full disclosure - I was thinking of trading it in at the time.Kevin came to my house. Took the inside panels off. Fixed them one at a time. Popped the hood. Ran the car defibrillator machine all under the distrustful, imposing presence of my 3 cats.Fun Fact! He has cats too!As a single woman (i.e. cats: see above) it s nice to meet an honest mechanic for a change.My windows haven t given me a problem since!My AC has been cool to me too! (Haha get it?)My car is perfect. I love it so much. I want to keep it forever!Thanks Kevin!

I cant even bring to words how amazing his services felt. I called when they were busy but not even an hour and they texted me with apologies and went from there. Since i was at work i could not be on the phone talking as much as i can quickly text back so that was a plus! Told him what i was looking for and he offered his quote and was able to fit me in their schedule that same day.Communication 10Service 10Pricing 10Over all will be keeping handy for my mechanic needs. Great service honestly. Lady on the phone was very nice and so was the technician. Great attitude from everyone I interacted with, genuine nice people to talk to. The tech was able to come the next day and he finished the job quickly.

This will be my 4th time bringing my business to grizzly auto repair. I m not one to write a comment but not only is he efficient but trust worthy too wether he s working on my German car or American he s always on the money! Have had issues at other dealers even tune shops and took weeks to resolve! This man is great at retention just replaced my front end on my Camaro turnaround time was amazing!! Very poor communication. Had an issue with my car starting, searched around and decided on him because he initially offered me a diagnostic for $85 (which is what everyone else charges around here, so fair enough) but said he d refund the $85 once he does the repair. Days after, said he ordered parts from a few places and will let me know as soon as they come in. No problem. But then I didn t hear anything for almost a month until I reached out myself. Said O Reilly must have forgotten about him and it all just slipped his mind. Told me he would get back to me once he hears from them. My car is still not fixed, still have not heard from him. Take your money elsewhere. That was as good as a scam to me.

Kevin responded to my message and came out to diagnose the issue on the same day I contacted him. He ordered the part I needed and came back to do the install. He was quick, efficient, and an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. I am so happy I found him, and I would not hesitate to call him again for any future repairs.

Honest, fast and affordable. Kevin went above and beyond to get my SUV ready before a long trip. Cannot say enough about how good he. He is certified on a lot of vehicles and truly knows what he talking about and is not afraid to say he doesn't know, but can find out, should that ever happen. 10/10 cannot recommend highly enough. I needed an oil change and tire rotation but was having a hard time scheduling one anywhere nearby because of work schedules, being new to the area, and having a toddler. He s located close enough to us we could ve brought the car to him, but he offered to come to us. Absolutely the most convenient and efficient service. So glad I ve found someone close by and trustworthy for my car needs going forward.Services: Tires, Oil change

I have to say he goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. My husband has been in hospital for the last week+ and my car died. I had no other option to try to deal with this myself. I have to get the kids to school on Monday and work as I am the only one working now. I asked a BUNCH of questions all Sunday on a sunday! and he was super responsive, even tho he called around and couldn t find the part he guided me the whole way on trying to find a cheaper option rather than going through the dealership.At this point I am just appreciative of his explaining and guidance that I m okay with it not being fixed today, but waiting for him to be available to do it.He doesn t realize how much he helped just by chatting with me rather than saying you want me to fix it or not.

Kevin did a great job diagnosing my vehicle and replacing my starter. He is honest, professional, and reasonably priced. Also a quick turnaround. If you re looking for a master mechanic, he is your guy. I will be contacting him in the future for all my mechanical work. Thank you!
