A truly great experience. From start to finish. I visited the dealership and test drove this Mach E prior to purchase. I worked with Alayna and Laurel from day 1. I appreciate their knowledge and no pressure of us shopping around to purchase. We were torn between a Tesla and the Mustang Mach E but very much enjoyed our Ford experience much more than Tesla. Alayna and Laurel were very knowledgeable about the all electric mustang and answered all of my questions and concerns. We are very happy with our experience from start to finish and the thorough follow up after we purchased the car. Will highly recommend this dealership.

I recently had ANOTHER great experience here at Ford of Clermont when purchasing my new vehicle with Jose. He was able to get me an outstanding deal with my trade in. They really worked with us and made it happen. There was no pressure in buying the car. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably. Ford of Clermont definitely takes care of returning customers. Only reason it was not 5/5, i was not able to take the car home same day. Overall, I highly recommend Ford of Clermont to anyone in search of exceptional service and a wide selection of quality vehicles.

My wife and I picked up our vehicle today from this dealer. Everyone was nice and the place is super clean and professional. WILLIE was my guy and he should be everyones guy! He is so professional, polite and caring! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! We couldn't be happier with our experience.

What an absolutely awful sales experience...My wife and I stopped by the dealer to see what cars were on the lot. A grabber blue mustang caught my wife's eye. I decided to get it as a surprise gift for our upcoming anniversary. I contacted the dealership secretly when we got home and started to work a deal with Willie. After agreeing on price and working a deal I was notified that another person was interested in the car. I understand rarely will dealers hold a car for a customer but Willie promised me that I could preemptively fill out financing paperwork and if the car didn't sell that day they would run my credit and hold the car (see text). The following day I see my credit was run so I contact Willie. He states the car was sold and he was sorry my credit was run. This in of itself is frustrating but it got worse. Come Monday Willie reaches out to me that the car is available again. No offer to hold it for me. In fact the expectation was for me to leave work and come to the dealership ASAP or it would once again be sold. Since I couldn't get there until after work the car was once again sold. Willie felt bad and told me he would sell me any Mustang on the lot for invoice. Unfortunately my wife had her heart set on a Grabber Blue one. I decided to give him a chance to redeem himself by working a deal to get a new Raptor (I bought my 2019 from this dealership). I have attached the deal I received which was laughable. They wanted $13,000 over sticker. Many dealers I have talked to are willing to now sell at sticker in this market. Also note the $1,200 doc fees. I have since purchased a Mustang from another dealership. Not only did they discount the price from the MSRP they also had $0 doc fees. I HIGHLY suggest doing business elsewhere.

Be sure to double check your itemized printout of service done before paying. I had service done February 9 (a recall and several other things) and was quoted a price of just over $800 out the door. I unfortunately did not have the service advisor read me each line and the costs while discussing on the phone. The car was delivered to my home ( after paying via credit card) at which time I received the itemized paperwork and discovered I was charged $177 for the parts needed for the recall (supposed to be free of charge). I notified my Service Advisor that night and again the next day where he said it was an error and he would request a refund check as soon as possible. I did not hear anything for a few days until I submitted a negative survey and then I received a call and was reassured that a check had been requested. Communication after that was pretty non - existent and messages were not returned. I finally received a refund check for the $177 plus the Florida sales tax I over- paid February 29. I did not receive a refund on the credit card fee overpayment (approximately $5.50 to pay). I requested a refund for that directly from the office which issued my refund so I guess I am am out that amount. I am on Social Security and every dollar is important to me. One would think in this day and age that the refund could have been issued back to my credit card in a more timely manner and that I would not be out any money for their error.

He won t put you in just anything, he actually listens to your needs and helps with the right vehicle for your needs and pockets.

Stopped by the dealership yesterday and what an awesome experience dealing with Nelson Merced & Anthony in finance. They made my experience smooth and easy as I traded up from my Ranger to my F-150. I could not ask for a better team as Nelson walked me through the process and gave me a great deal. Anthony in the financial department explained everything with ease and made the numbers work. No pressure from any one to buy which is what I like. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Clermont Ford and I will continue to do my business with them. Thank you again.

Clermont Ford is what car shopping should be like. No pressure sales and super friendly staff. James our salesman was very professional and patient. We went over a few numbers and within a matter of time I was signing and diving, but before I was driving Aaron in finance helped us get on our way with a smooth transaction and answered any questions that we had. I had an issue with returning a lease to Toyota but Clermont Ford was able to take ownership and made it very easy for us. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness. It does go a long way and I will certainly let peope know about them.Thank you to James and Aaron it is very much appreciated.Well done Clermont Ford well done.

Great experience at Clermont Ford! Cameron in service went above and beyond to get a brake issue fixed on my car when another dealer told me to trade it in after trying to fix the issue for over four months! This was my first experience with this dealer, but it will now be my dealer for all four of my Ford vehicles! Thanks again, Cameron!!

Salesperson leaving the same day purchasing vehicle, took 4 people to put a license plate on as the holes were not drilled. Salesperson was prepared but the detail to prep for license plate wasn t done. Care detail effort was low. Streaked on bumpers and windows was poor detail. Asked for 2 people to be on title. Never happened. Now I have to do it with the state. Would have been a lot easier at time of purchase.

The experience was great. My sales advisor was Willie. I actually ordered a vehicle Willie.Willie kept me up to date during the build and made sure the dealer options were installed properly. The finance advisor closed the paperwork for me and at no time did I feel rushed or pressured in any way. Since my experience was a very positive experience; I will definitely see Willie when I need another vehicle.

My husband and I purchased a car from this dealership. Our sales consultant, Laurel, was incredible. She was knowledgeable and patient with our millions of questions. We discussed our budget and the importance of our monthly payment. After 1 conversation with finance, we were exactly where we needed to be! An hour or so later, we were driving away with our 2019 Ford Escape on Thursday, Feb. 22. Unfortunately the following Monday, our check engine light came on. We were devastated that our new car (new to us) was already having issues. We called the dealership and after a few additional discussions, the managers Richard and Fadi, had us fixed up and back on the road! Thanks to the service tech Ben as well for working his magic. This team truly went above and beyond for our family and we are forever grateful. We will definitely be back at Ford of Clermont to shop for our future cars.

I just want to take the time out to truly, truly,truly thank Alayna Kennedy!!! immensely for her down to earth personality, great communication skills ,advocacy, calming/uplifting tone, and patience. She understood my situation, truly understood my situation, and put herself in my shoe. (the consumer and a mom). She advocated for me and my kids. I ve been having issues with my SUV for sometime and was overwhelmed with what to do next. When I came in she already had cars lined up for me to review that would help my situation. She done her best to get me the lowest rate possible and seamlessly get me into a reliable vehicle and I so desperately needed. I just want to let Ford of Clermont know they got a REAL one!!!! Give that girl a raise or bonus because she deserves it all. Because of her, she has changed my perspective on dealerships and FORD in general.. I promise you, because of her I will only be going to that dealership for all service needs on my car moving forward, because she cared!!!

Ever have the MOST memorable vacation only to have that great time overshadowed by your vehicle breaking down 6 hours from your next destination?That's how our morning started after we left Universal. I only discovered Clermont in search of help with NO idea of what to do or where to turn when my explorer over heated on our way back to Texas.I called Clermont Ford was sent over to Zack with Service who calmly talked me into getting to their service department. Once we had the car towed, and ubered to Clermont Ford- while waiting to find out what was wrong...we met Willie, one of the MOST compassionate-truly sincere and kind individuals we've ever met. After finding NO solution for getting home- including fixing or renting and towing...we decided to buy a new car. Willie helped us through the process with our kids, changing out cars and got us Home! At the best price with the Best quality of service. Our family thanks you Willie for being so genuine and amazing!

Drove 2 hours to Ford clermont. Started my communications over the phone, and was able to work on getting a quote remotely for a few days before deciding to drive and purchase my new vehicle, the bronco sport. I ve been on the market for a short while and found the current vehicle at clermont ford. The drive was worth it due to the salesperson and sales manger I worked with and their professionalism. Alayna and Nelson took great care of me, listened to what I wanted without pressuring me into a deal just to make a sale. The temporary trailer they have while the main building is under construction was well air conditioned and comfortable, I went during the week to avoid the weekend foot traffic. Overall 10/10 recommend their service and clean vehicles they have on the lot.For those who are out of town, you have the option to work remotely on budget and get a quote, and then make the decision if it s worth the drive.

On January 13th, 2024,Jose Galvan chose a beautiful white 2023 Ford Escape Sport trim line and I absolutely love it. He was very experienced, knowledgeable about cars and was determined to put a smile on my face at end of purchase. And he definitely did! I would recommend Jose to anyone. I've worked in the auto industry for a decade, spending more hours in dealerships across the US than I can count. I've seen great sales advisors, and horrible ones. I was grateful to buy my vehicle from one of the best advisors I've had the pleasure to meet.I had a wonderful purchase experience with Jose Galvan. Rainy day, but Jose didn't hesitate to bring me 3 different cars from the lot to compare side by side out of the rain. He was excellent at reading the room, knowing when I just needed a few minutes to process my choices and when to offer up suggestions like bringing around the 3rd vehicle, just in case. Clear communication throughout the process and made it as quick/easy purchase every step of the way.I definitely would purchase from Jose again, and have encouraged my partner's employer to buy fleet trucks directly from him going forward. His high quality of customer service not only secured my sale, but also regular future sales. He's an asset to any dealership!

Has anyone else have had issues with Ford of Clermont service?My wife took my 06 mustang last year for a airbag recall and in the process of fixing it they cracked the dash board. When my wife picked it up she asked why no one fixed it. They told her that the car is old anyways and they don't make part for that year. My wife told them she can not take the car like that and they need to fix it. There respond to say if you leave it we will tow it away at your expense.So go back and forth with for several weeks and then mouths get the runaround they said the only thing they can do is put a skin over it and that they would call me when to bring it in. That was April of last year and I have not received a call back. And ever time I call they say the Manager is out for the moment.I have purchased this vehicle brand new off the lot in 06. And have purchased a second vehicle as well. Also has my mother and sister. What a way to treat a long time customer.I hope someone from Ford of Clermont is reading this and can pass on the word that you have lost my family's business. And as a business owner I will not be purchasing my company vehicle from you.Dose anyone know how to find a solution to this?

Stopped by to see a like new 2021 Range Rover Velar that recently arrived at the dealership..my wife came across it on their website..as soon as we parked and headed inside the dealership we were greeted by a very friendly sales associate by the name of Joniel Alicea..he asked how he could help and we mentioned the RRV and the rest was history..Joniel helped my wife during the test drive and eventual purchase of her new suv..he was very helpful thru the entire process and always checked on us while we waited for the banks to offer us the best deal..yes he s a salesman but he didn t act like a typical salesman..he was friendly and informative and in the end my wife was all smiles and couldn t be happier!! Thank you Joniel for making her experience fun and exciting!! Visit Ford Of Clermont and ask for Joniel and you ll see what I mean!!

Came in to trade in my Honda Civic with EJ! He got me my dream truck, was very helpful and knowledgeable with trading in the car. Was able to get my mother to trade in her Honda Ridge Line for the 2023 Ford Escape, wasn t planned but she loved the car and is more than happy with her new purchase!
