Get the deal done your way at Ford of Clermont!! We spoke over the phone and then did email and text. We negotiated price and then i drive from Atlanta to finish the process. Adnan was excellent to work with. I wish all of my automobile purchases went like this. Great job Ford of Clermont!!

Wonderful experience. My advisor was Katie. She was able to provide a quote for the work needed very quickly and was able to schedule my truck for service the very next work day. She stayed in touch with me throughout the day so I knew we were on track and that my truck will be ready when I got off work.Even offered free delivery of my vehicle back to my home. I've had my truck back for 3 days and everything is working as it should. Very happy. Highly recommend Ford of Clermont. And if you're very lucky, you will have the opportunity to work with Katie as well.

Gave a detailed video of work performed on my F-150 pickup truck. Got my truck into a service bay in timely manner and had truck serviced in timely manner also. My service technician was courteous and helpful. A good experience. P.S. this is her husband, I took truck in for servicing.

Their availability was better than other Ford dealers in the area. The service I needed was completed quickly, and the car was returned to me clean. I had a comfortable waiting room to wait in, even though the dealership was in the midst of a major renovation. All the employees were pleasant, keeping me up to date on the repairs and service. This was my second time having work done here, and even though their are Ford dealerships closer to me, right now it's worth the trip.

I ve been out purchasing new Fords from this dealership for over 20 years, including having maintenance's performed too. Never did I feel ripped off! If I had an issue, it was always addressed, from managers to owners too.The staff is professional, courteous, and efficient. Never, did I feel pressured into paying for unnecessary service, and always told the facts. Now, with the new Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center, and with numerous days and hours they are opened, one can one walk in or schedule an appointment in a reasonable time allowed.This staff has always gone, above what one would expect from an automobile and repair center/shop.Never, ever have I been disappointed and it feels good to write a great review, especially these days, to those who have always earned it!!Highly recommend Ford of Clermont Quick Lane and Tire Service, and not just for Fords, but any type of automobile, truck, or van, that this dealership may service.

These gentlemen ALWAYS take the best care of me when I come for service. I am super appreciative of Cameron though. He brought to my attention that the were able to service my wife s BMW as well. We had been trying to get an appointment with BMW and it was full. Thanks to Cameron I was able to service her vehicle as well and save time and money with doing so. Thank you Cameron for everything! You re the BEST!

Kristine was amazing to work with during the service of our family vehicle. We were on a time crunch to get the car back in time for our family vacation and she was in constant communication with me throughout the process to keep me and my wife at ease about getting the car back in time. Receiving pics and descriptions of the problem over text was extremely helpful and fast for me to know exactly what was going on and what their plan was. I would recommend Ford of Clermont 10 out of 10 times.

I had issues with my F-150. It took a bit to get it resolved by now it seems right. My advisor, Katie, was great and kept me posted. The service manager also assisted in resolving my issues and concerns.

During my last visit I was Super impressed, and pleasantly surprised with Ford of Clermont. Before this visit at Ford of Clermont I had decided to leave the Ford brand after decades of loyalty. This was due to a very unpleasant experience with the Service department at the Ford dealership closest to my home. Then I decided to give Ford of Clermont a try as my service dealer, and I m so glad I did. I was particularly impressed with my Service Writer, Dustin Scalf. He did an excellent job handling my service concern from cradle to the grave , and kept me in the loop until it was fixed correctly. The great service I received from Dustin & Ford of Clermont has restored my faith in the Ford brand. Thank you, Ford of Clermont

The first quickness was great but my wife had a coupon for $29.99 oil change when she got home she had paid $30dollar for tire rotation and the oil change she only got $30 off so her bill was &87 which I feel was incorrect. I believe we are owed a credit and I know the coupon was stapled to paper work as that what my wife had told me. Maybe need another service writer as well as he was very busy when we dropped it off. If you could look into the charge we would appreciate it. Thank you

The folks at Clermont Ford are truly customer obsessed and have exceeded my expectations at a time when I needed their help the most. I just moved to Florida and a day after arriving my car had an issue. They got the car picked up within an hour and were able to expedite the repair so I could get it back quickly. On top of that they drove it back to my home! Best service!

Pros: Good first time customer experience. Service advisor was very good. However.... Cons: Did not like being charged a fee for using my credit card. Feels like 'nickel-and-diming' the customer. No other dealer or auto repair service has ever charged me this fee. :-(

When you bring your vehicle in to be repaired, make sure you ask for Katie Walker she is a real darling!! Not only is she a sweet person, but she gets the job done. She went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care!! I have been disappointed in their service in the past, but the service I have gotten recently made up for it.

She s very knowledgeable, well spoken, she advised me in the best way that I can save and not spend unnecessary money. I had a certificate for an oil change and tire rotation, showing that the two would cost about $45. When I got the invoice the total charge was $105.04. Come to find out the certificate was only a discount which was in the very fine print.When I asked why they didn't balance the tires when they did the tire rotation which is the correct procedure, I was told that was and additional charge!

Clermont Ford is extremely professional and reliable. I travel from Orlando for all maintenance, oil changes, and occasional body work if needed. I am on my second Ford pickup I bought from Clermont Ford (currently a Ford F150 Lariat). Their service managers are great and I have had the pleasure of being taken care of by Dustin S. the last few times I have gone to the Clermont Ford Service Department.

My interaction with the service department was a disaster. I needed an oil change and had a concern about the transmission. As soon as I registered at 7:20 am with the manager ( I had an appointment), I received a message saying Hello. My name is ( the message arrived with no name). Shortly you will receive a video of my service on your car.. I received no video.I left my car and went off to complete errands. At 1:30 I called the number included in my text message. Connected to an operator who said she would pass on my query about my car s status to the service manger. No response. I called the number 5 times after that and, after making the choice to speak to a service manager and operator, each time the connection rang for 2:30 minutes and then disconnected.An hour later, I went to the repair department. I was given a story that my car had not been diagnosed. I was also told that they had tried to call me and were sent to voice mail. Also told they were unable to leave a voice mail. There was no record in my phone of anyone calling or of a voice mail. To put it bluntly, I was lied to. Problem was with my phone according to them. I requested they call me and check, but was told they were too busy.I asked to speak to a general manager but was told he had left for an hour.I was very upset! Went outside to cool off. A manager did come out to speak with me. Very nice. Said he would handle the problem. I asked to call me to check my phone. Worked perfectly.Called my wife to come get me. On the way home, received a call to inform me car concerns were being inspected. I said I want to pick up car and leave. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Went back to repair department15 minutes later.Went back inside and was told by other SMs that the phones weren t working due to construction? How do you run a service department with no way to communicate via phone? Car wasn t ready yet. Still being inspected.I was told to go wait in the waiting area. I had no idea that one even existed due to construction.Eventually the SM came to me to say that they could find no transmission problem (this was about 15 min. after I got to the waiting area.) I told him I just wanted my car. 10 minutes later, I was told it was waiting for me and that I could leave. I inquired about paying for the oil change and was told that it would be no charge because of my problems. I insisted on paying several times. I did NOT want something free to quell my concerns over the bad service. Each time I requested that I pay, I was denied,Got my car and left with a strong impression of the service department!

When I first took my truck in to Ford Clermont a year ago they were pleasant consistently kept it contact. Unfortunately they never fixed the issue I have not had my truck for a whole year and now the person I am corresponding with is not replying to my texts. They have changed my Alternatirs 3 times the board 3 times and it still all just shuts down while driving. I would never be writing all of this except the person I am dealing with has not responded to my texts so I have no idea what is going on with my truck

David Gaines and the service team had a lot on their plate with our vehicle and it needing immediate repair in Clermont FL. We had a back order of parts and they had more work than expected. The team worked to get the parts in and service done, all while being under pressure as we were under pressure. They handled the pressure and business with the utmost professionalism. This is a group commercial or a residential consumer should bring their vehicle for repair.Well done.Shane

Although they serviced my vehicle. The prices they charge for maintenance items is ridiculous. $117 for windshield wipers, $416 for a $159 battery. It s a wonder they are still in business. I won t even have my oil changed there. Their quick lube service always takes about 2 1/2 hours.Not worth it !!!!!

Overall great service. The advisor mentioned they will call me when the part came in I never heard back from the advisor until I had to call to check on the status. When I got a rental their partner enterprise called me advising me if I do not return today they will charge me but I have not heard from Ford stating my car was done so I was rushing in the rain to get to the dealer before they closed. I would recommend that the service manager from Ford in the enterprise manager needs to connect to advise him not to contact Ford s customers until four and has made communication with their customer first. As a customer this tells me that Ford informed enterprise before I did that my car was done so they did not have to pay another day but failed to advise the customer their car is ready for pick up also I would recommend if it s later in the day they should have first thing in the morning to drop off the rental car before getting charge since the customer may be at work just like I was.

Very happy with the punctuality, service, cleanliness, and professionalism that I received toward me and my car when I came in for a full flush of all my fluids (coolant, brake, transmission, differential). I was in and out in approx 2 hours while I waited in the shop. Was quite impressed.

I will always go back to Ford Of Clermont. Their service on the cars we have bought from them in the past 10 years is wonderful and extremely professional. Papa Jim was our first salesman. He is now retired, but I still can call him and he will always come down and make sure the salesman does right by me. Nelson is now our salesman and he is also very professional.

A regular exhaust shop would charge me around 200. Multiple places quoted me less than 300 however when i went here to get a new exhaust installed they didn t tell me a price they just quoted me for it to take around 3 hours. If you know anything about cars then that would sound like a ridiculous amount of time. When i eventually got my car back they told me it would cost over $900. Which is an insane charge for such easy and minimal work. Not only did they charge me an insanely inappropriate amount. They also did mot install the exhaust evenly, so now one exhaust tip is in the middle of where it s supposed to be and the other is literally touching the side of my car. If i could rate 0 or even negative stars i would. It s never worth it anytime i get work here.

They were able to fix the problem. And they were able to finish it the same day. The cost was very high but like everything else prices are sky rocketing. I think charging a 3 %SURCHARGE is uncalled for. What they charge for the work being done is high enough. They don't need to add extra charges.

Ford corrected all my recalls and provided a rental due to the length of service. Personal was very nice and pick up was easy. The only reason for removing a star was the fact that my Lightning came back 52% in charge, and my truck was covered in pollen. Luckily, I didn't need to drive around the same day, or I would have run out of charge.

My Quick Service advisor, Odesh, was very helpful. He answered my questions and explained what needed to be done. The work was completed in a timely manner, the waiting area was comfortable and clean. I will return to use this service again.

I took my car for recall & ask for how much would be for replacing a rim & if there was any damage behind the wheel. Next Day Car was ready for pick up & Craig never told me a balance and Alignment would be done.Once I get there he want it to charge $850, tried to charge me twice for the alignment. Thankfully I read everything and saw he had it under laber hours in part & alignment in another section. Be careful taking your car her. Use to take my car here often, not anymore.
