I am from out of state and we incurred some car troubles. I saw the Firestone Car Center on our route and thought I would give it a try. As soon as I walked in I knew we made the right decision. Saul and Dee we extremely helpful to take care of our situation. They explained the issues and gave me resolution and all options. Both of these gentlemen genuinely cared about meeting our needs and getting up back on the road in a timely fashion. They were extremely courteous and helpful. They really eased our mind as it pertained to our circumstances. I only wish I had service like this back in our home state. I was a bad situation for us but your company along with Saul and Dee made it a positive. You have great people at this store. Thanks and keep up the great work!!

I dropped my car off for a front tire and an alignment. Once it was completed I went to pick it up and spoke with Jose. Jose was very personable, took his time with me and was just an all around nice guy! These days where everything is so impersonal I was very happy to interact with a pleasant human! Upon driving home I noticed the car shaking when driving at higher speeds. I took it back the next day and they fixed it . Once again I drove it home and once again the shaking. I took it back and Jayce made sure that is was fixed correctly. It was apparently because it was balanced incorrectly. Should the mistake never have happened? Maybe. But it did. What impressed me the most was how the problem was handled. Jayce was our guy until it was fixed properly. And fixed it was. I will definitely go back.

I was 1,000 miles from home. My car was making alot of noise. We were worried we would be stranded without a car or a huge repair bill. I was given a coupon without even knowing about ot for a vehicle inspection. It turns out it was only a noise heat shield under the car. They fixed it for the $10 vehicle inspection price! They even tightened my battery cables for free. They fixed the carwhile I spent the day at Universal Studios and I picked it up the next day.We are more than satisfied!

I thought it was a bad day when I heard my tire blowout. There was the Firestone Store... right there! Manager and his team were fantastic. They were busy, bays were all filled. They replaced the tire in the parking lot and I was on my way in about 40 minutes. Wish I lived nearby so they could be my car place. Amazing

Kevin and Saul, were so helpful, always kept me updated on my car and made the wait so much easier. Dee did a great job on my car. My brakes no longer make any noise! I m very happy!

The guys at the front are professional. I like how they help me get in and out. He treated my car like his. He even sold me on coming back before my car hits 75,000 miles to get a tune up. He said he knows exactly what I need for a $G. I m really happy I found someone to care about my car the way I do.

I ve received good service from them the first couple times I went but it has declined in small ways since.I had two tires blow out and where I am super thankful they managed to find replacements since my car has difficult tires, they installed the new ones on the back of my front driving car instead of properly rotating them.When I got my most recent oil change there was no courtesy check completed which was disappointing. And even with an appointment, it took nearly three hours to complete. I would have over looked this had they completed the work I was expecting but all they did was the bare minimum so that just becomes a waste of time when courtesy checks are included at every other garage you go to.Their services are, in my opinion, expensive but I didn t mind given I had been receiving good work and everyone is very friendly and attentive. But at the end of the day, given the drop in quality I think if your in a bind they are ok to go to but I wouldn t leave until you carefully inventory completion to make sure it s correct and that s not what I am looking to get when I pay for a service.3/12/24Update!Have remained going here because of its proximity to my house and I m switching from a two to a four star. They have really helped me out a couple time when I was in deep trouble and no one had tires for my weird car, special ordering and even remembering me and my car when I have stopped in.Always friendly and nice. Thanks for all the help you guys have been. I still think the services are too expensive but the people at this location are very good and caring so I will dish out a little extra for that. I have never had another problem with them again and nothing but good results and thorough work.

Went in because I had a bad wheel bearing on my front left tire. They told me it would be close to $800 to fix. $800?!! They said they would change wheel bearing on both front tires and do an alignment. First of all one tire was messed up not two? Secondly how are you gonna do an alignment when my arm bars on my truck are messed up? And to add fuel to the fire guy at the desk was trying to get me to apply for their credit card to just dump the money on! Doesn t make any sense. I drove down to O Rileys picked up parts for $26 and fixed it myself. And guess what I only did ONE tire and it drives perfect! Seems like a big scam to me.

Customer service is on point and they dealt with my car issues promptly. I thought it was going to be a long wait considering it was a Saturday and it was already noon. My car died and it turned out it was the battery. The did a thorough check and I was out of the shop within a reasonable time even though there were cars lined up when I arrived. Thank you Jayce for working with us.

My experience in repairing a punctured tire at me at the location for over four hours. Also, the Google business page said that the location was open at 8 AM and it was not. It is open at 9 AM on Sundays. I was one of the first people to approach the desk and was never told how long it might take when I check back after nearly 4 hours of waiting the manager was trying to find the appropriate paperwork and it looked like that they had not given the order to the team to complete it. He told me that they would complete it as soon as possible and that I would not be charged the $21 which was indeed true but given the fact that I had to pay for another hotel, stay for the evening for my children, wife and myself nearly $400 because they could not get me out by 11 (our checkout time) and i was there for over 4 hours has caused me to be extremely frustrated with my experience with this location.

This was my second experience with this Firestone location, and overall, it was an okay experience. The first time I came here was for a routine oil change along with a few other minor things, but this time was because as I was leaving work yesterday, my driver-side window wouldn't roll up. I called a few places, trying to see if anyone could take that night, as I didn't really want to leave my window open overnight, but everyone told me that the best they could do was the following morning. Since that was the general consensus, I decided to make an appointment at this location, since I had been here before.Making an appointment on the Firestone app is simple enough, the only annoying part is that it showed me appointment times for each hour (i.e. 8:00 am, 9:00 am, etc.), however, all of them looked to be available, but they weren't. I clicked the "8:00 am" time slot, just to receive an alert that it wasn't available and I needed to select another. This happened with the first three options, until I hit the "11:00 am" button and then it worked. Thankfully, my work is very flexible, so I was able to take the morning and go in shortly before 11.Once I got there, the shop was very busy (there were a lot of people who already been helped and were waiting in the seating area) and I waited maybe about 5 mins to finally speak with someone at the counter. I gave them my information, telling them I had an appointment, and they took my keys. I wasn't give any ETA on when they'd even take my car back, but I figured it would be awhile, since there were already quite a few people there and a couple more behind me.After an hour, they called my name and let me know that they had looked at it, told me the cost, and said that they were going to work on it and that it would be done in 1.5-2 hours time. While that wasn't great news, I wasn't super pressed for time, so I just accepted it and sat down to wait.After a bit, people were getting their cars back after their services and I started to notice that people who had arrived after me were starting to get theirs back as well. I was a little confused, but after waiting 2 hours, it started to make more sense. They called me to the desk and explained that they didn't initially have the part they needed, and had ordered it. Someone had brought it in at some point during the time I had been waiting, but they hadn't brought everything. So that time I had been waiting, nothing had been getting done on my car.In the end, I ended up missing an entire day of work and half of the following day, because of this. Saul, the manager, was the one who closed me out and he took the time to chat about my experience, explain everything and make sure that I was getting the best deal he could offer after a less than ideal experience.

My husband Chris and I made an appt with this location while on vacation at Disney. Saul was incredible and explained everything without hesitation and they had us in and out in a hour or so! Couldn't recommend this location enough..wish our firestones here in SC had the same quality of customer service!

Time and Time again, my Firestone staff goes above and beyond to assist me in keeping my Kia Sorrento in the best condition possible. As a single parent, I cannot afford vehicle mishaps, so I make a point to listen to and act on my Firestone technicians suggested maintenance services. They always clearly explain everything that they will be doing and if something changes from initial conversation, they are quick to advise me and we work to make sure all necessary work gets done. I WILL ONLY take my Sorrento to this Firestone due to the OUTSTANDING, ETHICAL, and compassionate staff. I feel like they treat us like family and would never think to go to another mechanic/chain to take care of the car that takes care of us everyday. My Firestone Staff are like our own guardian angels. Thank you!

They diagnosed problem, told me what I needed then never gave me estimate or called like they promised. Basically I still have broken car and wasted time waiting for call back, starting over with another vendor

Giving one star to be able to review. Went in a few weeks ago thinking I needed new brakes pads because the break fluid was low, they called me about an hr later saying the breaks pads were fine, but I needed new break rotors. Was quoted around $400 for both and was told I had to change both even though the pads were fine, I told them no, to leave the car as it was and that I would pick it up. Went to two different mechanics and was told the breaks and rotors were both fine and did not need to be changed. Sounds like I wanted to be scammed because I m a woman that came in alone not knowing anything about cars?

Saul, Jose, Dee... everyone is always friendly and I always feel valued as a customer! I trust Firestone and am loyal because of Saul, but even though he wasn't there, Jose and Dee took good care of me!! I hate spending money on tires, but i would not have gone any where but here!!

So many fees in so little time. Unexceptable. Installing an alternator does not take time at all to install. 168 to install. UNEXCEPTABLE... Then "Oh, you going to need a serpentine belt....." Inspection fees were ridiculous. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN..EVER.. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.

I would give no stars if it was possible. Had to call several times over 3 hours for someone to answer, then was given incorrect information from the person who answered. Total waste of time.I ended up going to Pep Boys. The cost there was over $125 less than what I had been quoted by Firestone.If you want a business that is responsive, customer service oriented, and 30% cheaper, drive the extra 1.2 miles and go to Pep Boys.

Dealer said I needed new brakes. They did free check. Turns out I don't need new brakes. Saved me a bunch of money. Waited maybe half an hour. Great honest people.

This firestone did not honor appointment times with no customer service to inform me that they were running late or anything. I showed up early to make sure that I wouldn't be the one running late and the guy, Jayce, did not even bother to offer the most basic customer service to just inform the customer. I could see my car through the front windows, and it wasn't taken until 1:58 PM, when the appointment was supposed to be over. Then to add fuel to the fire, one of the most basic forms of disrespect for someone's vehicle - Jayce went out to check a different person's vehicle and leaned up against my vehicle with his butt. That was so disrespectful especially since i just got a fresh paint job on my car. Furthermore, next oil change should have a mileage written, not "oil light." Like no dip Sherlock. Never going to this location again. Doesn't look like they need more customers anyway since they cant keep appointment times. I'll be leaving reviews everywhere else too.

My wife took her van to this store to check the brakes. She was told the brakes were fine but they needed to replace the power brake booster. The next day, while replacing the above part, the mechanic broke some kind of sensor so my wife was told to come back next day so they could order and replace the broken sensor. Finally after two days and $1,000, she picked up the vehicle and as soon she arrived at home notice the brake lights won t turn off even with the vehicle off. So I took the van to this store again and was told I would have to pay an additional $139 to replace a faulty brake light switch. So when I asked them why should I pay extra they said, and I quote, because the faulty brake light switch had nothing to do with the job they did on the brakes . Is like going to a dentist for a cleanup and leaving the clinic with toothache just to hear the dentist tell you he won t fix it because it had nothing to do with what he did. Unbelievable. And the most ironic part of it is that they had these bunch of motivational quotes in the store that obviously are there just for show. Stay away from this place. I was a Firestone client for over 20 years I was.UPDATE: the brake lights are back on. What should I do? Take it back to the same store so they can f something else up?New updates: fixed it myself. Found out they did not put the brake light switch properly in place; it was hanging next to the brake pedal. Watched a video on YouTube and fixed it. Glad I didn t take it back to your store; It would probably be another $1000 to fix your own incompetence.

I highly recommend getting your vehicle maintenance work done at this Firestone complete auto care location at Cagans Crossings in Clermont. Saul, the manager of tire sales, is ALWAYS professional and provides EXCELLENT customer service. He is always fair, explains exactly what needs to be done, reassures you that the issue will be addressed, and if there s ever a misunderstanding, he is more than willing to accommodate you as best as he can. There s nothing more you can ask for in an auto care center and it s the reason why I have all of my vehicle maintenance work done here. Check this Firestone out and ask for Saul, he ll take care of you!

Went 11/03/2023 with a wheel balance problem that a different Firestone location kept getting wrong. These guys were super friendly and got everything done quickly so I could get back to my vacation. I am very thankful for everyone at this location and the team they have.

Great help and service when you go here. They are always busy which leads to believe that there are repeat customers upon new ones. Great overall experience with both Anthony and Jose at the front. Their customer service with attentiveness keeps me coming back, even when there are slight delays (being under staff though) for work being done. Service techs Jayce and Leo break down work when needed, and I have not a problem once they have done the job. Thanks guys!

Wow.. just wow, the experience that I ve had at this location is absolutely amazing and consistent great customer service. Feels like a family with the way the workers treat you as well as their attitude I was having the worst day ever. But I believe Jose I believe his name was, flipped it around and I had an amazing day after that. Was able to drive my car with comfort after taking it here 10/10 would definitely keep coming to this location and I will be spreading the word around and recommending this location.

I was on a family vacation and believe it or not both of my headlights went out. I really did not want to spend the entire day at Toyota service waiting for them to change out my headlights with 4 kids and my wife.. I did a quick drive-by and within one hour they had both headlights special delivered and installed. This really helped me because I had to check out of the condo before 10 AM and my four kids and wife were waiting for me and I did not have to drag them down to the Toyota dealership for half a day while we were on vacation. First class service and Saul was awesome!
