Enjuku is simply a Godsent. Their accounts rewards program is epic, their pricing and price matching is second to none, their shipping speed is incredible and most importantly they have top quality customer service. Not just in the automotive industry but like best customer service I ve ever dealt with ever. Diego and Chris have helped me with my builds in so many ways. They ve gone above and beyond to help make sure my cars have the correct parts for the best price. If you have any questions about parts, your order or if something is troublesome simply send them an email or give them a call and they ll be right there to help you and they ll guide you the right direction. I m beyond great full for all the help energy time and effort Enjuku is willing to take to make sure their customers are pleased and my cars and builds are going as smooth as possible and ready to make it to the next track day!Thanks Enjuku staff. Needed a starter for a Japanese engine, theirs was on 10 week back order, talked with Tommy R. from their customer service team and was very fluent with quick replies I was really impressed with their team, it felt like he was in close communication with the sales department since i was close to canceling my order but they hashed it out and gave me an alternative that i was very pleased with. 10/10 these guys know how to run a business. very friendly and got the order shipped out that day despite having to swap the item. got it the very next day (however i live in south Texas and they are located in north Texas so 1 day shipping might not be possible for all) but the handling time was exceptionally fast. will do business with them again! Thanks guys!!

I needed a flywheel asap, because another company didn t have it in stock and never updated me about it until I didn t see movement in the tracking. Came to Enjuku and gave them a call to see if they had it in stock. Had the pleasure to speak to Chris. He took care of me and went above and beyond for me and my order. Got my item pretty fast, and wanted to say thank you! Will be ordering from them in the future

Enjuku has fair prices and excellent customer service! I purchased the wrong bolt type and they were extremely helpful in helping me return them and choose a different wheel. They were prompt in their email replies answering every one of my questions.Thanks enjuku.

I've ordered thousands of dollars of parts from Enjuku over the years. From my latest Enthalpy SR20DET tune, to control arms, injectors, etc... they always deliver an outstanding product and even better service before and after the sale. They are almost always extremely quick to answer questions very thoroughly and get your parts to you as quick as possible.I had one back order experience during black Friday a few years ago, but that was to be expected and they still communicated very well despite being overloaded for weeks with orders.Thanks to all the staff for answering my incessant questions and helping me complete me build (which still isn't quite done yet haha). I trust Enjuku's knowledge and parts catalog (they don't sell parts they wouldn't use on their own cars) and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.Thanks guys and gals!

I buy a lot of car parts from many of the top companies in the country and Enjuku Racing is probably my favorite. They have a huge parts catalog and will add parts upon request if they re not already on their site. They have very competitive prices and are always willing to price match when I request one. Their rewards points are a nice feature and their customer service is top notch. Overall a great company to do business with.

I received these headlights quickly. The look totally change the front end of my 2004 Denali. The mountng/adjustment point broke while I was adjustng the beam. Enjuku's customer service was impeccable. I took several pictures to verify the damage . Enjuka took down my shipping address and made sure I had another one shipped from the manufacturer. Thank you.

Rating not of this specific store but the company as a whole. I ordered a 3-piece bucket seat cushion set in august 2022 as a birthday present for my brother (in october) we still have not received his gift as of writing this review today, 10/20/2023 and I just received an email that it is delayed YET AGAIN until January 2024 at the earliest, keep in mind this was ordered, using the extra cost shipping method for quick delivery august 2022. I will never be recommending this company to absolutely anyone. Absolutely ridiculous.

Have ordered a few times from these guys, but the last one was the best. I know they drop shipped the item, but I got the item on my doorstep in 36 hours. Can't beat that.

These people are the plugs for real, always have everything you need for jdm parts they're customer service is the best I have ever experienced if something goes wrong they always fix it and are extremely nice I would totally recommend them for any parts you need 5 out of 5 experience every single time

A great place to work with. John Umphrey was my salesman, he went above and beyond in helping finding the right part for what I needed. I spent a little more than what I wanted, but because I had great service I didn't mind spending that extra money. Will not hesitate to order parts again in the future.

I did an auto to manual swap on my 1990 S13. Enjuku had all the parts I needed for my swap in one currated list on their website. It made the parts selection process a breeze. Having all the parts organized by project type was awesome. Thier shipping was fast and every part I recevied met or exceeded expectaions.

This was the absolute best customer service I have ever used. They have very quick and detailed responses to ensure that you are satisfied. Absolutely top level customer service, I have never written a review but I feel as this is needed. Daddy K is the absolute best and made sure to keep me updated on status of my claim. If not for him, I most likely would not be leaving a review. Thank you so much enjuku!

customer service is top notch, I ordered a part on back order when it wasn t stated and every update request has been answered quickly without any fuss and they even offered a refund whenever they found out the part was on back order instead of just telling me i got to wait it out 10/10

After casually discussing options for an after market steering wheel with Carl N. at Enjuku, he pointed me in the right direction as to what to get for the practicality of my application while also keeping within my budget. John U. was also very attentive in providing outstanding customer service throughout the entire order process, having my order at my door within days. It is evident that the staff at Enjuku are genuine in satisfying the needs of car enthusiasts in my first hand experience.

For how big of a name this company has I m extremely disappointed with their quality control and ability to execute orders correctly. I have made quite a lot of purchases from this company and very very few have gone smoothly, from parts being damaged, packaged horribly, or just flat out left out of the order. Most recently it s been all three at once. I ordered their garret gt2871r turbo kit for a sr20. The boxes showed up and already look trashed before I even got to them. This was just the start. I opened up the two boxes and realized they forgot the TURBO how do you forget to send the main product of the order. To top it all off when opening the last box hoping for a turbo I was greeted by a manifold and manifold gaskets just thrown in the box together zero packing material and nothing to protect the gaskets and they were destroyed. I m still trying to decide if I m going to use this company again after getting them to fix their mistakes. As of right now I don t think I will be a member of the Enjuku community anymore.EditEnjuku has reached out to me and replaced my gasket and got the turbo shipped. I m still not totally happy with the quality quite a few of my orders have appeared in but their willingness to correct the issues has made the mishaps much easier to forget.

I ordered some solid subframe bushings (battleversion) for my car and they immediately followed up with me through email telling me that they were not in stock. Edel was super helpful with communicating with them and in the end giving me a refund for my order. 10/10 Customer service : )
