They were the only tire shop around that will mount a 14 ply tire ! Don t get me wrong they sold me an amazing trailer wheel!!! But I remember when. I worked for the company, we didn t nickel and dime the customer. For example I asked what it would cost to dismount a tire and mount it on a new wheel, $20 to take off and $20 to mount. When Bruce holly was alive the customer was taken care of, not used for their money . Oh and I asked for a bolt in valve , what did I get a standard hp valve. So you reply back to this , how about you have one of the Vp s give me a call .

I came over to Discount Tire for an 11:45 A appointment. Thinking it would be busy on a Friday, I was pleased to be informed that replacing my worn General RS tires would take only 45 minutes to replace. It s basically the Chick-Fila of tire shops! Not to mention Tommy and Blair were very courteous throughout the process and never pushed to upsell any unnecessary services or products. Blair also took the time to explain all the installation costs and was a great communicator!

Finally decided to replace my 5 year old tires after one went flat. I don't drive much but even so they were getting "Dry Rot". Went to their website and ordered a set of four new tires and made an appointment (Tuesday 10:45am).When I parked my car I was immediately greeted and helped, literally felt like valet service lol. After about 15 mins they drove my car into the shop and installed the fresh tires, whole process was less than an hour.The staff was friendly and prompt. The building had ample waiting room with really comfy seats. There's a window where you can sit and see your car being worked on, the only thing missing is an ice cold beer :)Side Note: My spare tire was actually half flat and they even inflated that without me asking. Highly recommend this location!

My husband and I bought 6 tires for our F350 dually in November 2023. After purchasing them from Discount, they told us they couldn't mount them because the tires weren't the "right size for the rims". However, our automotive mechanic mounted the tires and said they we fine. We developed a shake this month and took the truck to our mechanic for a road force balance test, and we're informed the tires were out of round from the manufacturer. A manufacturer defect. With pictures from the mechanic as proof, my husband went back to Discount for a refund on 6 month old tires and were told there is nothing they will do. When asked why they don't stand behind their tires, they said, "we don't stand behind them. We just sell them." Wow!! Absolutely ridiculous, we will be calling corporate, not that they will care either. Because no one does anymore in this world we live in. But I would strongly advise against doing business with Discount, especially if you have a large truck. They will sell tires but won't mount them or stand behind them if they are bad. And let's face it, most tires are junk these days. We even paid for replacement/refund on the tires, but apparently, that doesn't matter because "they don't stand behind what they sell."My husband spoke with the assistant manager and manager Sean and Snow, who are extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful.

I researched and purchased my tires online. The process is simple and intuitive. Set an appointment for 845 in the morning, and I arrived a few minutes early. Owen, meet me when I pulled into the parking space. He greeted me and scanned in my car. At the counter, he said four new tires usually takes about an hour. I was done in less time. The waiting room has wifi and is clean and well lit. This Mustang is my wife's baby, and I am a bit protective over it, so I casually watched the staff. They were professional and treated our car and every other car that was there with respect. I was quite happy to see the team torque all of the wheel studs! I got a real deal on 4 new tires for our car with outstanding service, too. A giant "Thank you!" to the entire team.

I was in the store an hour and a half ago. Noel Brandon helped me solve my tire problem. They were very kind and friendly. I really appreciate their attention and help. I have only been living in Orlando for a short time, now I know where to take my car, thank you!

Got 4 new tires installed on my 2021 honda civic sport hatchback. Bought them on their online site and made an appointment for quicker service. Right when I parked my car, Adam greeted me and help me get all checked in. Adam was able to help me with a deal on hazard protection which I really appreciated! The shop is large, and has ample seating. Seems like their shop was fully staffed because a gentleman came out saying three guys were working on my car and will be done in 10 minutes which is impressive. And he was right, right at 10 minutes he pulled up and I drove off. Great, fast experience, will definitely come back for my tire needs!!

Get the tire warranty!!!! So glad I found this place when I moved to Clermont. In a few short years nails punctured 2 tires and there was an unusual pressure issue in another one, and Discount Tire has been quick, accommodating, and so easy in each instance, and CHEAP with their warranty. The patch I got today was free, and replacements were $20! Unheard of. Best of all, the whole crew is friendly and they talk to all customers the same way. I see myself getting my tires serviced here as long as I live in greater Orlando.

100% RECOMMEND!! Amazing service from Sean and his crew. We had a screw in the tire on our camper van and he got us in first thing this morning and back on the road within 40 minutes.

I don t think I can ever go anywhere else to get my tires serviced! Every single time I come here I am met with incredible Efficiency, service, and kindness. The staff are always so wonderful, Adam has helped me out on more than one occasion and has been an absolute pleasure! I ve worked in the service industry for over 10 years, and it s rare I find automotive shops that treat me as well as the team here does.

Dropped my car off for a simple tire repair.Picked it up to find my directional tire had been remounted improperly.Waited for the tire to be remounted correctly but to add insult to injury no one even acknowledged the mistake or apologized for the inconvenience.In the past 5 years I ve bought 8 tires with road hazard and 4 rims.While maybe not their best customer I thought I deserved to be treated better than this.

Had an excellent experience at this location today. I ve purchased tires, etc here before but the service today was over the top. I made an on-line appt for tire rotation. When I got there, someone came out to meet me as I stepped out of the car. He took my keys and asked me to have a seat inside. Less than 20 minutes later I got a text my car was ready. I stepped outside, got my keys and dove away. Waiting area is comfortable and there was no paperwork or sales pitches.

I recently had a very frustrating experience with discount tire located in Clermont Fl. I went to the store because I was told by another mechanic that my tire needed to be replaced. However, my experience at discount tire was far from satisfactory.Firstly, the staff at discount tire quoted me a price of $400 for a new tire even without looking at it, which seemed excessively high. I decided to get a second opinion and took my car to another store. To my surprise, the second store was able to fix my tire for only $20. They also confirmed that the tire was actually new and did not need to be replaced.I was extremely disappointed with the service at discount tire. Not only did they try to overcharge me for a simple repair, but they also misdiagnosed the issue with my tire. This kind of dishonesty and incompetence is unacceptable.I would strongly advise against visiting discount tire for any car repairs or services. It is important to shop around and get multiple opinions before making any decisions. I hope my review helps others avoid the frustration and unnecessary expenses that I experienced at Discount tire.Please note that this review is based on my personal experience and may not reflect the overall quality of service at Discount tire.

Great service. Had an appointment and got in right away. Love their warranty program, feel safe knowing if there are any problems with the tires then they will be covered under the warranty.

They are sneaky with their pricing. If you re getting new tires ask to see itemized pricing before you buy! They add costs that you may not need. I don't appreciate the tactics their sales people use. I gave an extra star for speed of service.

I went in today because I had pick up a nail on my driver side tire on my new Camry. I was assisted by Sean. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and his customer service is really awesome. The crew was fast and efficient. I know I went close to closing time but they still helped me. Definitely recommend this place for their friendly service, efficiency and tire selection. They even had my specific car tire on stock!

Had a flat tire. Call them up at 5:30. They told me come right away even though they were close at six met with Noel. He was absolutely wonderful not only did he fix my tires, but he checked all four he ended up pulling out my front left tire and fixing that one as well. They were all super nice. It was very quick easy and convenient. White armada.

Got a flat in tampa and the only place in all of florida with a 275/35/20 continental was them. Drove across the state only to find out jt was reserved for another one of their customers. They called that customer to push their appointment a day and threw it on my car. Donovan and Tommy are the men! Great crew and they were happy to help.

I have alway been a fan of Discount Tires but this time they really drop the ball. I went on 09/06/2023 to balance my tires. I get there and they charges me before service was even done I found that strange but ok paid it. Was told it would be a three hour wait, no problem with that because they do get busy. At 4 pm went to pick up my car, customer rep told me that the tire were all off balance and old weights were taken off and replace by new ones. First thing I notice wrong was that my air pressure of my tires were at 45 psi when i turn on the car, the label on the door says it should be at 38 psi. So I did not understand why they look at the label on door when they do not follow manufacture guide lines. I drove off felt vibration this time it was worst. Pull over and look at the weights and notice they only replaced weights on one side of the car. Went back and ask service rep to step out side so he can see him self that the job was not done after my car being there the entire day. Once he saw it he said the weights that were on tire must be the old ones because they are not the ones they supply. They took car into bay, while I am sitting looking through glass window I see they are trying to lift my car but they were doing it wrong car kept raising but tires still touching the floor. I immediately had to interrupt a service rep that was on the phone and told him that they are doing it wrong and if they keep on lifting it will break the air linkage that comes with truck when he saw what they were doing he immediately put the people on phone on hold and ran in the bay and told to to stop lifting it. Another customer rep had to go and show them how to lift up the car. This situation could of been much worst if I was not there to stop them from destroying my car. You can see that they were lacking experience or even worst they were not trained properly to do this job. No supervision at all or quality control if they had the car would of never left there the first time with it not being done. Also I have had many cars and tires balanced, one thing I notice is that they use the hunter high speed balancer, they put the weight on but they never did the high speed balance the second time to make sure it was done correct like other companies do. With all the competition you would thing they would try to be better then the rest.After three weeks they still have not tried to reach out or reply to the comments. This just shows how much corporate thinks about their customers. Advice to people there are other tire shops near by. It is time to close this spot down.

I recently purchased new tires at Discount Tire and have also gone to them several times for nails in my tires over the years. Their service is always so wonderful. They always answer the phone and are very helpful and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

I can honestly say I was a pain in the butt because I did not like the continental tire on my Acura tlx. I called and informed Noel of the situation he recommended to come back to the shop to check it out. Switched over to Michelin, way better than the continental. Blair and Noel helped me out so much. Blair explained everything before purchased. I definitely recommend discount tire. Helped find the right and better tire to my satisfaction. I am an extremely happy customer! Thank you so much!FYI I was very polite and so were Blair and Noel :) great customer service.

Shawn and Blair are amazing!! Top notch service. I ve been buying tires from discount for years, this is by far my favorite location! Came slightly before closing and they still knocked my truck out with a good attitude.

Staff was great when I first purchased my 1,600$ set of tires, no complaints there. It was when I went back to the store to enquire about a manufacturer defect in the set of tires I purchased a few months prior, the "managers" initially acted like they wanted to help at first. They sat o. Their computer for awhile and then told me they tried to do everything they could do help me but couldn't give me a warranty on the set of tires I purchased there but that I could try to reach out to the manufacturer myself. It was when I reached out to the manufacturer of the tire when I found out that the "managers" at Discount Tire didn't even reach out the Nitto "the manufacturer" of the tire to start a warranty claim. So they lied to me saying "they did everything they could do to help". So I went ahead and started a warranty claim myself with Nitto, and to do so; Nitto had to reach out to Discount Tire for verification of my claim. Nitto informed me that Discount Tire managers told them they inspected my tires and found nothing wrong with them. Which was the second time they lied because my truck never left the parking lot, and the defect I have with my tires can't be seen with a visual inspection. If it was not for purchasing a defective set of tires and the managers lying, the staff was great but after them lying I would not recommend going here.

Discount Tire s team is absolutely wonderful.Even if there are extremely busy and I must wait, all attendants are kind, knowledgeable, professional and address my needs completely.I really appreciate that they don t try to upsell or pressure me to purchase products or services unnecessarily.I will continue to do business with Discount Tire.

i had the worst experience here, i came to get a tire replacement for 2 tires they take more then 1 and half hours and then on top of that they scratched both my rims in the process, i call the store manager to see what there gonna do to fix it and never got a response again

After making an appointment online and showing up early, one of the many assistant managers tried to sell me on replacing my tires instead of just fixing the flat I wanted to take care of per their warranty. When I told him no, he looked at me and said, ok, just wait here and I ll put in the request. I waited for an hour and my car was still sitting in the lot. Finally, after seeing a person who came in after me as a walk-in get served first, I went over and spoke to another one of the reps. Turns out the assistant mgr never put my order in and I wasted more than an hour waiting around. The rep told me I ll be next, but it was pretty frustrating. I m really glad I checked because I was trying to be patient and understanding since I just didn t expect I had to stay on them like this.I m really suspicious that the ASM didn t put me in after I refused to get new tires because he really was trying to sell me the most expensive bundle they had and shot me a look when I refused. Regardless, I m really not interested in that kind of selling since it felt like he was annoyed and retaliating since I didn t want to replace my tires. The service staff and the other guy who put me in the system were pretty good though.
