Holy gaskets .Received a welcome to the neighborhood coupon from Christian Brothers Automotive and redeemed it for a free oil change. When I arrived for my appointment I was pleasantly surprised with the clean and fresh smell of the office. The check in was quick and easy and the young lady at the desk was friendly, efficient and polite. I received a text message when they finished checking me in as well as when they started working on the car. The employees were joking and laughing with each other - great environment. Check out was a tad slow (they were busy).The seats in the reception area are comfy couch there s WiFi a coffee maker and snacks. A hassle free free oil change and inspection. Overall a great experience. I am sick of the dealerships and will be back.

Everyone was very polite and professional. There was a happy atmosphere with everyone seemingly enjoying their workplace. My alternator had to be replaced. It was completed promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend Christian Brothers for your automotive needs. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive in Clermont. The manager was upfront and honest with the work my car needed. I was visiting from San Francisco and needed my car repaired and they took me in right away. They are very professional, very helpful & had great prices. Will definitely come back on my next visit. Also, their customer service is exceptional.

I brought in my wife's 2016 Chevy Volt to Christian Brothers Automotive to have the AC inspected, because it was no longer cold AC. Most places do not charge for an exam to check freon level. I left my car early in the morning and my wife was called at 4:00 pm to pick up the car. She was told that the Freon level was overcharged, but they lowered it, but they cannot fix the AC repair unless they paid over $4,000 to repair it, and it would cost over $170 just for a AC exam, even though many other mechanic companies charged nothing to exam. And to make it worse, when my wife picked up the Chevy Volt and was driving away, she had to pull over the highway because Christian Brothers Automotive did not shut and lock the hood when they opened it. Company doesn't care, so I will never recommend or use Brothers Automotive service again. I would have been better off having the AC inspected by the Chevy Dealer.

Really enjoyed doing business with Christian Brothers of Clermont. Very professional and courteous. Loved having the convenience of a shuttle to take me anywhere I wanted or needed to go while they worked on my jeep. It was really nice.

Christian Bros. I like that they offer a complimentary ride home once your vehicle is checked in. They update you throughout the repair process, via email. When I experienced a problem with a warrantied part, Alex the manager, worked hard to rectify the situation and find a replacement. His dedication to doing the right thing saved me as a customer . My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive was a good one.

My only regret is not finding Christian Brothers sooner! From customer service to servicing the car they were amazing! Best of ALL leaving our only vehicle with a company that stands on INTEGRITY was breathtaking! Thank you Christian Brothers because now I know where to send my family and friends when they ask do you know of a good place to take my car.

Excellent service. Went above and beyond to make sure my "old reliable" stayed that way, and everything was working in proper order. Not the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for, and in this case you get a knowledgeable, friendly, and meticulous service team. Would recommend.

Called to get pricing before I towed my truck to their location. Come to find out they add $89 diagnostics fee which most places waive if you let them do the work along with $40 in shop fees. These were not mentioned when called. They had me by the b***s because I already paid $100 for the tow.Free inspection indicated I needed a new engine air filter when current filter was replaced in Aug2023. Money grab? Seems like it.Please be aware the parts are double the cost if you buy from them. Example .. $450 verse $200 ordered from Autozone. They will NOT install the part you provide. Wonder why?I ll take full responsibility for not asking better questions about part cost. Christian Brothers will no longer earn my business in the future.

I took my wife Benz for an oil change, everyone were very professional the send you a progress of your car via text and it even included the picture of the technicians; prices were very reasonable compared to other locations where I have taken her car before we were very satisfied with the whole experience great job guys! We definitely be back and I may start bringing my Honda suv here

Their pretty good people. Had a brake emergency at 4pm on a Friday and they were booked full and they still made space for me. I was really hoping they would be able to resolve most of the problem but at least the main problem was resolved. Just need My TPMS system to be reset. They were busy so I'm grateful their were able to help me. Highly Recommended. Not the most affordable in the area but a very reliable and professional automotive repair shop.

Car Max sent me to Christian Brothers Automotive for warranty repair work. Service representative, Adam checked my vehicle in at my scheduled appointment time and kept me informed about their findings. They sent a written estimate for my approval/refusal. Adam contacted the warranty company, verified the coverage and reported back to me within a few days. Parts were ordered, repairs made. My car is running perfectly. I truly appreciate the professionalism of Christian Brothers Automotive and the service provided.Services: Auto brake repair, Transmission repair

I brought my 06 Pilot in for an oil leak and knew there would be other problems. The tech provided a free thorough inspection. The service advisor shared an easy to understand estimate. It was a ton of work that was needed, but they were honest in sharing the many things that didn t need any repair work. The lobby is super clean and comfy with couches, WiFi, and free coffee and snacks. They didn t throw their car jargon at me either. Everything was explained in a way that helped me understand why recommended repairs were needed. Nice to have a repair shop that I can trust.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Battery

Very friendly. Premise is spotless. Attended for an oil change and filter and I had my own oil and filter. Finding fewer places that will use customer s own parts.Only one problem and that was the mechanic after putting the new oil in didn t start the engine and check the dipstick a second time. Still needed to add more oil.

I was told the brakes were done and just waiting on the diff lube. The vehicle will be ready in a couple hours. So we went shopping.When I returned a hour and a half later. The vehicle was in the stall. So I sat down in the office and I thought it would be just a few minutes later and the vehicle should be done. I was wrong. I looked in on the stall they were just starting on the brakes. Very disappointing on how l was not told the truth.

Great customer service. Did not end up getting the work done but the process of getting a quote was quick and seamless. The phone was answered quickly, gave the gentleman my information and what I was looking to get done, he said he would email a quote over. About 5-10min later I had a link to the quote where the pricing was broken down well with pricing. The availability to accept or decline work from the same page. Fantastic experience.

Everytime I have dropped my car off to be fixed it had to go back 1 to 2 times before they actually "fixed" it. Plus it has never run the same since they worked on. Would not recommend this place. You pay way to much for it not to be done correctly the first time.

I brought my car in because the A/C quit working in May, and now in November I still do not have an A/C that works. They just keep wanting more money for things that may or may not actually fix the problem. They have even had the audacity to try and charge a second diagnostic fee. Don t fall for the nice difference warranty. I should have saved my time and money and taken it directly to the manufacturer in the first place.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Christian Brothers Automotive. This is a place I thought I could trust for routine car maintenance, but my recent visit has left me frustrated and questioning their integrity.I visited Christian Brothers for a simple oil change and tire rotation, a service that should be straightforward. My past experiences with this establishment were not perfect, but they were tolerable. However, this time, I encountered a series of issues that were simply unacceptable.Firstly, the staff attempted to upsell me on air filters, which I had just replaced earlier in the day for a fraction of the cost they were quoting. This made me skeptical of their intentions and their apparent willingness to overcharge customers.Additionally, I was told I needed to change my brake fluid, a recommendation I'm certain was a mere money-grabbing tactic. I declined the unnecessary service, but the technician insisted, which only added to my discomfort.Throughout my visit, I repeatedly inquired about the tire pressure. They assured me that it had been checked and filled, but when I received my car, the low tire pressure warning was still active. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was told to drive for a while and the warning would disappear. Only later was I informed that their compressor was out of order, and they hadn't actually checked the tire pressure, despite multiple assurances to the contrary.What's worse, when I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, Carl, his response was apathetic. He didn't seem to care about the concerns I raised and simply brushed them off. This lack of customer service and accountability was truly disheartening.My experience at Christian Brothers Automotive was marred by dishonesty, unnecessary upselling, and a complete lack of transparency. I left feeling taken advantage of and deeply dissatisfied. I would strongly caution anyone considering this place for car maintenance there are far better options out there.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Had an anchor (of all things) stuck in my tire. Realized it when the vehicle alerted me. It was early in the morning, and I had somewhere to go soon, so I stopped by Christian Brothers right when they opened at 7am. They were able to take me in as a walk up and had my tire patched within 30 minutes. Saved me a lot of issues for later in the day. I will certainly be back to them for my next automotive needs.

I took my Jeep in because of brake issue and a check engine light. They charged me over $170 to diagnose the problems. They quoted me $1000.85 to repair and I agreed. Then they called the next day and said there was an additional code and I needed to authorize ANOTHER $170 diagnostic fee. I did not authorize that and picked up my Jeep after paying $1000 for a new thermostat and brake pads. So I paid $1,000 and the issue I took it in for is still there. Pmace is WAY overpriced. The guyin mine in front of me paid fhe diagnostic fee and was quoted $7000 for a transmission. The Toyota dealership quoted him $4000so he was picking up his car to take it back to Toyota. Christian Brothers will never get my business again

I visited Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) about three weeks ago after taking my 2020 Toyota Corolla to the local Toyota dealer for repairs. Long story short, a mommy squirrel did some damage to one section of the engine wiring harness after having literally given birth to three tiny baby squirrels inside my engine compartment (I left the car outside my garage for three days and she made a little motel). Truly the craziest things I've ever seen!!! The resulting damage by mommy squirrel (including the array of engine lights, engine trouble messages, and an engine gone array that resulted from the damage) was going to be, according to the young mechanic and service advisor, just a few dollars shy of $4000 for 15 hours of labor, taxes, and parts!!! According to the young mechanic, they'd have to remove the whole front end of the vehicle and radiator, remove a gazillion number of other engine parts to access "the back of the engine", and install a complete engine wiring harness, and numerous connectors. The particular damaged connector and its wiring, according to the mechanic, couldn't be removed so he'd have to install a new $2550 harness. MALARKY! HE KNEW IT AND I KNEW IT!!! I told the service advisor I'd take it elsewhere for a second opinion. I stopped by CBA immediately thereafter and Alex (an awesome service advisor) had Rafael (one of their great mechanics) pop the hood and did a quick assessment. I then returned the next day and they completed the Toyota dealer $4000 repair job for a total of a few pennies shy of $175!!! Let me see, pay $4000 or pay $175. Yep, I think I'll take the latter. Moral of the story? Dealers are great when your car is under warranty but CORRUPT and UNETHICAL UNARMED ROBBERS when it's past its prime. Thank you CBA for an incredible job in less than a couple of hours for an honest charge (commensurate with the actual costs and labor) for a fantastic rewire and installation of a single NEW connector (you remember, the one that couldn't be removed). My car is purring like a kitten. That's an honest car repair shop! I've used you before. I used you again. I'll use you for years to come. God's blessings!

Before i qualify this people I'll give them the opportunity and explain how is it that they're capable of do things like that. What happened is my teenager daughter needed brake pads replaced on her 2018 beetle and they charged 500 dollar to do that. I mean what could it take one hour and 80 dollars for pads. And you charge 500!!!

This is the most honest and trustworthy automotive place I have ever been too. We took our car in for a battery replacement. They told us that they thought the battery was still under warrantee and they were correct. This type of honesty in business is great to see. I highly recommend this place for great honest service!
