Went in for an oil Change & tire rotation they let me know that I needed breaks & provided me pictures of what was wrong. Everyone in there are absolutely amazing people & very professional & passionate about what they do. I felt like I was treated like family. A few hours later I picked up my car with brand new breaks! & they topped off all my fluids & filled my tires with air! 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone needing a honest mechanic!

I consider myself lucky to have found Charlie s Auto Care. The office staff and technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I have always received good service and good value for my money. They identify the issue with my vehicle and recommend appropriate solutions without the big upsells that can come with larger franchise operations. I currently use Charlie s for all of my automotive needs and have no plans to go anywhere else!

Very nice place. Wonderful, caring people. They keep you up to date and never force anything on you. Prices are fair, a lot cheaper than some car repair company's out there! I really recommend them! Will come again in the future!

I recently had a flat tire and it turned out all four tires were dangerously in bad condition. I ONLY take my car to Charlies Auto Care, so they got me in quickly and they reminded me I was behind in getting my oil change, so I did that as well. I would highly recommend this family owned business for all of your auto needs.

Charlie's Auto Care is a very Family & Friends place to bring your car for service. I've been bringing my cars there since 2020. They have always been honest and their customer service is top-notch! That means alot in this world today. Kudos to Charles, Loretta, Linda & Tammie!!!

Unethical and unprofessional. Took my car to replace both front hub assembly due to a small grinding noise around the front passenger tire. A few months later I started to hear the same noise again. Thinking it was break pads or calipers I removed the tire to inspect the noise and to my surprise I found the noise was coming from an old rusted and damaged hub assembly. They never replaced the hub hub assembly and charged me for it. These people are also rude with extremely poor customer service. Never again will I recommend or give my business to these people. I hope this review can help others not to take the risk.

I m not super impressed. I don t doubt that they do good work here but the customer service leaves something to be desired in my experience.I scheduled an alignment with the expressed intention of dropping it and picking it up shortly after (not necessitating an entire day without a car). The woman on the phone said she couldn t do that this week but could do it the following. So I waited an extra week. I dropped my car at 9 am on the day of my appointment and didn t get it back until 30 min before closing time. There was no communication the entire day about a delay or an expected pick up time.Maybe a bad first impression, but sometimes that s all you get.

I try to stick to the family owned business when I can but I made a mistake when my truck was out of commission due to some electrical wiring issues. I was told there will would be a two hour diagnostic fee ($130/hour) after the problem was discovered. It took a week for it to get looked which was very frustrating but then the "part" was ordered, canceled, ordered again then eventually picked up locally. This process took over two weeks (no offer of overnighting the part). Once the part was installed, it took another week to get the truck keys to the new anti theft module. In all, my truck sat for six weeks.I understand that all vehicles that are dropped off are "priority" to the owner but with limited bay space, shortage of vendors for parts, and needing to outsource some services (programming), I think I will only be back for the basics like oil changes. The up-charging on the parts (approx. 25% higher than what I was quoted from Chevy dealer), shop fees, hazardous material charges, excessive labor hours, and six weeks without a vehicle just left a bad taste this time.

I had an appointment and they began working on my car when I arrived on time. As usual Charlie's did an excellent job and everyone was friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I requested a 3 year battery instead of a 2 year battery and they installed a 3 year battery. They do excellent work.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

While im aware most post of this company are very good and people do have bad days my vehicle was a bit of a challenge because someone else did a horrible job. This still leaves no excuse for the exceptional high price they charged for the hardware store fasteners they appear to have used. I ask to see the oem part numbers so I could compare the pictures with what they used never got a response. Thanks for responding im aware of dealers pricing what im asking for is to see the dealer part numbers you ordered to compair to what was put on the engine

Excellent connected customer services! It was a pleasant experience to do business with Charlie's Auto Care from scheduling/follow up phone calls to visiting the shop. I will like to note that a services that will be done in a few hours in the city, it will take a few days at Charlie's but then it is part of the small shop experience. The shop is adorable, clean, simple! Love supporting family business, it's a win win.Service: Tires

This is a terrific place! I have been a customer of this garage since it was owned by Grover & Ray many years ago. One of the best things about them is their integrity. In this case, they could have simply replaced a part and went on their way. However, they didn't. They called me, explained the situation, gave options, and were transparent about what they could deduce and what was unknown. This kind of service and integrity is very rare. I will continue to bring my vehicles to them as long as they are in business.Service: Auto maintenance

Stop looking for a good mechanic and take your vehicle here! These guys are the best in the business. We had a break down about 5 min away. My insurance company sent a tow truck and the closest shop was Charlie's. I had heard a few GOOD things about the shop and rolled the dice not really knowing what to expect. When I got the vehicle to the shop it was closed as it was 9:00pm. I dropped my keys in the box and left a note stating that I would call 1st thing in the morning and I authorized them to take a look at what was going on. I received a voice mail 1st thing in the morning and I called back around 8:00 and spoke with Loretta. She stated that our vehicle was already in the shop and they had figured out 2 potential issues. Loretta told me she'd call back and let me know what they found out. She called me back in 1/2 hour and let me know that the alternator needed replaced and how much it would cost. She was pleasant and so sweet. I told them to go ahead with the replacement. I got a call a few hours later letting me know that the vehicle was ready. It was great meeting Loretta and her sweet granddaughter. The whole process was quick, professional, and had that good old family business feel to it. I know that there were a handful of other minor issues with my vehicle but was not pushed into making any additional repairs. I could tell that the shop wanted to make the critical repair and get us back on the road. Hands down, hands down recommend this place. The shop is a little tucked away and isn't some huge fancy dealership building but they get the job done right and at a great price. Just. Go. To. Charlie's. Family run. Local. Independent. All American. Honest. Fair. Y'all just got a customer for life! Thank you!

Charlie''s Auto Care is best around. The girl's at the the front desk are extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable while waiting to have service done. Brian the Sr. Mechanic is awesome and very friendly too. He's very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers and explains everything. They definitely have my business from now on. So if you want good friendly service. Go to Charlie's Auto Care. Trust me, you won't be sorry.Service: Brakes

Great service! Called to make an appointment , but I was sick and lost track of time. A half hour after the original appointment time my wife called them up to see if we could still come in and they said sure!Everyone was very nice and accommodating.. this will definitely be my go-to garage!11/10 would go again

Charlie's Auto is now my go to for all repairs. I have taken two different vehicles there within a week and can't stop talking about the great customer service he gives and at reasonable prices. He even sent my father in law home with no charge when he was worried about his brakes being older. Charlie said your brakes are in great shape and sent him home. Other shops would have seen an elderly man and offered other repairs. Thank you Charlie!

We have been coming to Charlie for years. He worked on our cars when he was Evan's Auto. They were wonderful and we are happy to still see Rae when we come. We moved to Deltona a year ago, but come back to Charlie for our service. Quality work, great prices and friendly service. He's the best!!!

I was told by a good friend how great they are, so I decided to go with them. I ran over a kettle bell weight on the 50 colonial and my car got huge dents underneath. It was making a bad noise and I went in and Mr. William the owner and wife received me. very nice couple and professional. Frankey the mechanic and Nef I believe his name was where the ones who saw my car. It was a tiny simple thing that was making real bad noises. I think I wasn't even there for 5 minutes when they figured it out. I def recommend the place to everyone. I been to other shops and all I gotten is scared of the quotes they give me. This shop is honest and fair on pricing.

I have been working with Charlie for years. He is honest, diligent and always keeps you in the loop regarding what needs to be done. His prices are beyond reasonable. He takes care of everything from my dad's classic Cadillac to my husband's 2016 Jeep.

Charlie is very honest and won't try to sell you something you don't need. He does quality work and will always treat you right. I was quoted a price of $650 at another shop, and Charlie did the same job for $400. If you're a women you can be sure you will not be taken advantage of at this shop.

Needed a AC fix on a hot day. From the first phone call to being slotted in immediately and having a difficult problem fixed same day, the experience at Charlie s was top notch all the way around. I ve found my car mechanic in Clermont.
