My wife had a small collision that affected the front bumper of our Honda Odyssey. Our insurance gave us some options and after looking up reviews near me, we decided to go with Caliber Collision in Clermont. The process was seamless and they were a whole week ahead of schedule. My wife s minivan looks like it just came out of the factory. Super happy with the work done and Caliber Collision. Great service, great staff and incredibly fast service!

Beyond all my Expectations! If I can rate 10 stars I would! This actually my 2nd experience with Caliber. I was unfortunately in a car accident back in July of 2022. My car was towed to Caliber because my dealership was full. They provided good service back then. However, I realized after multiple visits back to the dealership that I had a wrong transmission installed by Caliber. I reached back out to Caliber and dealt with the Manager, John Haynes. He was so understanding of my frustration and took immediate actions to resolve my issue. He authorized and paid for my rental while I had a brand new transmission installed. When I picked up the car, it was even detailed inside! He also gave me his cell phone number and I was able to communicate with him directly every step of the way. The care and service I received was excellent! I would recommend this Caliber Collision to anyone who needs a repair shop! Thank you John for all your assistance. I am so glad you were the one I was working with!

Im really happy I chose this location. Getting your car fixed can be a pain but Melissa was extremely helpful and kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process of my car. I went in to get my right bumper fixed. They ordered all the parts I needed and were super quick. I m very happy to have my car back brand new and they also cleaned my car for me which was really nice!

Caliber Collision's crew were excellent from the first moment I got there. They repaired my car and made her look beautiful after a semi truck hit me. Thankful for their excellent workmanship. Great customer service.

How about zero stars! Customer service is incredibly incompetent. I ve had an appointment for hail scheduled for 2 months. Tried to drop my truck off today and they don t have anyone available to repair hail. The lady (I believe her name was Melissa) refused to be of help. She was a true Karen who felt her position as the person in charge while the manager was away made her a powerful and important person. She literally helped in no way. I specifically have to have my vehicle to tow my RV that my family lives in as we travel fulltime. This was scheduled during a time I could stop in one location for 4 weeks and I m paying extra out of pocket to stay at this location long enough for the damage to be repaired. She would not allow me to drop my vehicle off and refused repair despite the appointment that has been scheduled for 2 months. I ve never seen such incompetence, unprofessionalism, and rudeness. To just leave a customer hanging like that is disgusting. There was zero level of willingness to help or fix their incompetent mistake.

Missed promises, zero proactive communication, misinformation and deceit, condescending responses to my dissatisfaction. Take your vehicle here but be prepared to wait for way longer than promised (told 2 weeks -> took 7 weeks) and be prepared to wait in the dark as far as feedback is concerned.

The physical quality of the repairs was excellent. What brings this rating down is the customer service. My rep was horrible. In the 1.5 Mos they had it I received one call. I had to call and ask for updates after multiple promises to have it done much earlier. I will not return to Hwy 50 again in Clermont. I went to Caliber specifically because a previous experience at Hwy 27 was amazing. If I need this service again I will ONLY go to Hwy 27's shop. They are 5 stars all the way where Hwy 50's rating comes up to a 2 only because of the quality of workmanship. The customer service is terrible.

Great body shop if you are having repairs done through insurance. The are dedicated to ensuring you are happy with the work and communicate well during the process. As for the repairs themselves, top notch work.

Truly one of the best businesses around. I feel customer service has gone out the window so much, but not here. From start to finish my experience was fantastic. That s hard to say and they already have an uphill battle when dealing with customers whose cars have been hit. Melissa was wonderful from start to finish.

If you have cold hard cash, they won t even look at your car for an ESTIMATE for over a month. If you re going through insurance, they ll estimate your cost same day. This tells you exactly where their priorities are and what kind of a company they are. Skip this one.

I brought my car in to be repaired after being rear-ended. They had Enterprise waiting there for me, which was incredible because I had to bring my kids along. It was nice to not have to worry about one more thing. The parts my car needed replaced were hard to find, but Calliber went above and beyond to contact dealers all over until they found them. They were incredible with communication- I always knew where they were in the process. The car was returned clean and looked brand new again. It was finished before they promised. I was impressed with their professionalism. A job well done! Would recommend them to anyone needing car repair!

The called me to say my car was done after 2 weeks and that was before the time I was told it was going to be done, so my sister had surgery in Miami and I was taking care of her while I m also very sick, they told meI had no choice but to pick it up so I did last Friday and I drove 4 hours to find out my car wasn t done it stil have dents so I was very upset because nobody tooked the time to supervised what was done so manager says they will take care and that I can go pick it up on March 20th. So from there I had to drive another 4 hours to continue taking care of my sister. How is it possible that during the week they keep sending you updates supposedly of the process etc when in fact is not accurate. If that s profesional, then I don t know what to think.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve had 2 wonderful experiences with 2 separate locations of Caliber Collision. Their customer service is top notch and the repairs on both of my vehicles were excellent. I was truly blown away by what a smooth and easy process it was with Caliber. I highly recommend them!

Have not had the need for a body repair in 10 years. The Clermont branch was a true surprise. The organization professionalism and the updates made for a very good experience. I recently had a car reverse over the hood of my 2019 Corvette. I took this recommendation from Progressive, as it was a part of their network. My car before the accident was almost pristine after just being fully paint corrected with a fresh Ceramic Pro Ceramic Coating. The car needed a new hood, bumper, headlight and some light paint work on the side fenders. I received the call that the car was ready within the time frame and went to pick up the vehicle. Upon returning to collect my vehicle every panel on the vehicle had scratch swirl marks, uneven panel gaps with heavy globs of polishing paste in every crevice. I refused to take the car back after nearly a week of them refusing to admit there were scratches and refusing to correct the mistakes, as this was a Friday we had to wait until the middle of the following week to see how they would want to correct their mistakes, multiple phone calls and hours fighting over shoddy work, they re-detailed the car to removed the globs of polishing paste and some of the lighter scratches. Another walkthrough was preformed where it was noticed that they didn t spray clear coat on the bottom panels of the car, assuming it wouldn t be noticed. Nearly two more weeks passed, where they had to repaint the full brand new hood again as the scratching was so deep, re-spray clear coat on the fenders to cover the spots that were forgotten about, and did a whole polish to try and diminish a lot of the swirl marks causing my ceramic coating to be thinned and layers removed. I even had to go as far as having my own detailer and Ceramic Pro Installer visit the car to see how hard it would be to correct the issues after the car had left the body shop. Each time the shop ensured me they would take care of the problem, but fought the insurance company on each point. Multiple times the shop shared they were not a custom shop , when they were asked to bring the car back to the condition it went into the shop in and correct the panels that had damage. The final walk through with the manager and general manager of Caliber Collision, ensured me that they would take care of the car being Ceramic Coated and Paint Corrected through my own detail company after multiple attempts at trying to correct the issues, which would have been great, but after making the payment to be reimbursed the cost of the Ceramic Coating they are still denying covering the cost to the insurance company. Below are the attached photos of the scratched new bumper and general work after it was completed. My experience was abysmal and turned into hours on the phone with the insurance company playing he said she said, and having still no resolution on damage caused at the shop more than a month later.

Great experience here at caliber collision. My vandalized car was expertly repaired. I found the service to be outstanding with a caring and attentive staff who kept me well informed. I found the workmanship to be excellent and I have no complaints. I drive a well maintained luxury SUV and I was worried about the quality matching the factory but I needn't have been they did a great job.

This Caliber Collisions shop is definitely my go-to for auto body repairs and I highly recommend. They are USAA affiliated and my transactions have always gone smoothly. Royce, John & Janelle are professional, but friendly. John communicated with me weekly with updates on my vehicle s status. Went to this business and they were great! The front receptionist was very friendly. One of the tech (Craig) came out to give me an estimate on what I thought was some scratches that needed buffing. He came back with a special chemical and towel and worked that particular area of my truck. The best part about the whole interaction is that he could of charge me for it but didn t. He said no because the work was so minor. People like Craig makes this establishment better. His interpersonal skills and dealing with the costumers is impeccable. Our experience at Caliber Collision was exceptional from the moment we were introduced to our service tech John Haynes. We brought in a one month old KIA Telluride SUV with passenger side damage and John promised that our car would look like new upon completion. He provided us with weekly updates (Tuesdays and Thursdays) on the progress of our collision repair and he kept his word by offering us detailed step-by-step reports. John instilled confidence in our repair outcome and made sure we knew precise details of the work being performed. Great. Royce was amazing and deserves a promotion! He kept me updated the whole time and it was very appreciated.
