The front staff was awesome, dealt with me honestly, and Kailah specifically kept me up-to-date the whole time, even when having to deal with the other persons insurance. The paint and body guys here were great, and as I have a black vehicle, I waited for this location specifically to handle the work as they ve done another car for me before, after having had issues elsewhere.

Great communication with daily updates. They answered all of my questions and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me more information about the claim process than the at fault driver s insurance adjuster. Paint looks great. I had a question with a sensor after the work was complete and they made sure it was working as it should, even though it was on a part of the vehicle that was not worked on. Above and beyond customer service and excellent work

The young lady at the front was very helpful. Before booking me for a future appointment to get an estimate, I explained what was wrong with my car. She asked the Manager, Frank if he could take a look, in the event that it would be a quick fix. He did and he was able to fix it on the spot! He was extremely kind, professional and detailed oriented. I was so impressed with his service and honesty. I highly recommend Caliber Collision on Highway 27!!!

I don't often leave reviews, but Caliber Collision in Clermont was great! All the staff I interacted with were very helpful and kind. When I got dropped off to leave my car one employee (I didn't catch his name) noticed the air in one tire of the car I was brought in was very low and kindly filled it for us and told us where to go to get it patched (he noticed a nail in in too). My car was not ready when initially promised, but I was notified of the delays regularly (parts had to be ordered). I'd highly recommend Caliber Collision in Clermont. :)

Initial meeting was very favorable. Tim was great and really explained the estimate well. Now let's see if the insurance agrees with me about this out of network repair shop.

I could not have hoped for a better experience. Every single person I came in contact with from the receptionist to the claims people to the repairs people were amazing. Everyone is extremely helpful and never made me feel rushed. As much as I hope to never have the need to use them again I will highly recommend them to anybody I come in contact with.

Great staff but no follow threw and broken promises.I was impressed with the communication at first but was taken by surprise to learn none of it was factual and all the texts promising "great progress" and "almost done" were in fact not the case and there was no progress during that time at all. Upon a site visit I learned that my vehicle had actually not been worked on at all.Blaming an automated system is not acceptable...Hopefully they can communicate better.Afterwards they worked hard to get it completed within a week.

Great experience! Regular communication from my assigned contact. Repairs completed before the estimated date and done right! They even connected with the rental car company to pick up the loaner I had been using when I picked up my car.

Outstanding service Mrs Adrianna, Mr Tim , Mrs Marie , and Mr Ricardo . They know what they re doing and they care for your concerns. Above and beyond shop service . Also a special thanks to the mechanic that did the labor . I don t have his name . However this shop returned my car like there was never any damage.

Such a smooth process. I had a bad experience a few years ago at the Winter Garden location, and this shop was so much better. The front desk was incredibly helpful, communication happened by text daily, and my repair was done days ahead of schedule, even with Thanksgiving falling in the middle of it. I'll be back for any future repairs we need.

Great work but they had to change to pickup date 3 times. Bumper damaged on delivery & had to return it. Then had to return it again because my car is 2023 but the bump was a 2024.

Great work and solid communication. Tim was awesome to work with and we appreciate the transparency he kept up with us. We off by one day but to get it right everything takes time. My car was returned to me looking better than I could have imagined. It looked as if nothing has ever happened to it. The whole front end used to hang on the ground and the hood was damaged. Great staff, kept me informed the entire time touching base every few days. My car was ready almost 5 days early.

Had my sunroof destroyed on the Florida Turnpike by a rock, and saw my vehicle was not safe to drive, my insurance got me connected to Caliber Collision. Caliber got me in the same day and coordinated for the rental car for me and made everything feel simple.This team went above and beyond to fix my vehicle! The communication was the best I've experienced, and was kept in the loop every step. Customer service is tough, but they kept their game face on while obviously extremely busy. I'll bring my business here moving forward.

While at work I started an online inquiry but it wasnt working. It asked me to hold & some1 would be w/me, but I waited probably an hour & it didnt work. I went on my lunch break & called. The man I spoke w/told me he couldnt help me set an appt & I HAD to go online. He said my inquiry would be sent to the store & some1 would call. I went back to work & waited all day long for the chat option to work. It never did. Couple days later, tried again. Submitted all the info needed for a quote. Week later still hadn't heard back, tried the chat option again. No1 ever replied. Called again, India answered & couldnt find my info & insisted I did it wrong. I explained to her that Im sure I did it right bc the man I spoke with, reminded me that I needed to select the correct Clermont store bc there were 2. I also received a quote at the end. She insisted I did it wrong. I was getting frustrated at this point. Hung up with her bc she didnt help. Went BACK ONLINE & submitted another quote. Called again & she answered. Obviously, a frustrated at this point bc the process to get an appt was difficult. Went online & called multiple times with no success. I JUST WANTED AN APPOINTMENT! When the same girl answered the phone, I asked for the manager bc she wasn't helpful the last time. She said she'd get the manager for me. I waited on hold for 15 MINUTES before getting transferred to the managers voicemail. Very angry at this point as I have a job & don't have time to be wasting any longer to get a simple appt. I did not leave a message. I went back to my quote & called the 800# they gave me. Called & waited another 15 minutes to get through phone prompts & STILL no help. It was taking too long (I was short on time bc again I was working) so I called back to the local store. India answered the phone & I did not want to talk to her. Mad she couldn't help me the 1st time, the 2nd time she left me on hold for 15 min, I told her I needed to speak to ANYONE that was capable & willing to help me & I went on about how difficult it was to just schedule an appt & begged her to please just put a competent person on the phone. She told me "We're not the right company for you". I said "wow, what is your name?" she said she wasn't giving it to me & she hung up on me. I called back, Tim answered. I explained the entire situation to him & he was understanding & scheduled me an appt! I don't understand why e1 else was so difficult. I asked him who the girl was that I spoke with. He gave me her name. I said "is that the girl screaming in the background on your end" he said "probably". I assume he was just trying to defuse the situation bc the entire time him & I were on the phone, she was screaming & arguing very loudly. Irate, out of control, extremely unprofessional. Acting like a complete child throwing a tantrum! No lie. Anyway, Tim was nice & able to help me. I told him that I was trying to reach the manager if he could pass along the message for me, & we hung up. That's when I left the Google review. Jeff, the manager, called me back. I didn't feel heard by him, he was dismissive to what I was saying & didn't acknowledge his employee's behavior. He kept asking how he could help me but I told him TWICE that Tim already helped. I had to ask him "are you completely ignoring what I'm saying to you about your employee bc you havent acknowledged it at all". He apologized and said he would handle it, but why did I have to ask that? He didnt care, he was just doing his due diligence by calling me. Convo felt like wasted breath. India needs to be immediately fired. Shes an embarrassment to any profession & literally telling your customers to go elsewhere. If Jeff is the manager, he was calm, but he could use some training on how to effectively listen to his customers concerns & acknowledge them instead of dismissing them. At the end of the day, Im trying to give you my business & spend my $.****Emailed the above to the owner. They never replied. They commented publicly to make it seem like they care, but they ignored everything so they dont.

I am very satisfied, not only was my car cleaned spotless inside and out when I received it but you cant even tell it was ever wrecked, they did a phenomenal job! All the staff was courteous and were always pleasant when I called and they were constantly giving me updates!
