Jodi Ralston is AMAZING!! We needed a new key for my son s car as the only one he had broke and his car was stuck in our driveway! Jodi was so helpful and got us what we needed right away and it worked! We couldn t be more grateful! I highly recommend using AL&SS! You won t be disappointed!

Jodie and Parrish are two of the nicest people I've ever had the privilege of meeting. I needed 2 new car keys laser cut and Parrish went out to my car to make sure they worked before I left. One of them wouldn't work properly so he special ordered a new one and only charged me for the one that day. Few days later I went back to try the new key and it worked! Jodie helped me get some keys cut for my home as well. I needed my new car keys programmed to the car but my car required special programming they didn't offer so they referred me to a few locksmiths who could help. Very pleasant experience every time I was there. A+++ Staff & Customer Service.

We took the lock off the door, in an effort to get someone to create a key for the lock. The guys at ACE hardware recommended Affordable Lock & Security. So the next day, that is where I headed. I am truly grateful for the recommendation. Jodi was very helpful, personable and professional. Also, she was able to create a key for my lock! Before leaving she informed me how long it would take to create the key and she called when the key was ready. You would be surprised how often businesses no longer do the little things that add to great customer service! I will definitely use Affordable Lock & Security in the future!

My 2020 Mustang was hopelessly impaired (sound & speed) by the MyKey feature. I took both FOBS to Affordable Locksmiths & within 20 minutes, I was out the door & one happy camper!!! Pricing was VERY reasonable!!! Thank you again!!!!!

I used this company to replace a broken exterior door handle & re-key it to match our existing doors. Greg came out and did the job quick & efficiently and was a pleasant human to have in my home. Price was reasonable imo. I would use again if need be.

Dan came out and fixed our door problems in a short period of time. Affordable Lock responded to our needs quickly, Dan fixed the problem, and it was done for a reasonable amount. I called them after the original commercial door installer came out and said the door was fine and said it was an access problem. Well, it was a door problem and an adjustment to the rods fixed it. Thank you!

They quoted a price in a message communication and refused to do the work at the quoted price went I went to the store. When they were shown the messages, they pretended they didn t know who sent it.

I called to have a boat key made because I lost my and the rep said absolutely we can so I drove for 35 minutes and when we got there I was asked do you have a key to make a copy of? If I had a key I would not need a lock smith! Also the lady told me she did not have a technician that he was on vacation , it would have been nice for her to tell me that when I called before leaving home.

HOME LOCKSMITH:They installed double cylinder Medeco deadbolts on two houses. 5 locks total. (double cylinder deadbolt means you need a key to enter or to leave the house).The inner part was broken badly and the outer part was having issues too, they fixed both sides - separate trip.CAR KEYFOB:They did great doing remote control key FOB's for cars: 5 starIt went better than anyone could have expected. I bought this used 2006 Chrysler car and it only had one remote control to it (remote for security system and to start the car). I wanted a 2nd one.I then went to the local Chrysler dealership and they had to order they 2nd remote control for my car. It came in 9 days (they didn't have it in stock). After one hour they said they ordered the wrong one and that I would have to come back when they get the correct one ordered, so I said no.I went to Affordable Lock and Security Solutions 712 S Hwy 27, Minneola, FL 34715 (Clermont)I had done business with them when I purchased my house a couple years ago where they came out and installed all new deadbolts and locksets on my house.They had the correct remote control chip set part in stock (they didn't have to order it like the Chrysler dealership had to).I did not have to make an appointment (just show up during the day).They also told me that there are four total sets out there including the one I brought. I had just bought this used 2006 Chrysler and I only had the one set, so they "removed" the other three sets, reprogrammed my set, and they created a 2nd remote control set (to lock / unlock the car, turn on/off my security system and to start the car).WOW, I did not even know there were other sets out there from prior owners of my car I just bought.Now those other sets won't be able to start the car, and only my original set, and the new set can. GREAT job. FAST job. LOWER priced than the dealer, no appointment needed, and they had the parts in stock.

I don't write many reviews unless the service is excellent or horrible, in this case it's the latter. I purchased a used truck with a hard Tonneau cover but it didn't come with the key. I travel full-time and keep a lot of valuable stuff in my truck bed. I contacted them early last week about getting a key cut and was told to come in anytime. I drove a half hour there last Friday only to be told the Locksmith wasn't going to be in until the following week. I was leaving for NYC Monday morning and was frustrated. On Monday morning I received a phone call saying the Locksmith was going to be in all day and to come on in. I delayed my departure because getting the key cut was important. I again drove the half hour but this time with my camper in tow. When I arrived the Locksmith wasn't there and I was told by the lady in the shop that she didn't know why they told me he would be there all day. I waited almost an hour for him to return and then he worked on it for about an hour and a half, only to finally tell me they didn't have the right key in stock and couldn't do it. I wasted 3 1/2 hours of travel time and missed a day of reservations but that wasn't the worst part. I arrived at the campground the following day and went to open my Tonneau cover to get out my generator, gas and camping gear to discover the cover was locked for the first time since I've owned my truck. Not only couldn't the Locksmith cut a key, he left the cover locked. I had to locate a Locksmith an hour away and pay them to open my cover to access my equipment and lost another day of my trip. I would give them zero or negative stars if that were an option!

Had to get a new key for my car cut. I had the new fob with a blank from chevy, just needed the ket cut. In and out within 10 minutes. She also made sure to go out and try the key in my car before I left to make sure it was working properly. Great shop, fast service, friendly people! Check them out if you need locksmith services.

I called around to a lot of places because my car key broke in half. A coworker told me about this business and he was right they did not disappoint. I didn't get the name of the lady who helped me but she took the 2 pieces and cut me a key for my with no issues. Great customer service and you can tell they have been doing this for a while.

I recently purchased a safe from Affordable Lock & Security. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable which helped me to make a decision on what safe to purchase.There was a slight snafu with my order, but they went above and beyond to resolve the matter. They truly seemed focused on ensuring that I, the customer, was walking away feeling positive about my experience with their business and the product that I bought.I would definitely go back to them in the future.

I have been to several locksmith getting keys made for the machine's on our projects and they typically have an issue. This was my first time into Affordable lock and decided to have 10 keys made all at once. Once I return back to the project every key worked perfectly. Will definitely be using them again in the future. And it doesn't hurt that the staff was very personable.

I had a hard time finding a reasonably priced company to cut & program a new key for my car and I completely recommend this company! Everyone is extremely nice, helpful and fast! They are definitely worth the drive! Today they even helped me with a jammed trunk lid- I am so grateful to know about them

I had Marc Jobe come to my house and install new locks and hardware. The man did a phenomenal job! He fixed problems with my doors that I've had for the past 11 years. He was a true craftsman and took his time doing the job right the first time. My doors, locks, handles, etc., work flawlessly. I felt like I was a pest with all the questions I asked him, but he was great. You guys are the ONLY locksmith I will be using from now on. Thank you for a job well done. I would highly recommend you to anyone.

Reliable, professional and great service! We needed a new deadbolt installed so called a couple of places. Affordable Lock answered the phone (first ring and a live person), quoted a fair price, and booked the service call right away. Aaron, our technician, was friendly and professional. He did a great job and came in right on budget.

I told Affordable Lock I had an electronic safe lock. I told them it is becoming more difficult to open the door. When I input the combination, the lock lights up & a click is heard when the combination is correct. So I knew the lock worked properly. However, the safe door will not open. They sent out a service man who immediately pulls out and replaces the 9-V battery. They charged me $118 service call + put salt in the wound by charging $9.95 for one 9V battery!! NO ONE ever asked me if the battery had been replaced lately. Afterwards, the tech said the lock lights and clicking shows battery has some power left but not enough to open the safe door. My opinion: Everyone I talked to was aware of the problem but they wanted their $128. I won't be going back to them.
