After searching all over the county for a Honda Ruckus, I called these guys and they had exactly the one I wanted. I spoke with Tony Diamond, who was super helpful and got me approved over the phone almost immediately. By the time I got there they had everything ready waiting for me to take it away, with a full tank of gas mind you. I was beyond satisfied with my experience here and will shop here again in the future.

Joe was great to deal with. Found my new bike via marketplace. He quickly responded to my questions on a Saturday night. Messaged me Monday morning with great news and went and picked it up afterwork. They even stayed almost an hour after closing and helped me load up the bike. Thank you Joe and team!

I was familiar with WCPS having used their service department for my Gold Wing. I was wandering around and was looking at a few sport bikes with not a high level of purchase commitment but Joe Gennari took the time to figure out who I was and called me! When it came time to buy I contacted all the dealers in the Tampa area and Joe came back with the best pricing and a "can do" attitude. Other dealers were all about here is our price, this is as good as you'll find. There really wasn't a choice in this, it was going to be Joe, and Mark his sales manager who also assisted on Joe's day off. It's too bad that Suzuki doesn't send a manufacturer's survey like the automobile company I work for which includes a question of "would you consider buying from this dealer again" West Coast/Joe will be my frist choice should the need arise again in the future.

I want give BIG THANK YOU to Sean and general manager that help us getting approved in less then 1 hr with the best deal in town. I really appreciate all the help there are the best team ever. This location has a lot of history. My 1st experience was poor because they never called me after a visit to purchase a new can am. I purchased from a different location. I did a walk through before using this location for my services and was not impressed. The appearance of the vehicles outside of the maintenance area exposed to the elements while waiting for service was disappointing. They will wash your vehicle however u must ask for it. There is plenty of dirt in the lot. Vehicles were exposed to rain with open dashboards, etc while waiting for parts. (This seems to be common for the surrounding Powersports servicing cam ams on road.) Location to home happened to be the deciding factor because the other shops were not impressive. My maintenance experience has not been without concerns with long delays to repairs, repair update communication and fixing the issues correctly the first time. I attempted to speak to the store manager however the manager was off that day and there was no second in charge.

Sean Fiol was easy to do deal with last week. I had a set price in mind and Sean was able to get me to that price on a new Seadoo on the first call. Sean was also able to get me a trailer at a great price. Was an easy process through finance and so far so good with the new ski. Good experience at West Coast Power Sports !

After having some issues with the bike, the dealer and the manager were kind and respectful, I was provided guidance and instructions (as a first time owner) on how to properly maintain and handle the motorcycle, a complete how-to was given with instructions on how to apply fuel stabilizer to avoid any future issues. Despite having a confrontation with the dealer that came out of frustration from my side, the manager and dealer did not ignored me nor the problems I was having, rather called me, apologized and tried to find solutions convenient to me. Thank You to the manager and the WCPS Team.

AMAZING is the first word that comes to mind while thinking about this place. Not only do they have a great selection and fair prices but their service is also superior to other places. Kevin in specific had wonderful customer service and was very patient with us throughout the entire process asking tons of questions/teaching us how to use a trailer. Thank you so much for assisting us in purchasing our new seadoo jetskis!

I ve purchased numerous bikes from west coast (Kevin was always our sales rep) since 2019 and every time it s a breeze. Today I decided to buy my daughter a new bike - messaged Kevin, told him my parameters and with minimal effort I was able to pick up the bike and head home. Finance with Mark has always been pleasant and easy. These are my go-to guys. Friendly, honest, and convenient. Highly recommend. My daughter is stoked, thanks again west coast!

You want a finance team that will beat up the banks to get you the right terms? You want the best selection of Majestic Iron Stallions from which to choose?Then go see my new friends at WCPS!Chris Brown was my salesman, although he didn't even sell me anything. Rather, he treated me like a friend and listened to what I wanted and then worked with his team to get it done. Chris is a military veteran and has 50+ years of experience with motorcycles, but he didn't act pompous or come off as a know-it-all. He just talks to you and listens to you, and then gets to work making your dream come true.Ok, a few years ago I had NO CREDIT HISTORY. I got into a terrible finance deal on a 2013 Boulevard C90t b.o.s.s.It was necessary to build my credit, and I did my best to make every payment on time and build my score. Halfway through my term and I still owed more than the bike was worth and I knew I needed to get out of that deal.WCPS made it easy. They took my old ride - negative equity and all - and made me a deal on a BRAND NEW 2018 BOULEVARD M109R B.O.S.S.I was juuuuuust out of range financially to get accepted by any lenders - at first.But Will in finance went to war for me, digging deep into his rolodex of lenders until he found one that he could beat up for me to get me the deal.These guys are great. If you are in the market for a new bike, I highly reccomend West Coast PowerSports. I stepped into the place for the first time yesterday, and they EARNED a customer for life.Thank you guys!

Thank to Sam & Flash they are the best of the best my and my wife wen to west coast Powersports today and I got approved for 2 seadoo new and new trailer and lest the one hours thank you they are the best plz don t go to CYCLES SPRING they are the worst they mess everything they give a price I got all paperwork for All and the las minute they say I m not was approved they really sucks and special Luis Bacalao and Tony the Tiger they are not good plz be advice off this .Go to west coast Powersports 14996 us hyw 19 n Clearwater fl 33764. And as for Sam they sell person thank you guys

I've been contemplating buying a motorcycle for a couple of months now, so I've been checking out local bikes in the area and planning carefully. I wandered into West Coast PowerSports for the first time and walked out with a great bike. Normally, I am a go home and sleep on it kind of guy, but they gave me a great deal on a bike brand that I was very familiar with (owned a CBR600RR previously.) The crew there is great, very friendly and knowledgeable. It has been a while since I have ridden and I have not kept up with the latest tech/bikes. I am also new to the area, so I am unfamiliar with the laws. They had no problem breaking down the bikes and helped me with questions I had in regards to the Florida rules.Chris Brown did a great job, such a nice man with years of experience and advice. He stayed late that day to make sure I was taken care of and provided key points in the bike manuals that I should review. He also broke down the way the bike should be ridden the first 0-1000 miles.Chevy did a great job delivering the bike, he was right on time and even stayed for a few to walk me through some things on the bike as well as provide advice.They gave me a great price (better than any I could find in a large radius,) provided delivery at a time that worked for me and I do not think they said "no" to anything I asked of them. It was an easy experience and they have earned my trust, I will be back for sure when the bike needs serviced.

I had a very pleasant experience with West Coast. Initially talked to Manny on the phone and he was not there wheN i visited the store (as I went one week late), but Gabriel was there. He is a great dude (with zero sale pressure) and helped with all my questions ( before nd after the sale). OTD price was acceptable for both parties and Mark was also very helpful for the paper work and explained everything throughly. They promised to deliver it and they delivered right on the promised time / day. Julian delivered the bike and explanaied everything perfectly. In short, I had a very good experience and recommend them

For Service, specifically Brandon...Fantastic service, Brandon is normally a tech but was filling in, very friendly, great to talk to while I waited for an issue with my bike to be fixed.Have a CFMoto 450SS, Brandon made sure the warranty work was done quickly and also made sure my bike got a break in service while I waited as well.Watching him manage everything since the dealership was short staffed, all while maintaining conversation with me is great customer service, also kept me up to speed on everything going on with my service request the day before.Brandon deserves a raise!Will be bringing my bike back for normal service and any parts I may need down the road.

We searched for the best deal and always by in Polk County where we live. After much research we found West Coast. We purchased a Honda 250 for our son because he outgrew his last bike. I called ahead before I traveled there. Jeffrey was so helpful and when I called again he was with a client and another team member helped. They had me send my information prior to leaving and when I got there I was done and leaving in 15 minutes. That quick. I highly recommend them. Very quick and professional. The bike looked great but one employee washed it again because they felt it could look better. Great service. You made a 14 year old very happy.

Just took delivery of my 2023 Talon 1000R Live Valve from West Coast Power Sports. Kevin Santiago in sales and all the crew at WCP were hands on helpful and awesome. Very personable staff, fair and true to their word. I highly recommend WCP, if you are considering the purchase of a new ride!!!

Best bike dealership I've been to! Looked up the bike I wanted online, showed up & bought it - Drove off with it an hour later! Everyone that works at this location is absolutely wonderful! You do not feel pressured and you don't feel like you're being played. Kevin helped me every step of the way & made sure I was comfortable. So happy with my Honda Rebel! Thanks Kevin, Jameson & Morgan <3 You guys are amazing & extremely knowledgeable!

I had owned 2 boats before a 36 and a 22 . Having that experience but these days don t want to be bothered with a marina storage and gas prices I walked into west coast seadoo and decided to look into a JetSki, quickly I learned as Garrett explained the different types of JetSki for fishing, cruising or racing he took the time that I needed to realize that the seadoo 230 gtx will do all of the things I loved about boating without the hustle. He worked a great deal for me that got me tempted into going for it as I longed to be back in the water. He really did a great job! I own my JetSki now for almost a month we put many hours on it and I can t say one thing I wish I would have done different! Super happy with the price and purchase. Garrett always responds great customer service. Thinking of a fun toy? see Garrett.

Just bought a bike the other week from Kevin, the bike when i went in to see it was transfered over to the Tampa location, but he assured me he could get it over back to this location, I left my number and with in 2 days he called. Bike was in great condition as described and presented. Kevin took me through the process and explained everything, i put a deposit to think about it over the weekend, and make the sale not a few days later. He's a stand up and honest guy, if it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have bought a bike.

Fantastic experience! This is my first watercraft of any kind, ever. Kevin was very helpful with all my noob questions. Finance guys made everything seamless. Bought some extra merch for my new girl, and customer service was on point. Definitely recommending y all to everyone I know. Kevin, this has changed my life!!! Couldn t have done this without you!
