I m terrible with names but the owner s assistant was extremely helpful, and patient while keeping a positive attitude during the installation of my topper. I m very grateful I found this establishment and have nothing but good things to say about them.

This is my 3rd topper from Topper Town. The customer service since 1997 has never changed. The staff has always been friendly, very proficient and knowledgeable. The shop is clean enough to eat off the floor, a sign of pride. For me, Topper Town is the only game in town when it comes to toppers and truck accessories.

I ordered rain guards for the windows on my new vehicle. The price was very reasonable & Randy was able to set up an installation time on short notice. The waiting area was very clean & comfortable. The installation was quick. He provided instructions on how to take care of them, as well as warranty information. Great overall experience!

They either sold me a defective $900 cover or did a poor job of installing it because the cover is doing almost nothing in terms of keeping the bed somewhat dry. As an Undercover dealer I mentioned Undercover would send a replacement and they told me they would charge me again to install and fix the problem...that's under warranty...that THEY installed on my vehicle. Like other reviews mentioned, they are really cool when you want to buy something but once you're out that door you're on your own.

I recently had the Undercover Ridgelander bed cover installed on my 2013 Ram 2500 and these guys had the best price in town by a significant amount. It only gets better after that because they installed it in one day. No issues with the install whatsoever. Randy took the time to explain the system to me and ensured I was happy with it. Great price, quick work, professional service and quality install. Highly recommend!

Superb service, absolutely on point... I do a lot of research before I buy anything substantial as anybody should. Once I find it then I move onto the next decision, which is to who I am buying from. I had a Leer topper on my previous truck which I bought from the local well advertised dealer and was going to buy the same again from them, but I didn't feel any warm and fuzzy treatment as a returned customer. In fact, the lock failed a month out of warranty and ended up paying full retail, there were scratches upon original installation and the staff was not really trying to get my return business. Must be nice to be doing so well to not care about making the sale. So I paid a visit to Toppertown and spoke to Randy, he knows his stuff, to me he is very personable and I appreciate somebody that is on top of his game. I liked his approach, not kissing your ass to get your business or nonchalant to keep you away because he has something better to do. Needless to say, I got the topper from him, much less than the others bothered to quote me, and ended up buying a bed slide and some weather techs mat. I rarely get impressed nowadays by people, he left an very positive impression. I will be back again and again.

Purchased a topper and some side rails for my 2014 truck. I have had this now since June. Insulation was quick and the prices were very fair. There of been absolutely no issues with the top or leaking and I m looking forward to my next purchase from Topper town

I had a excellent experience with Randy and Chad the installer. The BakFlip G2 was exactly what I needed. They did a great job with next day service. I would certainly recommend them.

Buyer beware. After a few phone calls and an in person attempt to purchase something it is my opinion Randy is not trustworthy. He is also not forthcoming regarding details of the products he sells. Dont take my word for it, I would challenge anyone considering purchasing ANYTHING Randy is selling to simply ask Randy directly some questions about the product you may be purchasing. That feedback and strange vibe you will get should inform you as to whether or not it would be a good idea to move forward with a purchase. I am so thankful he showed me his true nature before I purchased. Be sure you talk directly to Randy since he will be the one to decide things like warranty, returns, etc if there is ever an issue. His other employees are fantastic though.

This place is the real deal. Great customer service, honest and competitive pricing. They don t sacrifice quality for the prices they charge. Randy the owner dealt with me directly and was honest. He gave me my receipt and warranty information for the truxedo topper they installed for me. Even took the old broken one off at no extra charge. Thank you guys.

So I was calling around the area for according boot for a job on a truck that i was doing and talk to the folks at Topper Town. I decided to order 5 ft with them because they had a great price on it by the foot. Well, I got a call today 8/22/17 and they said that they couldn't order the boot in 6 ft sections, that it would have to be 5, 10, 15, etc. cuts. I told the owner that I HAD ordered a 5 ft section and then proceeded to get an attitude about me correcting his order skills. At that point I told him to just cancel the order, that I would buy it from Topper King that kept the boot IN HOUSE. I recommend if you deal with Topper town, just don't argue with them even if they get the order COMPLETELY wrong, they can do no wrong...I'll take my money somewhere that cares about the customer no matter how much they're spending.

Out of all the toppers places I called they were the only place we could find with our size bed for our truck!! They were amazing, incredibly nice + when we were leaving the owner gave my 2 kids Bobby Labonte collectible race cars!!! Which just made their day!! I couldn't believe he just gave em to us!!! I very much suggest going here for yur topper needs!!!!! =}

I just had TopperTown install a cover and some nerf bars on my new Ranger. It was a great job done by TT and they were really easy to work with. I will recommend them to family and friends

Randy does great work, very professional and knowledgeable. Got an Undercover Ultra Flex Tonneau cover and it is great. Randy has the best prices in the area.

Watch out. Before you buy is a nice guy. After you pay in full, turns into a nasty person . Guy is moody. Ok prices, but service is questionable. Randy you jerk.
