Top Notch Fleet Service is outstanding! Brett and Rachel provided top-tier service. My experience with them was excellent. They not only fixed the steering column on my Wrangler, but they also returned it to me ahead of schedule. Thanks to their expertise, my vehicle feels better than ever. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need. Great job, y'all!

First of all I want to start by saying that I don t know where to start with Top Notch. EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE is an understatement !! When we brought our truck in it was a mess. Smoking everywhere like the mosquito man and running rough, trying to meet a deadline of 3 major events. They took the time to inspect the truck and to get the right parts that we needed to be up and running. Here is where the EXTRAORDINARY comes in. They stayed after hours to see to it that we made our deadline. I have never experienced a family business like this. Not only did we made the events, but they personally called us to see how the events went and to see how the truck was running. We highly recommend this company to all you food truck owners who is looking for a great diesel and or gas mechanic, that cares about your business. Top Notch Fleet Services is the only way to go!

I am very pleased with the work done on my truck. While most of the problems were because I worked on it first they repaired my screw-up and several other issues as well. The work was completed on time, within budget and they kept in contact with progress reports. Great work!

Top Notch has had great communication skills and does honest work. A shop that I can take my truck to and not have a worry. I spent thousands at a shop that gave up on me and I brought my truck to Top Notch and they did everything in their power to find the problem and solve it. I can t recommend this company enough!

Feeling very lucky to have found Top Notch. I took my 2018 EcoDiesel in limp mode into Dayton Andrews to diag my check engine light and a DPF full indicator. They told me my DPF would not regen, was damaged and sent me an estimate for over $6,000 to replace the entire DPF system and several related sensors. Obviously I picked my truck up and got to work looking for an honest and capable diesel mechanic that would be willing to do the job. After no less than a dozen phone calls over a few days, and too many "no's" and "I don't know's" (if i could even get someone to pick up the phone), I finally found Top Notch. Rachel spent 20 mins on the phone with me explaining my issue in detail and what steps they would take to service my truck and get me back on the road, including best and worst case scenarios. I got an estimate and took my truck in hopeful that they would be able to get the job done for what they quoted. When i received the final bill and description of service I could not believe what i was reading. The total was laterally a tiny fraction of what the dealer quoted and even less than what Top Notch quoted to begin with! Top Notch took the time to trouble shoot the issue with my truck and come up with a creative and smart solution and not just hook it up to the computer and send me an outrageous estimate like Dayton Andrews did. They were able to force the regen after addressing the system as a whole and didn't even have to remove it and send it out to get baked as originally thought. After the regen, the truck self corrected all the warning lights, took itself out of limp mode and was ready to roll. I can't say enough about this shop. Honest, professional mechanics all the way. Thanks for saving me thousands, Top Notch!

I took my truck in there, I spoke with Karen and Rachel both and they were impeccable to deal with. The tech their Justin went thru doing a full diagnostics on it and was so nice. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!

They have done a ton of work for me in the past month. The first issue I had was a hub go on a 17 ran 3500. They took it in same day to do emergency work to get me back on the road. This time they did both front hubs and carbon break pads, slotted and drilled rotors, as we tow a ton and try to keep the heat down. The second visit was more for fun. They took the truck in with customer supplied parts, aka me, installed banks package and fuel system I purchased and did a phenomenal job. Some parts did not get shipped with the correct fuel line length and they had a solution which equates to a much better fuel line than the kit even supplied. Their shop will also be doing future work for myself and all my friends and family as they have became and made us feel like family with absolutely great customer service extra good quality of work and very good pricing.

Amazing service at Top Notch Fleet Service. Be careful there s another company with a very similar name. I know because I spent a year and a half and a few thousand dollars trying to fix an electrical issue on my Dodge Ram. Called Rachel at Top Notch Fleet Service and over the phone with a few questions she had a pretty good idea what the problem was. Took it in the same day and by the next morning the problem was fixed. Rachel and the crew over there are professional and pricing is more than fair. Don t be scared to give Rachel a call, that girl knows her diesel engines! Blew me away with her knowledge!

Top Notch Fleet Service was recommended to me by a friend when my food truck motor bit the dust. What a great recommendation, I had calls in to other shops trying to find a replacement motor but Rachel at Top Notch was able to track one down, which was not easy because nobody else was able to find one. When the motor arrived, they already had the truck ready for install. It didn t take long for them to get the new motor dropped in and running great, but that s not all, there were several smaller issues and leaks that needed attention and Brett made sure that those things were fixed before we got on the road. This shop is locally owned and operated by Rachel and Brett who are good people and care about their customers, they really do go above and beyond. Everybody knows how difficult it is to find a good, trustworthy repair shop and Top Notch is the best. I was lucky to get this recommendation and I will recommend them to everyone.

I made a bone head mistake in put gas in my diesel truck. When called Top Notch and asked if they could help me.. they were extremely understanding and accommodating with helping me resolve my problem. They were able to work my truck in and got me back on the road in less than 24 hours for an extremely affordable price. They could have taken advantage of my desperate situation, seeing that I was from Ohio and did not know of anyone who could help me in Clearwater Florida. Good people with great service! Really "top notch"!

This a great knowledgeable, family oriented shop. Owners Rachel is 3rd generation mechanic and husband Brett had been a gear head since childhood! The techs are friendly with great customer service. They don t only check the problem at hand but, also inspects truck for other issue needing to be addressed. In my 18 years in trucking, this is the only facility that I haven t felt like they were blowing smoke. Turn around time was as specified .military discount upon proof!!!

This place right here is literally Top Notch They have been nothing short of amazing in working with me and getting my truck running the way it should. I had a brand new motor put in my 05 F250 at a different place and have had nothing but nightmares. Rachel and Brett and the team over there have went above and beyond in helping me out to get this beautiful truck running how it should. Would recommend them to anyone for all you diesel needs.

I called with a engine light problem, they told me to bring it in. Not only did they impress me with there knowledge of my truck, they didn't charge me to look at it. They deleted the code an told me if it comes back, to bring it back in. After that I decided to make an appointment for a oil change, that went even better. They had my diesel truck done before, they said they would. I recommend them when ever someone ask, who works on your vehicles.Thanks Top Notch - Randy owner of, Stonecrafters Flooring

If you're looking for an honest and dependable place to get your company truck service, check this place out. I was looking for a new truck provider since ours moved, this caught my attention. I spoke to Rachel (GM) and she stays on top of vehicles that are getting serviced. They will give you details and pics of what is causing problem(s) with your vehicle and suggestions that can and will decrease the repair with guarantees which is ALWAYS a plus. There's plenty of parking and secure that you have no worries of "break ins". The mechanics have years of experience by the way they talk which is all Greek to me. The repairs are timely and when they promise completion, they DO MEAN IT.

Rachel her husband and crew are amazing. We brought our truck to them for service and inspection and they did everything to get us to pass. They are responsibly priced and great attitude. I want to start off with saying thank you to the amazing wonderful people at Top Notch Fleet Service! They truly are a top notch shop! After being screwed over time after time by other shops. I was fortunate enough to find this shop. I was having trouble with an LML duramax that was recently changed out. After the 5 times taking it back to the shop who did the engine swap I finally had enough of their bs. So I started looking around calling and talking to people. This shop was the one that was most recommended and spoken highly about. Well after meeting with them and having them help with the truck. I couldn t believe how awesome the experience was! They will really take care of you and your vehicle issues. They are our honest and respectable people. Make them your first choice, you won t regret it.

After coming to our rescue on a monday morning 10/04/2021 after we were stranded on a Sunday afternoon and having to tow our truck to a motel. Brett and Rachel worked us into their schedule and came to us at motel, diagnosed the problem, went and bought the part needed, returned, made the repair and sent us on our way, without an invoice(said she'd send it later). Well she did and was very reasonable. After inquiring on how she wanted payment, she texted back" no charge, have a blessed day!" Talk about customer service! These guys are definitely "Top Notch!" So, I NEVER write reviews but after my experience and meeting Brett, Rachel and Hunter I had to let people know about this business. Top Notch Fleet Service is the BEST business I have EVER dealt with. I spent 22 years working on aircraft in the military and pay extra attention to quality work. I also maintain my truck in the same manner, so I am very particular on where I take my vehicles. With that said Top Notch will be the ONLY place I ever bring my truck or any other of my vehicles too. They are extremely knowledgeable and are meticulous in the work they perform. This shop will treat you like family and you can be confident the work they are doing will be done flawlessly. They will not try and over charge you or perform any work improperly. You will get exactly what you are paying for and they will make every effort to complete the work as reasonably priced as possible. Brett and Hunter are extremely detailed in all the maintenance they perform and Rachel will keep you informed on everything being done. I cannot say enough good things about these people or this business. If you are in need of maintenance on anything mechanical, this is the place to go. Also be advised, this is the business located on 44th in Clearwater. There is another business with a similar name so ensure you are taking your vehicle to this business as there is nowhere superior to this shop. Brett, Rachel and Hunter are the true definition of good people doing good, quality work. This business is truly TOP NOTCH!!!! Thank you for everything.

I would love to thank Rachel and Brett and his team for the great work they did on our company vehicle. We were told we needed a new Engine because the truck was losing so much oil I was calling all over for a rebuilt but couldnt find one. I found them and called to see if they could look at it Rachel was wonderful I explained everything that was happening and she told me to bring it in her husband Brett looked at it and his right hand man saw it was a seal not the Engine that was creating the problem it literally took them 10 min to figure out what was wrong. Our Vehicle is our lively hood. They saved us thousands of dollars.
