Took them 7 total hours and $770 to change my oil and replace my break pads, did not attempt to reach out when the initial quote was ready and kept on saying "30 more minutes". Supreme Auto Care in safety harbor is a better, faster, and more reasonably priced option 10 minutes away. Car was also returned to me with a urine smell on the door, maybe an animal problem in the building?

The price was good. However, the amount of time to complete the oil change seemed excessive. I kept looking through the window to the shop, and no one was attending to my car. It was on the lift and the hood was open, but no one was working on it. I complained, and was told the mechanic first had to do a "courtesy check." But that was finished, and no work was underway. This was a simple replacement of the oil. The facility was the best tire center I've visited. It was large and clean, and had a fresh, new look. Customer seating was ample, and a few magazines were available for reading. The clerks were helpful and friendly.

Made appointment and car was brought in at expected time. Amber at counter was fantastic as was Christian who worked on my car. Steve the Manager has an excellent crew!

Great Service. I noticed the tire was low and discovered the screw. I first pulled up to get air in the tire so I could get to an appt around the corner he told me only takes about 30 mins, he said come back were open till 7. I did go back to get it fixed so I didn't wake up to a flat, about 35 min later tire fixed. It was like visiting an old friend. Bob (at the desk) was great, he pulled up my info and remembered doing work on an old car at different location in Palm Harbor. All the employees were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous as well. Thanks Guys

The service at this location is absolutely horrible. Staff are unprofessional and dishonest. My husband called to have new tires put on his truck and was told that if he brought the truck by 4pm they would be able to complete the work the same night. He dropped it off by 4 and then received a call later stating that they were short techs and would no longer be able to do the work. He agreed to leaving the truck over night and the store confirmed they d be able to complete the work by noon the following day. He showed up around 1pm the following day and they were just then starting the work. No apologies or excuses for the delay. They told him they d be done around 3pm. So he went back to work and went back to the store around 3 to pick up his truck and the store had only completed 2 tires by that time! The work was finally completed around 4:30 more than 24 hours after he dropped it off when the store originally confirmed they d be able to complete the work the same night. There was no transparency and staff continued to lie about the progress on the truck. Beware of the staff at this store. If you need reliable, timely service go somewhere else.

Steve went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. When my check engine light came back on as I drove away from my first visit, he fixed the new issue free of charge. He then called me the following day to see if everything was still ok.

I was told I needed new brakes and tires so I brought my car to tires plus and the salesman said they would take a look ,then informed me I didn't really need brakes just new tires and an alignment. Always great service even when they are busy

I was referred to Tires Plus by a friend. As a single woman, I felt welcomed there by the employees - several of whom are women. They explained and answered all of my questions. I continue to refer this location at Countryside in Clearwater, FL.

Went out to find a completely flat tire with a long drive the next day. They didn t have it in stock and even though it was 3:30pm the store manager, Steve Insolia, had it courier over within an hour!

WARNING I had a Very bad feeling about coming here and I ignored it thinking, it's okay I just need to tighten the lugnuts and drive home. When the lady started talking about an inspection of the wheel for 21 something I should have walked off with my keys. Its been two days now that they have taken my transportation from me over something they are telling me is dangerous that I Already Knew was dangerous to drive but I don't have money to get it fixed there. They keep blaming insurance for why they will not release my car to me, but I know they're just trying to make money off of me driving the only car I have access too. This has ruined my life over the last two days. They have No Respect. They also tried to get Their friend or personal tow lady a cut by trying to charge me half of what they quoted me to fix it to take it back to my home in tampa. The toxicity of commercial failing chain companies is outrageous. Go Anywhere else for your sanity!

As usual my entire shopping experience was awesome! The managers Steve was able to special order tires for me without any problems the staff is super friendly especially Adriana she went above and beyond to make my tire shopping experience that much better. I highly recommend shopping here, they treat you like family.

We used to go to Firestone then we followed an employee to the countryside Tires Plus. Best decision ever the team there is the best. They are upfront about repairs and always look to help get the best discounts available. We have 3 cars plus our children are on the account with their cars.

Avoid these charlatans!!!Went to see if there was a leak.. seeing a metal object in the tire....Told tire was unrepairable...Had to by new tireAsked for old tire back... Upon inspection, there was absolutely NO puncture...Walked back in and was told there's nothing they will do... They won't take back a used tire (the only use was the technician driving out of the bay and into a parking spot) I get it they don't repair tires merely sell them....If they had integrity and honesty and pulled the object checked it didn't leak and charged a service charge, I'd be more than happy to return for future services.... Now not a snowballs chance in hell, well I never will trust a tires plusFrom now on....And I will tell everyone about my bad customer service experience with this organization!

After refusing to believe my tire couldn't be patched, new tire at $185. I had s.o. else plug it, but went flat, friend said alloy rim needed replacing. $350?I returned to Mavis, asked many questions and popped $205 'out the door'.All great. Alloy rim is fine. New Hankook tire is fine.Pleased with the info, recommendatios and service here.

They got me in as soon as possible even though I had the wrong date for service. My brakes were suddenly metal on metal and they helped, knowing I could not drive my car that way.

I have consistently received excellent service at this location in Countryside Mall. I've taken my car in for a brake job to be told it wasn't time yet no charge for the evaluation. Tune up for my AC was very reasonably priced. The service is always great The staff is professional and friendly. I especially love the fact that if I don't need something they tell me hey you don't need it! I feel confident taking my car there.

Horrible service. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Closing at 7 actually means 6:30 as the manager had other things to attend to. Called ahead and was put on hold with the service manager for a long time before I arrived. Would recommend Mavis off of 580, better hours and better service all around.

The only reason I m leaving 2 stars, is because of the employees, and how fast the technicians got my car done. Prices were very fair. But the store manager, Steve? He made sure to let everyone know he was in charge was extremely disrespectful. Not only to I, but to his own employees.How disgusting.He treats them like slaves. He was very cocky, had a horrible attitude, very unreasonable, inconsiderate and demanding.He should honestly be very embarrassed. I really hope all of your stores aren t filled with unprofessional jerks like the one here.I will never return to this location. This manager should be fired or demoted big time. I ve been a tires plus customer for a very long time and have never encountered what I had to encounter with this location. Please do betterServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I went to them because I had a flat. They informed me that the flat was unfixable, and that they would sell me a tire. The price was very reasonable. Unfortunately, my tires were warranted through another business and I had to drive to them. They were gracious enough to put my spare on for me at no charge at all! I highly recommend this place for giving honest work, which is very hard to find these days! I shout out to Amber, who is outstanding at customer service will recommend and visit againService: Tires

It's rare that I am able to give a good review to anything auto related but today is the day. Oil change and tire rotation. Got a price over the phone that was actually what I ended up paying. Other than it taking 2 hours with an appointment, I was happy with the service. Big waiting room with plenty of seats and clean women's restroom. No push for additional services and given a quote for future service I will need. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience.Service: Oil change
