I take my car here for everything because they are so good about getting me in and out and helping me. Darlene has been very polite and always engages in conversation and let's me know exactly what needs to be done with my vehicle, which I like that no hidden agendas. I will continue to take my car here for the great service.

We live in that time where it becomes increasingly difficult to find good customer service I found excellent customer service here. I read great reviews and decided to go and check them out. Glad I did. Daphne and Jake were extra helpful and were able to resolve my vehicle's issue with swollen lug nuts on my wheels. Above and beyond great customer service. I will return to this store for for future vehicle care. Thanks.

I live almost an hour away from tire choice, and I have to say it's worth the drive to know that my car is taken care of and I'm not taking advantage of. Darlene listened to my concerns with the vehicle, walked the vehicle over with me and a mechanic and made suggestions, helped me understand the cost process. Did not try to oversell or take advantage at any time did I feel that I should be at another auto center. When I picked up the vehicle Jake our mechanic showed us all the parts that were fixed, including the parts he replaced. And made suggestions on how to keep the longevity of my car. Everyone we encountered was extremely competent, compassionate and truly caring about the outcome of my vehicle and having my concerns met in a timely manner. This is the only place I will trust my vehicle too and I highly recommend them as well.

This place is amazing. Better yet the people that work there are even more so. Darlene thoroughly answered all my questions and made sure i understood the steps and processes. The techs were swift and yet extremely thorough. I have a few more things on the list but luckily I found dependable people i can trust here.

Great service, great team. I have been here twice in the past three weeks. Both times Joe helped me in a pinch. First time other tire places couldn't help until the following day. This place just said bring it in. Both times in and out in an hour or less. Great conversation, professional, courteous, and very reasonable for today's prices. Feels like an authentic all American hometown experience like they know you. You can see the relations they build with their customers. Definitely will be back in the future for other needs.

I dropped my vehicle off at 9am it is now 4:15pm. I have called twice and they still have not checked my vehicle. The manager Darlene promised I would get a call when mechanic got back from test driving a car. That was over an hour ago. The last time I took it in, they closed at 6pm and I didn't get it back til 8pm. I am never ever taking my vehicle back there except for my tire package they got me for. I just can't believe they have had it this long and have not even started to figure out what is wrong with it. I am an Uber driver and because of them, I am missing out on working on a very busy weekend. I would never recommend anyone taking their vehicle there unless you have ALL DAY to wait. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Never ever again will they have my business.

Very grateful for their efforts to find a very slow leak in truck tire. They put it in water and checked it by three different people. Checked all fluid levels. Honest, upfront pricing even though I wasn't charged (!!!), professional and polite. Won't hesitate to return and highly recommend.

They fit me in quickly. Ran the diagnostic tests and made the proper diagnosis and got the repair done. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Highly Recommended!!!

I've been bringing my car here for several years now. They stand behind their work, provide accurate estimates, meet their timelines, friendly service. I frequent the 235 S. Belcher Rd Clearwater location but have used a few other locations as well. I have always felt I was treated fairly and respectfully. Never talked down to, they are willing to explain things in detail (I'm a details person), not offended when I bring up prices I've researched.Update 2/24: Darlene and Jake make a great management team. They have my best interest in mind, address my concerns and more. I trust them with my driving safety. They go above and beyond.

I scheduled an alignment online and when I called the shop to check the price, they were friendly and helpful. We ended up taking our car in and they told us our car checked out green and no alignment was needed. Thank you for not charging my fianc� for something that wasn't needed and we will use your shop for any future auto services.

Great experience.Had a screw in my tire and showed up unannounced. They took me right away and Darlene checked me in. Jake explained they no longer plug a tire but instead use a patch inside the tire because it s safer. Before I knew it the truck was ready. The staff are very nice and helpful. I will come back again in the future and recommend them to others.

Awesome experience at Tire Choice Auto. I put a 1.5 inch front end lift kit on my Chevy Silverado came here for an alignment and the mechanic spent a lot of extra time on my truck to get it really dialed in well. My Silverado drives amazing now feels like a whole new truck. Will definitely be coming back here and recommending this place to friends and family

What is the point of selling someone a warranty if they have to spend almost 2 hours to get something done that shouldn t take nearly as long ? My wife had to wait here for almost 2 hours for a simple tire change because of warranty issues.

I had a nail in my tire and needed it patched or so I thought. Turns out the nail did not penetrate the threads, so no leak, no patch, and no charge. Very honest and great company.

We were on vacation and had a flat tire - they not only took us in within minutes but they also fixed our flat very quickly. They were so nice and made a bad situation easy to handle. Thank you so much.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was driving from South Tampa and my tire light went on while driving on the Courtney Campbell with my two small kids in the car. They got me right in, checked for nails/other possible sources of damage to my tires but inevitably just fixed the pressure in my tires. They didn't charge me and they were so kind, helpful and quick. Thank you so much!

The service is terrible. If I could give it a negative review, I would do it. I went on a Saturday to replace a tire on the car, when a few minutes after giving the car , themechanic came and told me that the gearbox was broken. When I went to see the car, I actually see thatthe gearbox was broken and I couldn't move it. Which meant the car couldn't move.When I asked the mechanic what had happened, and why it broke down (despite the fact that 20 minutes ago the car was working perfectly), the only thing he told me was that it was an old car and that these things happen. And that of course I had to pay for the repair, which cost 200 dollars. In short, I came alone to replace the tire on the car and I left with a broken gearbox. I recommend that you never go to this workshop, otherwise it will mysteriously appear a new problem in your car, that never existed before.

Darlene and team was just absolutely wonderful!!! My car was in and out and the mechanic who worked on my car stayed through his lunch to get me going since I had my two young boys with me. It was a wonderful experience and thank you all again for taking such good care of me and my vehicle!! I won t go anywhere else!!

Great Service; does not try to rip you off and sell you more than needed. I have showed up three times with flats and have got my tire patched every time same day with no appointment needed. Highly recommend!

We had some work done several years ago when we were just starting out as a transport company by Joe. He did a great job at a reasonable price, so when we recently had a break down of one of our vans nearby the shop we decided to go see Joe again.It was great to hear Joe's voice again, and reassured us that he could fix our van relatively easy and just needed a day to get the parts. No problem.Well the next day I get a call from a guy named Rich telling me the exact opposite of what Joe had told me the day before.Suddenly the part we need is a "rare" part that is not readily available. Now we're looking at a minimum 3 day wait!He also decides to add in a repair we didn't ask for, and proceeds to drop a total amount of $2,000!I ask him why did Joe tell me the opposite and he tells me that he's the manager and Joe underestimated how rare this part is and that his job is to up sell additional repairs.We were able to get the price down after taking out the repair we never asked for.I still feel we were charged too much for this "rare" part and labor as well as the time and money we lost having to wait a week for the part to come in.As a transport company we're always on the search for a good mechanic shop, unfortunately it seems this shop has a new policy to squeeze as much money as possible out of their customers.We'll no longer be taking any of our vehicles to this place.

I had a great experience today with getting new tires put on my car. They took care of me right away! They had the best price in town and I'm sorry they were not my first call. The manager was very respectful and knowledgeable. It's hard today to find good mechanics you can trust your auto with. I recommend this place for tires, brakes or alignment!

Never have I had better service! The manager Darlene even gets her hands dirty! I've been in Florida 2yrs 5 months and this is the only place I've brought my KIA, and I'll never bring her anywhere else. After today they might not want to see another KIA...just kidding But seriously they are amazing!

So I sent my mom to Tire Choice Auto Service Centers #1375 at 235 Belcher Road Clearwater, Fla. They did a courtesy vehicle inspection. They showed her what they found not only on paper but also showed her pictures. They explained everything to her then she calls me to let me know. I'm sure glad she got the inspection done.What frustrates me is she had taken it to a competitor location (not specifying name of business due to not trying to get into trouble) for an oil change and all they told her is she would need brake pads soon.At Tire Choice, I am pleased with their honesty including the professionalism. Spoke to the Manager Darlene Faulkner via phone as I am 700 miles away and wanted my mom to have confidence and feel safe at a location. I recommend Tire Choice to anyone needing honest work done. I thank you for taking care of my mom. Now I can be worry free of where she takes her car to.I am not saying this because I work for the Monro Team. I'm saying this because they treated my mom right from the start and didn't know if she had a family member working for the same company but in a different state.I have worked for big chain dealerships and the Monro Team definitely stands behind their name. No matter the name on the building, the work, the honesty, and the professionalism are still the same.Thank you Darlene Faulkner for everything you and your team for helping my mom out.********update*******My mom returned to find out where the oil leak is coming from. The diagnosed it, gave her a price and she also wanted the previous estimate added and they got her car fixed. She is very happy and that makes me happy as I cannot just drop what im doing to go south to fix my mom's car but now she has a shop that has treated her right since day one and my mom being happy with the service makes me happy.Props to the Manager Darlene and her team. Awesome work.

I was here weeks ago because of a battery issue. Putting on a new battery didn't fix the problem, but Tim was determined to help my car get started and found out their branch just further south is able to fix it. Got my car back over the weekend, and the the battery's been good. Apparently, the last battery installation from a parts store was faulty.
