The Lincoln mercury old parts store has been a huge help to me with my 1958 Lincoln restoration project. Their knowledge and information is unlike anything else that you ll find in the small niche market. I highly recommend this group of individuals that truly cares about keeping us on the road.

These guys are the best in the Lincoln realm. They have every part, or know who does. Everything they ship is of the highest quality, and is always worth the price. Their reproductions for cars or new stock (Like floor mats or sills) are well built and well done.When I call not knowing exactly what to call a part or have a partial serial, these guys are there to help. If I purchase something they remember the old parts I bought and my car, and will tell me if things are incompatible with one another.They truly believe in the idea of good old fashioned customer service. They are always my first stop for Lincoln parts.

Amazing customer Service - competitive rates and super quick service. I have used Kelly and her staff for the past year to help peice together and troubleshoot needs for my 1968 Lincoln. Very reputable and trustworthy. Highly recommend their services

It s a double edge sword with these guys, they are one of the only places to buy parts for your old Lincoln and they know it. The prices are sky high and they take zero responsibility when they screw up. They shipped incorrect parts then refused to pay for the return shipping and there master tech (not sure how he got that title, also not sure it s deserved based on the fact I asked advice from him twice and both times he ended up being wrong) will cuss you out then hang up on you for requesting they pay for it. Furthermore be very careful when you buy control arm bushings, they label them upper and lower for you however they got this wrong too and switched them up. Luckily I caught the mistake before I installed them, but based on the rest of my experience I m sure they would have made me pay for new ones if I hadn t noticed their mistake and installed them incorrectly.

I needed an engine for a 1957 Continental and Herb had just the perfect replacement. Cost less than one I found in Arizona. Herb and Kelly helped me through the entire ordeal and were quite professional and impressive.

This is the only place I send my customers for older model Lincoln/ Mercury parts. They are so polite and knowledgeable. They can diagnose many of the issues over the phone. There are not many females in the car industry, so we gals have to stick together. Besides, if I stumble upon a 1965 Mercury Comet, I know who to get a hold of.

My company has been dealing with Herb for almost a decade and there is no better place for parts and advise. I specialize in 1958 -1968 Lincolns and we couldn't do it without this company.

I don t normally leave bad reviews. But i feelLike it must be said if your a potential employee of this company and you go to interview with them i wouldn t expect to hear back they completely ghost you after your done. it s completely unprofessional and if you value your time i would seriously look elsewhere for employment you can do better.

Kelly and staff helped me with a 1961 Lincoln convertible that was impossible to find parts for. Her staff is professional and courteous and the packaging was excellent

Very poor customer service and sky high prices to boot. Despite what this company thinks, there are other places to do business. Don't waste your time or money here, and if you already have, then hope that they've sent you the correct part because they will make the return process difficult and insulting.

After doing business with Lincoln and Mercury Old Parts Store for about the last 35 years,I feel like my review of this very competent and honest parts and restoration business might carry some weight..This has been a family owned and run business being started by the dad,Herb Sheffer and Wife Annand eventually,sold to daughter Kelly Mc Clure.All the years of good service and restoration experience was passed on to Kelly and her crew,with the continuing backup support from dad Herb,still coming in to be there for that backup..Over the years of doing business with this company,I've been treated fairly and with respect..If ever there was a problem with a part or pricing,it got quickly resolved to my satisfaction..They have always been there for tech support to help solve problems when two heads were better than one..There's not another Lincoln/Mercury parts vender out there that offers better customer service than the folks at Lincoln/Mercury Old Parts Store in Clearwater,Florida..Arthur AppleDenver,Colorado......
