So happy with the way everything turned out here. Bought our suv from here about 2 weeks ago, everything was communicated very clearly and there were no hidden problems with the vehicle after we left. Joe was very nice and professional even though he was there alone and stayed later than closing hours to take care of everyone

Joe went above and beyond to help me and make sure I felt good about the car I was purchasing. He accompanied me for nearly the entire day while my mechanic looked over the car and gave me recommendations for people I can utilize for small detailing I wanted to do to the car.The car I purchased was in top notch condition and it was well taken care of and very clean! I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a car! He truly made the process easy and pain free. :)

Other places will try to hit you with thousands of dollars in fees. Superior Auto has the lowest fees around and no surprises when it's time for paperwork. Louie and Joe are honest and a pleasure to do business with.

Nice folks who run the place! They actually cared that the car I was getting ran well, and are open and honest that they'll work with you on any issues that arise. They made the purchasing process very quick and easy, and were extremely helpful throughout my experience. Definitely recommend.

Great experience! Really thought I would not get approved for a vehicle. But Louie and Joe made it happen! I give them 5 stars! Will refer friends and family to shop for vehicles with them. It was honestly a pleasant experience.

These guys are amazing. We found our sons car. Very professional, straightforward, and honest. We have never had such an amazing experience. We are soooooo happy about our new vehicle purchase for our son. Car is in great condition and we are very Happy Customer. And personally as a professional business owner these guys are top notch. I am greatly impressed and feel so blessed that we have come here. We will be back here to get our new car in a couple of months.

Louie from Superior Auto Source in Clearwater, Fl. is really unique, they went way beyond what you would expect from an Auto-dealer, I am still totally surprised!Even after the sale done & completed, Louie still suggested smart options - like an oil change (at an unheard of price) before driving 300miles - and also arranged some local Shop fixes that I then requested after the purchase (again, at simply ridiculously reasonable costs to me!) He was very kind, he has good connections, good guys that have shops and even on the parts that I requested extra - I paid his wholesale prices direct to National parts shops. Incredible!I also met the Owner of the place Joe who really helped arranging things over the phone, both really good!Anyway this is getting too long so I first drove all the way up to Clearwater, tested everything i could think of, loved the car, purchased the car - drove back again.Then, I flew up there from Miami a few days later to pick her up, you can imagine how impressed I was about Louie s style, being straight forward, putting his good old-schoolvalues and personal standards ahead of the regular sales approaches.What can I say, I m back in Miami and I am very happy, also with following my gut and with all my decisions,Big thank you Louie!

Also made arrangements for me to come back and get the car completely look over by his friend so that any repaid that s needed could be done by someone he trusted

I have purchased several vehicles in several states over several years and Superior Auto Source was BY FAR my best experience. I received amazing customer service from knowledgeable representatives, I never felt an ounce of pressure, and the entire process was smooth and painless. Everyone I worked with really listened to what I was looking for and I LOVE my new car! It is perfect for me and my family, and I KNOW I got a great deal. I cannot recommend Superior Auto Source enough. I promise you won't get a car-buying experience like this ANYWHERE else!

I went with my friend to purchase a vehicle and the experience was easy and quick. The sale representative Luis Carlos and Mr. Moore were a delight. Extremely professional and courteous. We scheduled to see a Dodge Charger I had liked online, and Joe responded very quickly and was able to meet up with me the next day to show me the car. By the time I got there the car was very clean and ready for a test drive. Joe was attentive, understanding friendly and very considerate. Needless to say, I walked out of there the same day with a new Dodge Charger, he took care of all the administrative paperwork and had me out the door in no time. I recommend him and this business and will be looking forward to going back for my next car.

I worked with Joe who is a trustworthy man (which us super hard to find anymore)! Although i had to get there at around 7p at night, he reassured me that i was no bother and he took his time. I walked out with a beautiful 2013 Ford Fusion with all the amnenities. It drives like a charm!! He face new an amazing price. I didn't walk out feeling jipped. Not only that but he gave me several referrals for other things im in the market for. Joe went above and beyond so that i could get my car tonight! He had gained a customer for life. We will be going back again in February for our next purchase. **Disclaimer- in my car search today, I met with Elder Gird in Tampa. I even had an appointment. I got there and was handed over to a salesman who after 2 minutes of sitting us down at his desk excused himself to help another customer. After waiting 5 minutes i had to advise him i was in a hurry and only wanted to look at the car. It took him another 20 minutes to have the car pulled around. On top of all that, he told me that tags, tax, and title would bring me to 9k from 5k. That's 4k difference. The car was not near as nice. Joe did not know about this and he just charged the normal amount for everything.This is the kind of honesty & service that Joe gives versus a certified dealership!! Thanks Joe! You turned a stressful daunting task if purchasing a new car into an easy feel good purchase. I would give 7 stars if I could!

Tom took care of me and he exceeded in making this stressful car buying experience the best! It was so fast and everything done the right way very trust worthy.. & customer service was great. I have a almost brand new car for a deal nobody can beat. So if you are looking to get a great car for a low price I m sure Tom has the deals for you.

My car got stolen and Tom really hooked me up! I got a Chevy cobalt coupe at a really good price. He was extremely courteous and understanding. He stands by his word and went above and beyond for me. I recommended him highly. You will not be disappointed!

Met with Tom and joe an was totally impressed. He was honest an amazing with my husband an I. I've never been to a dealership that felt like I was dealing with family. He never charged us dealer fees an knocked off the price. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service. Tom was great. Good communication. No dealer fee. Great car. Gave a lifetime stand behind with help with future maintenance at a very discounted price. Lowest price model in the area. 2007 Dodge Charger R/T. Would highly recommend.

Tom was excellent to work with! My fianc� and I just moved to Florida from Maryland and were looking for a great reliable car. He had a great selection of cars that he was very upfront about. Paperwork was easy and he even bought us pizza. I highly recommend!!!

I bought a car here a few days later had it towed back the owner and salesperson wants nothing to do with being responsible. I was told it had a 60 point inspection wich was an absolute lie. Here's a list of the problems wich they know about and refuse to fix. Dirty oil, seatbelts not working,reverse lights don't work. Bad alignment. And I paid 11k for the vehicle. So far I'm out an additional 1k for repairs wich they won't cover a penny for. I wouldn't buy a bicycle from these people. And you don't show a grimcrepper because that's my Google account so don't even try saying I didn't get robbed fom you. If you like I'll put up another reviews

Tom was very upfront and helpful. He even stayed late to meet us as we had to travel from the Lakeland area. There was a little issue with the car making a noise so when it was cold , he was even willing to work on adjusting the price for us. He was very polite and honest .Great family owned business to get a used car. No dealership fees!

Bought a reliable used car with ease. Very easy to talk to and negotiate with about pricing. Once you buy the car and tag they will wait until your paper tag is expired before they send out your new tag. Very difficult to get in touch with after you give them money. Told me the tag takes 7-10 days and here I am 26 days in days in and no word. Tag is only good for 30 days. Said they would send the tracking ASAP never did. The car is reliable and they were very nice. Just contact the dmv once you purchase because they just give the run around. Sorry but they are so adamant about leaving a review before you walk out of there which I did and now I m editing (everything was excellent up until now when I m trying to reach them for my tag I should ve got a while ago). Again the cars are RELIABLE AND THEY ARE HONEST however I think they should ve just communicated that it ll be much longer than 7 days vs being adamant about me leaving a review before I walk out of their door.

I purchased. 2009 Acura TL 3 weeks ago very happy with the price and the car and the service it s all first rate. I would highly recommend any of my friends and client s to purchase there dream car. He did not charge me a dealer fee. The value of my Acura is about $12,000 in the market value.he sold it to me for less then half the market value with a clean title actual miles not rebuilt And that s one in a life time you get someone like him I swear he is amazing goes out his way to help you. He even help me out by dropping the car off at my house. I needed a oil change done to the car today I asked him where to take it to he surprised me. He told me where to go and met me there personally to introduce me to his service shop the price hourly is unbelievable cheap I m blessed that I bought a car here would ve regret it if I went somewhere else he picks up each one of my phone call with questions I have he is very knowledgeable about his car and I don t even think he is a certified Mechanic. They honestly treated me like family and now you are my family also. Thank you god bless you. BTW I named my Acura star I m blessed to have met you and buy my car with you will talk to soon to Referral my friends and family to you

Joe and Louis are great! Bought a Malibu from them about a year ago and have had very minor issues and the ones I have had they were very quick to order and help me out with whatever it may be!! Would definitely recommend them (:

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. The owners disengaged the vehicles dashboard alert symbols before my test drive. The following day after purchasing the car, I turned it on in the driveway and several lights came on. When I brought it to the mechanic, he alerted me that the dashboard alert symbols had been manually disengaged and that the car had serious structural issues which were not safe to drive with until repaired. (Meaning, these were not the result of me driving the car from the dealership back to my house) When I called the owner to say I'd like to return the vehicle, as it was not in the condition he had promised as an honest salesman, he told me that it was not his problem. Some of the worst service I have ever had and I will warn others not to shop here. I quickly sold the car and started my search over. A complete waste of my time. Dishonest business should be reported and that's what I intend to do with this review.
