My old truck needed some tender lovin care.If you maintain an old car you have to have someone you know and trust. I got all the info I needed about the current condition of my car. Treated fairly and on time. They really care about you and your vehicle and it shows. Highly recommended! That s my baby the red truck.

What a friendly and professional shop! This was my first time trying Service Masters and was very pleased, I went in for an oil change. They had me in and out in under an hour and even did a once over on my car to make sure everything was in working order. If I need any future services for any other maintenance items I'll definitely be back.

The manager Derek was very helpful. I was having a hard time getting the truck off their property. I kept Derek informed, and he was patient with the situation. I go by the business nearly a half dozen times a day. I was unaware of the auto shop. It's a little bit hidden, but very convenient. It looks to me their business is booming.

As always, I had a wonderful experience getting my car repaired at Service Masters. I have been coming here for years, and they have continued to provide professional, courteous service and reasonable prices. I totally trust them with their diagnosis and am thankful to have them as my "go to" for all my car needs! Most recent was a battery replacement which they had in stock and replaced it right away. Thanks to Derek and the whole team!

The gang at Service Masters always do a great job on my car. I love their communication, I love that they give me a detailed analysis of the work that needs to be done, including pictures of the parts. It gives me an opportunity to say yes, or no . They rate the severity of the work that needs to be done so I can make a good decision. I highly recommend them.

I always feel happy with the service I receive from Service Masters. They are honest and do great with any needed repairs on my car. They are not pushy with their services. They offer an estimate with proposed costs and leave it up to the customer for when they are ready to schedule an appointment.

Spoke with Derrick on the phone to schedule a front end checkup on my old truck . They did a diagnosis on my whole truck . When he called me he explained the issues that were extensive , emailed me pics and actually suggested not to fix due to age and condition instead of just fixing what I thought it needed . They could have put that bandaid on it but it would have snowballed into a money pit. I found them thorough , honest , and reasonable so I got the wife's oil changed a few days later and was very pleased with the care they took to clean up after there work . They even checked air in all tires . I would highly recommend this shop .

I recommend Service Masters for your next vehicle repair you ll never have to look for another. As a General contractor I deal with dozens of subcontractors and vendors. For the sake of efficiency, when I find a vendor that makes no compromise on quality, their cost is reasonable for the service performed and they meet or exceed their schedule as agreed, I continue to use them in the future. I gave Service Masters a six star rating as they met or exceeded my every expectation. I will waste no time looking for another automobile repair company. They are true professionals and did a timely effective repair for a reasonable cost with the added challenges the holiday season inherently creates. , I recommend that you give them a try and you ll have no reason to look for another service repair company for your vehicle

This was an exceptional experience from the first phone call... answered by a live person, to the check-in, the quick response and the very reasonable rate. I drove 40 minutes and past several automotive service outlets because they were referred and I'm glad I did. Anyone on the peninsula within driving distance should make the decision to use Service Masters.

Was my go to shop for 6 years. They do great work, and dont oversell you.However theyve gotten so big their prices are through the roof.Engine/trans mount was $1500 for an f150.Was quoted front and rear shocks for $1300. Absolutely outrageous, 3 year warranty so they can triple the price.Bring your own part and theyll double the labor quoted.Its unfortunate, and dont like leaving a bad review for a business thats helped me for so long. I also dont like having my wallet gouged to move a few bolts.But hey, if people are willing to pay that much, more power to em. Not me.

Rip off! Spent over $800 to repair cv joints on passenger side of my Toyota Corolla, but they're not fixed. Now they tell me I need the other side fixed. But when they did their initial inspection, the drivers side was good. I got totally screwed. Avoid this place! I'll be reporting to BBB as well.3/12 response to Derek: That's not true, Derek and you would know that if you were in the office the morning your employee went over the recommendations for my car. If the lady in the office told you otherwise then she's a liar. Even when the older gentleman called me to tell me my car was ready he said, "oh, it sounds good no more noise when you turn it to the right" Then tells me he drove it from the garage to a parking spot which was about 25 feet from the garage. That's one heck of a test drive, Derek. Good job, Derek...thanks for nothing.

This is such a great auto mechanic shop! I'm always greeted with a friendly smile at the door and know I can trust that the service to my vehicle is going to be top notch! They go over and above to check out our vehicles for any other issues that may need looked at or tended to in the future. I happened to stumble across this shop about a year or so ago and now won't go anywhere else. I completely trust their opinion when it comes to any of our vehicles. This is the ONLY place to take your car for repairs if you don't want to get taken advantage of! Definitely, 100% recommend everyone use Service Masters for their Auto Repair needs!

I love this place!As a older woman with zero knowledge of car issues, some repair shops "see me coming" and take advantage of my ignorance. They will tell me about things needing to be done that aren't an issue plus charging more that they should.Service Masters is not one of those places. The staff is friendly and greets you with a smile! Derek is amazing to work with. He takes all the time needed to explain things to me in a way that I actually understand.They have taken care of every issue that I have had with patience, professionalism and courtesy without breaking my bank account. Even when all 4 of the window motors in my car broke within a year.A LOT of repair shops leave the car dirty. They leave the torn, greasy, dirty paper floor mat in the footwell and grease or grime over the steering wheel. Oh yea, lets not forget the drivers seat... it is always so far back that I practically fall into my car.Service Masters staff ALWAYS makes sure my car is in the same condition that I left it.... the seat is never moved, there isn't a paper matt or any dirt or grease on the floor. Even the steering wheel is clean!!Give Service Masters a call... ask for Derek. You won't be disappointed!

Service Masters and it's team are top notch. They are fair and honest. Attemp to answers questions to the best of their knowledge or ability to find. Great work in a timely manor and they stand behind it. I was looking for a new shop to establish myself since moving to Clearwater. I've found it. Derek and staff are great.

Best car repair experience ever. Alleluia they work with hybrids. Don't buy a hybrid with high mileage unless you are willing to pay the car's price in repairs and parts. This cost me half the price the dealer wanted to charge me and here they know about customer service. I'm so happy I found you guys.

A friend referred me to this auto shop and I had a fantastic experience. The front desk person, Derrick, was friendly and professional. He explained everything so I knew what to expect. They did an oil change and found which tire had a leak and fixed it. I didn't have to wait very long but their customer area was clean, organized and they had free coffee. I thought the final cost was fair. This will be where I take my car in the future. I highly recommend them.P.S.-They even vacuumed my front carpets!Service: Oil change

Service Masters are always honest with us and not over selling products or services. We went in feeling we needed to replace all 4 tires and they said only 2 really needed replaced that the other 2 could wait, and that was not the only time they saved us. We have taken our vehicles there for several years.

Very disappointed to say the least. I recommended this place to my son. I feel totally ripped off. He charged us $214 just to look at the car. It only ever cost me $98. Now my son will never believe me again and the car is not fixed. Their findings and costs were exhuberant.

One of the best garages. They are so proactive. They look for te customer's benefit. A place that doesn't focus on charging the customer. They cRe for ter customer. It is such a rare experience these days. The employees, the lady who takes care of the calls all are customer focused and service minded. Great team. This place will never go out of business. The best garage experience. Give them a chance to serve you and your vehicle. You will not be disappointed. I would say, you would be delighted!.

I would highly recommend Service Masters to my family and friends! They are Honest and wouldn't sell you something you didn't need..I drove my car there at 1:00pm and it was ready in a couple of hours! Excellent service!!

Very kind and honest. Came in for potential break issues and was informed that it was not necessary. First time stopping in but I can tell they are not trying to take advantage. I will be going back when a car issue does come up. I really appreciated the respect , kindness and honesty!

It s slways a good experience when using Service Masters for our car repair needs. They are honest, reasonably priced and trustworthy. They are the real deal! We have since moved to Bushnell FL but will continue to use Service Masters. Just went in for air filter and routine oil change, and left with a check engine light on and a miss to my car now! I take back next day, they want more money to diagnose it, when the check engine light has never been on before that!! Something wasn t done right, and I ll never go back!!
