Roger always gets the job done. With my families multiple accidents, Roger made the cars look like brand new within weeks. Will drive from Boca Raton to Clearwater anytime for his work and staff!

Took my Volkswagen Beetle to get an electrical issue solved to two different shops and they couldn t figure out the problem. One of the shops recommended Rio, the shop owner said that he was a guru of sorts on imports.Called Roger he got me right in and found and fixed the issue within a hour. I highly recommend 5 star for sure.

Roger is in charge of working on all my vehicles. He has never disappointed me whatsoever. He always goes above and beyond to make sure he does an excellent job. I will always refer his services to everyone I know thanks Roger for always taking care of me and my Cars.

Rio imports, get a big thumbs up. Roger went out of his way and fix my problems. He could have charge for what we discussed. But after he reviewed my problem, suggested a different solution and it cost me much less. I impressed and would differently use his services in the future.

Great experience! Roger communicated effectively throughout the repair, the price was very reasonable and was completely satisfied with my experience there. While I hope not to need them in the future, I ll surely make them my first call should I need any additional work in the future. Highly recommended!

If you want this done right? Well this is the place to bring your car/truck very honest guy and knew exactly what was wrong with my 2019 BMW X4 M40i without even seeing my car in person . And I got my car back the very next day . Highly recommended

I recently took my Mercedes Benz SL550 to Rio. One of the Hydraulics operating the convertible top was in-op. I immediately felt at home talking to Roger as a service manager/owner, but also as a personal advisor on other issues concerning the SL models. Rogers team completed the repair within the estimated time frame, which was critical to me. He also offered for his son who also works there to drive me at home, which was several miles away. I have own several Porsche 911's, and MB SL350, 500, and now the 550 models. during the past 30 years in St. Pete, I have taken my cars to several "High In" European repair shops. My first experience with Roger and the folks at RIO, tops them all, with service AND reasonable pricing.

New customer here. Outstanding service. Very professional and courteous. I was recently referred to RIO Imports by another mechanic unable to resolve an electral problem. Roger arranged for my car to get towed in after breaking down and had it ready the next day. They are extremely busy but still squeezed me in. Excellent experience. A friend referred me to Rio imports and I m so glad she did. Roger was able to work on my car quickly and was nice to explain in detail what needed to be repaired and let me know my car would be due for maintenance in the upcoming months allowing me to decide on when to have it done. Roger and the team at Rio have done a great job repairing and maintaining my 2008 BMW 535xi. Had a couple minor issues and a couple major issues over my 3 visits to Rio. My car has never been better. Drives like new. Roger always appreciated the age of my car and associated costs to repair and provided options with pros and cons of each in an understandable manner making it is easy to choose what best fit my situation. Took my 3 series BMW to Roger after getting fed up with dealer prices and poor service. I must say he exceeded my expectations. Great work and service. I was recommended by a friend to have my brakes and any car repairs with Roger. I am completely satisfied with his service and professionalism but more importantly his prices are the best around. He is very honest, knowledgeable, and his integrity to his business means everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone and if I have any issues with any of my vehicles he definitely has my business. Roger the owner was great. Responsive and you can tell he takes great pride in the shop and taking care of his customers. I took the car in for a PPI that was thorough and reasonable in cost. Highly recommend them for all services though as the mixture of cars in the shop demonstrated their ability to work on anything and the amount of years they have been in business shows they know what they are doing.Service: Vehicle safety inspection
