Wow! Customer service is priority here! Phil is a fellow veteran and is friendly and courteous. He made sure I wasn't late for work and ordered me a Lyft. Did the same for me when my car was ready! If you want honesty and integrity, Right Way Auto is your Go To !

Horrible establishment. Took our car here for a simple fix picked it up and the engine light came right back on the next day. Dropped it off again they say it s fixed and the car won t start. They tell us we need a new battery it had nothing to do with them meanwhile the car has never once had a dead battery but all of a sudden after they work on it it dies. Now the check engine light is back on so we paid for them to do absolutely nothing. The manager acts like a know it all and has no interest in fixing the problem and making sure the car is fixed. They did absolutely nothing to fix our car the same engine light is still on that they were supposed to fix. This place is a sham.

Was able to get a quick appt. Owner was thorough in explaining the issue and the pricing was very reasonable based on my research. Will have all future maintenance done at their shop

Great service! I was having car trouble and they were able to get my car in the same day. They were able to replace my spark plugs pretty quickly, and let me know that it's time to go car shopping; and it didn't break the bank either. If you're in need of a repair, give them a call.

I'm so very thankful I found this shop! The owner Phil is an amazing guy, who has always shot straight and gone above and beyond for my mom and I. We both bring our cars here for everything we need done. The crew is fast to find the problem, and fast to fix it at an affordable and fair price. The only time I've ever had to wait to get my car back, is if a part had to be shipped in from out of state. My check engine light came on. I new it was the oxygen sensor. Took it to Right Way Auto Air & Repair. They were very nice. Had me up and running in no time. Thanks Again for everything. Great Repair Shop.

This place is a God send. I have used only This auto repair shop for years. Phil the Owner and his mechanics care for every car that enters with a problem as if that car is being driven by the human that they care for the most! The customer is guaranteed satisfaction. They are prompt, honest, and thier pricing is fair. We we re getting ready to drive home from our weekend trip to Clearwater when our a/c quit blowing cold air. With a heat index over 100� and me being on oxygen made for a horrible experience however the guys at Right Way Auto Air & Repair got us in quickly! Jay and Courtney were amazing! Within 30 minutes I had cold air again and was on my way home! For a great deal also they didn t try to overcharge for everything and break the bank! Highly recommended!Service: Air conditioning

Phil and his team are easy, honest and great to work with. I have brought my F-150 there for maintenance and repairs since I move to Florida and could not be happier with the customer service, pricing and quality of work. First off, my sincerest gratitude to Phil and his team! I dropped off my vehicle at Right Way Auto first thing in the morning. I knew I had some kind of suspension problem along with a leak of some sort. Phil and his team was able to diagnose the issues and was able to give me quote for the job that needs to be done. I was not really surprised with what they were able to find. Needless to say, I figured I will be out of a vehicle for at least another day. Well, to my surprise, they were able to get the parts needed and installed the same day! Being that this is the only vehicle we have, I am very pleased and grateful that Right Way was able to see the urgency and was gracious enough to get me back in my vehicle. Phil's communication was superb. He was able to explain what was needed and why. Their pricing is actually on par, if not better than what I calculated the job was going to cost. Phil was a honest person with me when I arrived to have my car scanned for the check engine light and he was able to get me in the next day to get my car fixed (I showed up after 5pm). Gave me an estimate and stuck to it. There wasn't any surprise charges like some other places. I definitely recommend Right Way!

This place is great! Phill and his crew are very friendly. His technician Jay is very knowledgeable with electrical work and does not cut corners, something I feel is important when doing electrical work.I have been returning to this shop for a while and I have seen their business grow with great reason. I just moved to FL and went here for no A/C after reading these reviews. The owner & his crew took their time, fixed the problem & were very honest about previous repairs, future needs etc. I got lucky the first try!

I was having issues with my car, and went for an oil change. The technician recommended Right Way Auto, said he was excellent and fair priced. I went right down the road, and was immediately greeted by Phil, and he looked at car, gave me some ideas what would be wrong, gave me a rough idea of best/worst case scenarios, and said that he would work on it. He gave me a ride to my destination. He then called me to inform me what was wrong. I stated that I had that problem fixed by another mechanic. We reviewed those bills, and he said he could properly fix the problem, this is the correct way to ensure the coils need to be replace, was sooo much cheaper for replacing them than other shop who only did one. Was extremely professional, courteous, helpful, passionate about his job performance, customer service was beyond measures for being an auto body repair shop, and I left feeling very happy! He went above and beyond. Three days later he did a follow up phone call to ensure that I was doing okay, the car was running properly. I wasn't just a business deal to him. He wanted to ensure that he gave me the best service to back up his great work! I highly recommended this shop to all my friends, and will always use Phil and Right Way Auto Repair!

HONEST, FAST, TRUSTWORTHY, RIGHT PRICING & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! A great choice for your auto repair needs. My alternator went out so I had it towed to Right Way Auto and I am very happy I was referred here! Phil answered the phone and was so helpful and informative. His quotes were honest and practical! My car was done that same day! They also purchased an oil change and my car is running great (GOOD PRICE ON THE OIL CHANGE)!!! ADDED BONUS THAT BLEW ME AWAY: I had a dent in my back bumper and they popped it out for me and clipped it FOR FREE!!!!!! If that s not incredible customer service idk what is! The mechanics were also so friendly! My experience was top notch! It s hard to find a place you can trust with your car and your wallet- THIS IS IT! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

i definitely recommend this shop. very professional. I went in today for a squeaking belt. turns out it was something else. he called me in and showed me the problem. got it fixed before the time line given. I went ahead and did the belt any way because the car is a 2006 model. so its clearly older. so I did the belt as well. bottom line is the service was excellent and fast. I would definitely recommend this place. big thank you to the mechanic who was fast and respectful of my property. so thank you.Service: Engine repair

Right Way was recommended by Take 5 Oil Change for brake work I needed on my 2015 Chevy Equinox. I'm so glad I used them. Phil is very professional, runs a clean shop and showed me the worn brake pads, explaining the entire process. I completely agree with the other women reviewers that this is an auto repair shop that treats customers right. The name says it all. I'm new to the area and will be using them for all my car maintenance.Service: Brakes

I am not accustomed to posting things on social media, but I think I owe it to these folks..I was in dire need of having myFord-150 look at... I had just got released from the hospital being diagnosed with needing 2 new hips.I barely knew these people,the owner took it in and basically did it in less than 24 hours...AND...at a price (which I probably shouldn't put this on here) that I thought would be at least two to three times higher!!I'm going to strongly suggest that you go down and visit the people at Right Way Auto & Air ... I thank you very much for what you did, and look forward to giving you more business from my family and myself.

I had major replacement and repair on my 2010 Honda CRV five weeks ago. The work was explained thoroughly in an understandable way. It was done for a fair price, in precisely the time agreed upon.Five weeks later, an O-ring failed, causing a leak which led to failure. The problem was promptly diagnosed and fixed, all at no cost to me.Phil and his staff was professional and bent over backwards to accommodate me, even ubering me there and home.If there were a higher rating than 5 stars, they would amply deserve it.

10000% RECOMMEND THIS MECHANIC.There are still honest mechanics !!!My ac motor blew and after reading all the reviews I was confident that they would be able to help me, I went to Phil's shop to get an estimate and I was extremely pleased with the service and price. Highly recommend! It's hard to find an honest mechanic. They were able to repair my car for 1/3 of what the dealer quoted me. If I need repairs in the future, I'll definitely be returning.

Rude customer service over the phone. Asked some questions about something simple and got rude remarks and hung up on me mid sentence. I was excited to go here since it was close by and had good reviews but disappointed.

I stopped by for an emergency repair that I discovered right before leaving for a 12hr road trip. These guys dropped what they were doing and did what another shop couldn t in under 10 minutes and completely for free. They were knowledgeable, kind, and made my day. Go here! :)

They quickly and courteously solved my problem. It can be hard to find kind, trustworthy mechanics as a woman, but these guys are definitely that. If my car needs more work, I'll definitely be going back to them and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

My vehicle was not getting up to speed and I originally took it to a Hyundai dealership and they told me it was fine but I needed my breaks done,well I took it here and they found the issue right away and told me my breaks were fine,very trustworthy and caring,and made sure I had a way to get my kids from school,I highly recommend this ace

Have been their a couple of times now. Have been honest. And fixed my issues. Will go back have a few more issues to get fixed love location. Owner is very polite. They work u in if they can to get job done
