Excellent service and very reasonably priced! Would recommend highly for a good honest mechanic. John was upfront and wasn t like previous mechanics I ve dealt with in the past. Renz auto repair provided excellent service at a very fair price. In fact their cost was about 35% of an estimate from Ice Cold Air. They are friendly and gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car. I will be going back for future service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Our vehicle is still leaking oil, after we Paid over $5000. This vehicle has been back at Renz Auto repair 3x's, for same oil leak. It is still not fixed. Bob Tinsley did reimburse us 4% and argued that it was his last day before retirement. So it was not his problem. Thank you but That 4% will barely cover the filing fee for Small Claims Court application. This vehicle will cost $900 to get repaired at another shop. What a waste of time and money. Uber fees alone were over $120 for transportation to and from that place. Three times. Renz Auto is now under new management.Service: Engine repair

The only reason I came here was because the dealer said my Jeep needed a cam shaft repair and was leaking oil. Dealer wanted $5000 to repair and a extra $900 for oil leak. Joe at Renz said he could do the entire job for $4500, which included the oil leak. Over $5000 later and bringing my jeep back to Renz auto 4 different times. Because it was slinging oil all the way down the road. It is still leaking oil to this day. Renz keeps saying just bring it back and drop it off for days. After 4 times trying to fix the same oil leak.the Last excuse ,Joe told me "The RTV gasket sealant didn't have a chance to dry. What does that even mean. After paying over $5000 you think you would have used the NEW gasket i paid for,. Also, when i ask for my old parts back. It did not include any of the gaskets , he said they were dirty and he thru them out. Right! I have contacted the BBB and Nikki Fried. and will not give up until my jeep is fixed. Or a refund. I will mention the owner did refund me a 4% , which I considered was for the gas and uber fees i had to pay , for his employees screwing this up. They are 15 miles from me. I had to bring it back , and return to pick it up 4 times. After paying them over 5k you think they would have offered me a ride.

Honest mechanics are hard to find. I've referred at least a dozen people here. They all say the same thing. Final price was way lower than estimate!

I met Bob and the boys at Renz Auto Repair about 18 months ago and in that time they have worked on several of my cars and I found them to be real down to earth people you can have a laugh with and the efficiency and the quality of their repair work is first class. I now recommend them to others. Word-of-mouth advertising is the best advertising you can get, so thank you to the Renz Auto Crew and keep up the good work.

Most honest shop in Florida. Quality work at fair prices. Bob helped me so much with my car. They have all the equipment to fix anything and you will never get ripped off.

I brought in my van for an AC job, new headlight, had a ladder rack removed, and brake cleanup and they completed the job.They were very fair and easy to deal with.

Honest, dependable and all around awesome auto repair garage. Bob is a stand up guy and will treat you with respect + courtesy. Being a "Car Guy" myself there are certain car related jobs I don't care to do and when I need it done, Bob @ Renz's Auto is where I go. Can't say enough good things about him and his guys, true pro's.
