I am so impressed with the service I received. I called on a weekend and was needing help right away and within 30 min my car was towed and fully serviced in a couple of hours. It s running great and my family and friends also have had such an amazing experience with how prompt, efficient and with the quality maintenance and repairs. I would highly recommended!!

Actually the best shop experience i ve had. Pulled in for a quote and he fixed my headlight issue within 5 minutes. Never going to a different shop for my needs.

I had a full service of my S class Mercedes at this service shop. Both guys were unbelievable good, very knowledgeable and friendly. They installed me a backup camera and it ended up perfectly well. Highly recommended.

I recently bought my dream car, a g63 Mercedes. As much as I love it, the maintenance on it can be hard to keep up with. I am so so so thankful my friends referred me to RBK, my guilty pleasure of owning a g wagon is much more affordable thanks to him. He is extremely reasonable and I bring my Range Rover to him as well for repairs. His affordable prices on my vehicles has really helped my living situation. 10/10 recommend. SO THANKFUL!!!!

My Mercedes C-300 had a small coolant pipe leak and the the dealership wanted to charge me an outrageous price for the repair.I went to two other mechanics in the area for second opinions and I had a hard time getting a mechanic to simply provide a quote for the repair since this was my first Mercedes. I stumbled upon RBK as almost a last resort and gave them a call.Reald answered and immediately said to bring the car over and he'll take a look and give me quote. When I pulled in to the shop I noticed all of the high end German cars being serviced and I knew I was at the right place!Reald was extremely honest, attentive and professional when I was communicating my issue. He found the part and gave me a quote within a few minutes of being there. He even offered to start the repair that day but I needed my vehicle. When I later brought the car back in, he and his team completed the repair in no time at all. He was very upfront with all of the timing through the whole process as well.His pricing was very fair and reasonable for the work performed. Reald and his team do tremendous work and they all know their stuff about European cars. Their outstanding customer service made me feel at home, combined with his fair pricing I will be getting my car serviced here for many many years and I will be recommending RBK to all my friends and family in the future.

I have never had such an amazing experience having work done on my car. I have a 2019 VW Tiguan that has been having issues and they were able to take care of it quickly and affordably for me. They were professional, communicated clearly what was going on with my vehicle and were super kind. After having countless terrible experiences dealing with VW directly, I m so glad that I found this place and will never go back to dealing directly with the dealership. I will definitely return here for any future service needs on my VW!

Hands down the most reliable shop to have your car serviced. Always fast and reasonably priced. It was hard to trust a mechanic.but from the searches I found a Rbk European auto repair. Very professional and he explained to me where the problem was, and who was the best and least expensive way. the owner was from Europe with several years of experience in the countries of Europe's . Peace of mind knowing that when I have issues with any of my vehicles, RBK is there. Anything from a stage 2 clutch, pcv delete and catch can, boost pipes and now BC coil-overs. The attention to detail and service, unmatched by any in the area! My family bring their cars because we are instantly treated like family. Thanks for your great facility.

I was referred to him from a friend when I bought my 02 mercedes clk430 had him do a ton of work that would have been a fortune if I went to Mercedes or another shop. Very honest and trust worthy. He specializes in foreign but can work on anything you bring have a lot of knowledge. Plus he isn t fake like alot of people out here that just want to take you money. Probably one of the most genuine people I ve meet in a long time!!
