Ivan has repaired our trucks for over 5 years and did not realize it until the fact that he s the only one to answer and preform in a last minute crisis year after year. Multiple times he has fixed something to find something else was the root cause and un charge anything un related and make the bill as small as possible due to the actual work that was done. Extremely fair and honest as a mechanic and couldn t ask for more, especially when in a pinch like we are in a small business. Worked through the night in dirt to get us up and running to preform work the next day. Highly recommended and will always use.

Ivan was prompt in his response to meet me at the location and was very friendly and straight forward about what needed to be done.Additionally he took the time to drive out of town to get the parts needed for the job and didn't leave me stranded.Excellent service overall

Always fast to answer and always has a solution to every problem even if you don t want to hear it. Has preformed countless jobs for us and saved us thousands of dollars in un needed repairs. Ivan is great to work with and recommend him to anyone who asks.

We just had an amazing experience working with Ivan from rapid response .he did a thorough examination, explained everything in detail with photos he was very professional ,courteous and prompt . Drove into town on Sunday in our Motorhome. Left front wheel smoking like crazy when we pulled in. Called Roger and he came out first thing Monday morning.He pulled the wheel off,checked bearings and brakes. All looked OK. He said the brake caliper might have been stuck. Drove several miles and everything seemed OK.Thank you Roger for your prompt reasonable service and your honesty. Nice to know there are good folks like you in the service business!

These guys are a lifesaver, I was 2 hours away from home in a brand new custom built lowered truck that broke a weld and needed some attention. They got me in ASAP and had me on the road in an hour. Not only are these guys men of their words but also do GREAT work! Thanks again guys!!!

When my cars battery was shot, I called around and came across this shop, and I'm more than thankful I did. With the placement of my battery, the tire would have to come off etc. So they sent out a great guy, who's not only very educated in cars, but prefect his craft. Roger was not only doing his work quick, and efficient, but was talking to me and explaining what he was doing as he was working. He noticed something else was wrong and quickly fixed it. We had a good conversation and you can tell this guy know his stuff! Not to mention, he's been working on cars all his life. Aftewards, he looked at my car and even made sure the breaks were good, and checked out the engine. He did a great job, in such a timely maner as well! The owner is also a gentlemen who gives great honest work, and really cares for the business, and goes above and beyond for his customers. I honestly feel for them it's not just about the money, they love what they do and they're gonna give you the best deal for your money. When the work is done you literally feel great paying because you know you've got great service, and top of the line work. This is a great family owned place and I highly recommend everyone to come here for all of your car work. I will continue to do business with them. This is a great bisiness with great honest people who do great work. My car and family thank you!!!!!

Ivan took great care of my boat. The old starter was rusted stuck on the engine and he took care of it quickly and did a very professional job. He promised to have it done in a few days and followed through. I ll definitely bring my boat there again.

Ivan was GREAT!! He is very responsive when you contact him and he was very helpful in helping me figure out what I needed. He walked me through what things may need to be done and he double checked with me to be sure I was ok with prices before proceeding. Genuine, honest mechanics are hard to come by and I did not want to deal with the dealership cause they re worse, but Ivan came in clutch (no pun intended). I asked him about changing the oil and putting air in the tire at the last minute and he did both and even gave me a new sticker so I would know when the oil needed to be changed again. Definitely using him for all my car needs!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Rapid Response is as honest as the day is long. They came out and what I thought was wheel bearing gone they only found a rock in the dust pad on the back of the brake. They were only going to charge a service call. I insisted they charge me for 30 min. labor.So if want good mechanics that are honest this is diffently the company to call.Thanks Rapid Response for your honesty and excellent service.Jerry R Strickland

Rapid response mobile mechanics, if I could give them 10 stars I would. My family has been using Ivan for mechanical repairs for several years now and couldn t be more happier. Ivan recently took care of my vehicle emergency right away. He s very thorough, does a great job and he s affordable. A mechanic you can trust, something very rare these days! All I can say is, I am so grateful for these guys. Roger is my absolute hero. My car was tampered with during my travels to Florida and I needed it to be repaired asap. Roger was so kind and showed compassion for my situation. I cant be more grateful. He fixed my car in less than 1 hour! I was back on the road in no time, and for a great price. I have been using Ivan s services for several years. His emergency vehicle is known to be seen at my house. I keep asking him for help, because he is honest (huge for a woman that has been screwed by other mechanics many times), has fair prices, does quality work and is super reliable. I am really happy he has his own shop now!!! Quick great service! He pulled up, Diagnosed the problem within minutes and it turned out to be the battery. He replaced the battery and tested it to ensure everything was operating in excellent condition, which it was! You can definitely tell the experience level based on things being done in a timely manner! I will definitely be referring their services as well as using them again in the future.Service: Auto battery maintenance

Ivan was very professional and quick. I had a burnt out turn signal on my F-150. Pep Boys and others told me get an appointment. Ivan said come by now. I did, and he swapped the bulbs in no time. We run a local small business operating a transport van, and last Saturday our van wouldn't run! All the downtown Dunedin repair shops were closed, and we needed someone to fix the van asap because we had trips booked that evening. Waiting until Monday was not an option. I took a chance and called this mobile mechanic. Ivan showed up promptly and diagnosed the issue faulty IACV valve. He promptly got the part needed and got us back on the road within a couple hours. It would have cost us more to tow this vehicle to a shop than the cost of Ivan's entire bill. I am glad I found him, and we will be sure to use him again! I moved to Palm Harbor at the onset of the pandemic in June 2020, knowing no one and not knowing where anything was. Of course my car broke down immediately and that's when I found Ivan. At the time, he arrived with his mobile unit and had me up & running faster than I expected. I've used his services exclusively since moving here. He is transparent with costs and labor, fair with pricing and efficient.As a single mom and woman in general, choosing mechanics is very stressful and being taken to the cleaners is all too common. Ivan was a godsend after I regretfully bought a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 with so many hidden problems and underlying issues. He s polite, extremely professional and puts long hours in at the shop everyday. For me his communication is one of the things that stood out on top of his high quality and honest work. I gave him a huge very difficult project and he kept an open dialogue with updates on it all constantly. He didn t make the interaction feel transactional and you can tell he actually cares about his work. He s very fair / competitive with pricing. Will be bringing my truck to him for any future repairs / needs cause I finally found an actual mechanic with a real work ethic. Search no further!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Left on vacation and came back to a dead car. My fiance contacted Rapid Response Mobile Mechanic to come to my house and run a diagnostics check on my vehicle. He ran through it with a fine tooth comb, bumper to bumper, and provided me with the solution to my issue.He returned 4 days later, fixed exactly what he stated needed to be replaced and first times a charm, my car started right up! I was definitely a happy camper to come out of my house to see my vehicle running and ready to go!I was more than happy and comfortable with his service.
