The guys at R&B were great to work with! After my 1968 Cougar xr7 was in an accident, R&B took extra special care of my car, and returned it to me better than new. Tim coordinated the entire restoration, including submitting receipts to the insurance company, while Dave did awesome bodywork and fabrication, and Todd finished with a great paint job. I would recommend R&B to anyone who needs work done on their classic car.

Took a vehicle here on August 4th to be repaired. Waited over a month with no contact from them only to be informed they were STILL waiting on parts after I followed up with them. This was a work vehicle that was operable other than minor damage and cost me significant amounts of money to have sitting in this repair facility thinking it was being worked on. Despite this was apologized to and assured better contact would be made in the future. It is now the 25th of September, almost 2 months later, and I still have never received a call from them despite being told I would get called back every time I attempt to call and work has still not been started on for repair. WORST REPAIR EXPERIENCE EVER!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Trash. Waited 20 mins to get a estimate because employees were arguing. Quoted me 1200$ and said should hopefully not be anymore than that.. went to Frank's auto they quoted 950 next place I went was Mike's I got a great vibe from him very nice guy there he quoted me for 700$ all in all r&b was the most expensive and least professional! I would never take my vehicle there.

R&B has completed 4 different jobs for us. All were done timely and accurately as described. Staff was helpful and easy to get ahold of to set up jobs. Will definitely use again.

Guy has no idea what he's doing. Had to take my car back there three times. And HE STILL COULDN'T CORRECTLY MAKE THE REPAIRS. Not to mention the he gave me an attitude whenever i pointed something out to him. Stay away from this loon. Very unprofessional. Worst body work i have EVER seen. STAY AWAY.

Save time and aggravation. ..don't go to R&B Auto! !!!! I had to go back a second time for the same repairs and nothing was done! They don't even deserve 1 star!
