The owner is very helpful and offer reasonable prices. My minivan was leaking coolant. He diagnosed the issue, I went out to get the parts, came back the next day m, and he replaced the thermostat housing plus the thermostat while I waited. Very busy shop. For regular car maintenance I recommend you to drop off the car early in the morning and pick it up in the evening.Service: Engine repair

Great shop for German cars like BMW, VW, etc. Very reasonable prices compared to other places. Bojan is terrific. Highly recommend.

DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! My car needed a new fuel pressure regulator, that's it. I dropped it off to BOJAN and I gave him a whole week to fix my car, I dropped it off on a Saturday and the following Wednesday he said it was ready. I went to get, it was still doing the same exact thing it was doing before. I asked him what he fixed... He said that he changed out the solenoids. I told him that there was nothing wrong with the solenoids because I changed those out last year. He just said "OOPS!" He said to leave the car and he will fix it. Long story short, he lied to me saying that he had to remove the manifold. After googling WTH a manifold is, it's the exhaust system of the car.... Which has NOTHING to do with the FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR. I just went and picked up my car and drove it slowly home. The person that recommended him told me today that when he called BOJAN to ask how the repairs were going on my car, BOJAN told him to stay out of his business. Needless to say we are all looking for a new mechanic!!! DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Bojan is a great mechanic. I just hate the fact that he will stop in the middle of working to see about the next customer, then will come back to rush where he left off at. You have to really stay on top of him. And if you're not mechanically inclined, he will sometimes rip you off. Only his family/friends get tip-top service or if you are a customer with a foreign car.

Your car will come out in better condition if he went to the junkyard. This guy loves to ruin your car from top to bottom no matter what you go in for. I m not sure how his license when he runs a chop shop. Do not take your car here, he s a rip off try to charge me 1500 dallor n my alternator and a tube up n is still messed up never take ur cars to himServices: Electrical repair, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

Bojan Is hands down the best mechanic in Tampa Bay are . Great costumer service always there for you as soon you enter his shop to deliver and take care your car like a family !! His prices are the best in Florida and his knowledge about cars is highly recommended to everyone that needs repairs on a vehicle !!Know talking about VIP service he does it all !! My BMW with 60k miles had a "service engine soon" light and it had a few codes relating to engine misfire etc. JB imported diagnosed it as to replace timing chain quoted 5000$. Bojan at Pro touch is the last but only mechanic out of total four I visited who had a correct diagnose quickly at my 1st visit, he replaced the leak vacuum and then PCV valve with total 300$, the light has gone and not come back. I was skeptical when reviewed some extreme comments here, but the fact proved that Bojan is on the top tip for diagnosis and repairing of imported luxury cars with reasonable price.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

Bojan is really professional and you can tell that he, and his crew, love what they do. Bojan is always smiling and can tell what's wrong with your car just by listening to it. He's an artist of his trade and I won't go anywhere else but here. Quality of service is great and the costs are amazing. Protouch is the place to go for any repairs small or major.

I just recently brought my 2015 Mustang GT to have my Eibach lowering springs installed. I can tell you that Bojan is extremely knowledgable, and works hard. He is very friendly and will do more then an exceptional job on your vehicle. He just earned a loyal customer and many more to come.

I brought my 2005 FORD EXPEDITTION LIMITED there was a loud ticking nocking sound from engine . Owner said might be lifter ? But went for new phaser kit replacement $Low ball estimate escalating to over $300 than was quoted. Pick up for test drive and it s making same noise . Broke down 7 miles after picking it up brought back pick up next day broke down again this time I told him to tow it back and fix it . I also told him my reverse wasn t to strong but would back up and move without any problem just don t give it gas before it s starts to roll . HIS ANSWER TO EVERYTHING NO PROBLEM WE FIX MAKE NEW . Going back for 3rd time to pick up truck he park it in a with front end in slop like ditch . So they used REVERSE TILL IT WOULD NOT WORK AT NOW . Need 2 more workers to push truck out of ditch while he was in side still giving it gas in reverse putting it in drive and reverse to get it out by rocking it back and forth . When it did start to get out he backed into another car waiting to be serviced and put dented and scratched my rear bumper .I got in truck it was a mess with oil and grease everywhere on leather steering wheels arm rest a joke . Truck was making same loud noise . I ask him to take pictures of work when he did exchange parts so I can show buyers that this job was done .paid the bill $900 for nothing no better than I brought it in . Infact the truck never broke down just the noise before he did this .I NEVER GOT PICTURES OF WORK HE DID that I ask for before he start this job I m a dealer and was reselling this truck . I pick up drove it to lot 13 miles away over next couple of weeks had it detailed and put another 30 miles on it . It finally broke down again . Took to another shop and he said NO WAY THAT SOMEONE CHANGE PARTS AND YOU HERE THIS LOUD NOISE .So I ask for a bill and never got one from him also ask to see part order from his distributor that he purchase these part on day of starting work on my truck . Never saw them . Or did he offer . I m taking him to court for damages to my truck transmission and for not fix problem . This guy runs around 100 mph not paying attention to what you tell him to do . Yes he is cheap !! But also not real reliable and not honest . He robbed me cause I was a car dealer and first time me going there . Now my truck doesn t run it s skips no power engine light on that was never on before and electric throttle body light on .$5000 in damages to repair it to how it was rebuilt transmission and all new phase kit and labor needs to be done and the $275 detail it needed just to be able to sit in front seats area . Replace crack rear bumper cover and repaint it . This is why he is cheap !!!beware ask for parts sheet on your repair from his distributor that he put in . And see old one . Mine were thrown away (ya right) and pictures if he s doing major work to engine . .Keep you posted on with court out come .

Bojan has been fixing my cars for years.only person I trust he doesn't try to rip you off. He gets the job done and I don't have any follow up issues.

I brought my truck to him because it was not accelerating correctly and I thought it was the fuel pump he assured me it was the spark plugs and wires he was going to adjust something in the front end because it was shaking and when I left there it was still shaking and not running right upon acceleration two weeks later the fuel pump actually did go out and I had to pay somebody else to do it, so essentially I paid bojan $220 to change spark plugs and wires that didn't even need to be changed this guy has no idea what he is doing. He also did not provide a written estimate and only gave me a written bill of payment because I asked for it

Bojan is a hard worker. Always greet you with a smile. He tries his best to repair your automobile. After spending endless money at Aamco transmission in countryside I was referred to Pro Touch by a friend who lives in Tampa. I am still in awe that I can still drive my 2004 MDX. Thank you Bojan you are a blessing.

The owner is very Smart and nice but the people that work for him do not care how they fix and mess up your car I think he is to busy for all the customer he have his prices are some what cheaper for high end cars just be aware if you go there

Extremely fast service. Owner is very experienced usually knows what's wrong with your vehicle within a minute... Repairs are alot cheaper then in other places because they don't just tell you your engine blew but actually repair the problem instead of replace the whole thing.

At first I was thinking about bringing my car to have some work for my vehicle done but from the experience my mother went through after someone referred her there I immediately changed my mind after she spent well over $1400 with this guy for some engine work every since her cars been out of his shop she's been having more problems from compressor issues and throttle issues her car hasn't drove since it's got out of there shop these are problems she didn't have before he put his hands on the car after telling him this he acts as if it's not his problem in a unprofessional manner to the point my mom is putting this in here attorneys manner you don't treat people like this specially if you was recommended.....I advise you keep your vehicle far from this place unless you are there watching everything they do to your car be awareService: Engine repair
