Wow! Better service than I could have ever suspected. Ryan greeted me with a welcoming smile, listened patiently while we discussed my vehicle, gave me updates throughout the service, and thanked me for my business when done. This alone would have scored them a 10/10.However, after the service, Ryan and the Assistant Manager Kaelin spent at least 20 minutes with me, helping me understand the technical features of my vehicle. That was top notch.

Bad business. Charged me 2000.00 for a 99.00 part, caused damage to my murrano and now refuses to fix after service lady Nikki verified it was in showroom condition. Lovkey nissan verified the condition of my vehicle as almost perfect and now they can't believe the damage and negligence. Go to Lokey Nissan. This place will ruin your carServices: Electrical repair, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

I was greeted by Ruben upon arrival, He made my day just by listening to me and being so kind. Feels like it's not his job at all just like you met a friend. I had been here a couple of times since buying my car and I couldn't be happier. Prices are very fair and the staff is fantastic :) The dealership is so clean And very open and airy and light. The bathrooms are nice, plenty of coffee for you while you wait, vending machines very comfortable.

very bad experience with a rather rude young man when I attempted to drop me car off for an appointment for detailing. he never went to computer to look up appt. he was rude. when I mentioned I was in a hurry cause I had another appt his reply was that's not my fault. we walked out and won't be back to service area again. appt was thursday august 13th at 930 am. check your young staff, this young man needs a lesson in customer service attitude to customers. I have always been treated with kindness and respect here until that day.

I was disappointed with the service. Meaning I went in to get 2 key fobs programed and they said it would not take the programing, I purchased the fobs online. Nissan still charged me $95.00 and I was not even able to get the fobs working. It would have been great if nissan would have said "listen the fobs can't be programed, but we will not charge you cause it's not fair" but no they still got $95.00 out of me.. I see no honesty or integrity from the people there.

For being such a highly rated car dealership we had terrible service. My wife and I went in there looking for a vehicle that we were pre-approved online for and through the finance manager on the phone. When we got in there it was a totally different story. They kept trying to increase the down payment without running it through the bank. We told them we didn't want a certain type of vehicle and they actually brought fat vehicle out for us to try. We ended up getting frustrated with them and leaving. It was a very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless your credit is incredibly high and you don't mind getting pushed around

Very friendly staff not pushy about getting you into a car if your there for just some basic info. Offer an amazing warranty on their used vehicles. Definitely recommend checking it out

Wish I could give No Stars. My girlfriend was looking online, filled out a questionnaire with them. Got a call from a woman and they set up an appointment to look at the car. We showed up, got a totally different person than who she was speaking with. He said he would go get the car. He came right back in and went to the desk, sat amongst his coworkers and they were all chatting for a good 15 minutes. So we got up and left. He tried to stop us once we were out in the parking lot. Then they texted her later saying the car had a flat and they were trying to "assess" what to do. Well, you should have had that conversation with us first, so we didn't think we were being blown off. They won't get our business.

Let's start of strong with this one. Gentleman approached us very nicely and brought around the Cadillac ATS we saw online for our test drive. So I mentioned a couple of issues with the car but I wanted to get an idea of how much it would cost. What a surprise I got when he broke down the numbers and the car gained 2 thousand dollars from thin air. I mentioned it and he said that was due to me not giving a car for trade in and another because I need to finance with them. Oh man false advertising at its best the salesman couldn't find the deceiving explanation on the website until someone else showed me the dealer notes. What normal person goes around looking at dealer notes? Total false advertising and on top of that the salesmen try and intimidate you and don't even know any features of the cars they carry. People this dealership just wants to get you in to the dealership and give you random explanations on why the car is now thousands more...please don't give these people your money.

I guess they are good...my husband does all the up front dealings with them...I find them to be a little slow in some paperwork, but nothing to deter me from going back...

Be careful buying here, I am not saying cars are bad but turnaround is big and I am not sure if they inspect all the cars properly. Also some USED cars that I looked at were not even cleaned inside.
