I was introduced to this shop for an alignment adjustment. I went directly without making a reservation, but they treated me very kindly and brought my Mercedes-Benz back to life with a perfect alignment!! Thank you very much!! I hope to see you again next time!

Melk (the new owner) is very knowledgeable, and professional. He works hard to provide accurate diagnostics for his customers, and always provides and honest quote and will always inform you of any safety concerns your vehicle has! I have been using New Hope for a while and I wouldn t take my car anywhere else to be serviced. It s a very easy decision for me to come here. The price of whatever it is I m getting done is so much cheaper then any of those other big name car repair/tire shops! They can perform any complex car repair as well as anything pertaining to tires. They have many years of experience in the business and excellent customer service. There is never a long wait either. The guy that helped us was not very friendly and over charged us from what we were quoted. And it's funny anybody that gives this company a bad review he has the same comment for every review "that's not concerned to my business." Very bad business

I stumbled upon New Hope accidentally because another Uhaul dealer screwed my reservation up. New Hope made a bad morning into an amazing day. Super helpful. Super clean truck. Very organized. Extremely friendly. I ve now been back several times just to use New Hope and I live across town. But it s worth the quality experience!

Do not come here for major work terrible service. Went to get an engine replaced and the engine they put in still had major problems. Had to come back to get a seal replaced and the engine still had the same exact problem it was like a temporary fix that was done and a waste of thousands of dollars. I advise you do not get major work done here you will be cheated.& Hell to the no you can t service any of my vehicles in the future. I advise whoever wants service done here should only get easy to moderate things done by these people. Don t spend thousands here you ll waste your money and time.Service: Engine repair

Needed a tow to the shop when tow driver was running late Melk personally came and waited for the tow Saturday after the shop closed. Called us Monday with what was wrong and within 4 hours had the vehicle fixed and ready to be picked up.. would definitely use him again.

This is one of the most honest repair shops around. The owner, Hope, will go out of her way to actually show you exactly what you need for your repairs as well as the finished product. She's a highly credited instructor as well. Pricing is competitive and sometimes there are pricing perks with good discounts. The work always comes with a guarantee. I have been going back for years because the quantity of the work just can't be beat.

BEWARE! Not trustworthy people!!!My husband and I have used the old owner of New Hope Auto Repair before and were very happy. My husband took his truck into the new owner last week because his work truck was running rough and was accelerating up and down while stopped. My husband took it in and met the new owner and decided to give him a shot. He called us and said we needed a new control valve and some sort of evaporator part. He told my husband $450 out the door. We wanted to get a 2nd opinion and were going to pick it up. They called us back and said it would be $107 for the diagnostic. After talking about it we decided to just move forward and have them fix it. They called the next day to say it was ready. The owner then told me it was going to be $485 after telling both my husband and myself $450 out the door. I brought that up and he said "Oh okay, yes I'll change it." Okay no big deal. My husband uses it today for the first time and it is doing the same thing it was doing when we took it in. I called and spoke to the owner today. He tells me that the engine is running smoother but he thinks something is loose in the muffler. He said for my husband to bring it back by. When my husband arrived he basically said the same thing and told my husband to take it to a muffler shop. So basically he ripped us off for $450 and did not fix the problem. At this point I don't even know if anything was fixed on our truck at all.If you want to get ripped off and not get your vehicle fixed correctly than you should definitely try out the new owners of New Hope Auto Repair. If I could give a zero star review I would. Very very disappointed with our experience with the NEW owner that just took over a few months ago!

Hope has been servicing my vehicles for -- ages! She keeps my cars and truck in tip top shape - and if she tells me that I need it - I need it! She is honest, reputable and works hard to provide a great experience. She has saved me many times not only monetarily, but also time! I highly recommend her and New Hope Auto Services.

I've been going to Hope for over 10 years with both my vehicles. She's always done a great job and I trust that she wouldn't sell her business to just anyone. The new owner, Melck, has done a great job on my transmission, alternator, and oil changes and advised me that changing my TMPS was not necessary so I could save the money. Great honest guy!

I have used New hope auto for years and always been happy with the price and the results. Hope takes good care of your vehicle and the prices are fair. If there is an issue with the repair they take care of it immediately and with a smile. This is the shop to use.

as most people know electrical issues are a nightmare. I had our 2011 Ford Ranger at a local Ford dealership for almost 3 weeks and they couldn't resolve anything. I took it to New Hope and in 3 days they resolved all issues including reprogramming it's computer. I had taken my wife's van there a month or so earlier and Melck told us the minor issue did not need anything. Very honest, knowledgeable and friendly owner, I will take any future issues to him in the future.Service: Electrical repair

Hope, the owner is just wonderful! I have been taking my car and our company truck to her since I moved to Clearwater. I initially started took my car to her based on reviews I read. As a woman, I am used to mechanics trying to put one over me. Hope is honest and her pricing is fair. I like that she tells you what needs immediate attention. It helps very much when you're on a budget.

My car stalled out coming home from work, and wouldn t restart. I called AAA for a tow to my typical mechanic, but opted to go with their suggestion of New Hope Auto Repair - it was very close to home! Needless to say, Hope was around at 7:30 that evening to take my call and receive my car. Hope followed through with everything she said and had the issue diagnose with an estimate by 8:30 the next morning. I picked my car up two hours later! Honest, fair, and excellent customer service. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you so much, Hope.

I have had a couple of 15 plus year old BMW convertibles and hope does and excellent job of keeping them running. She has all the right diagnostic tools. Even better she is experienced enough to find creative solutions to keep these old guys running. Hope offer excellent service at a very fair price.

New Hope has worked on a couple of vehicles for me. They do an excellent job, very thorough and procedural. My car broke down and I had no AAA, New Hope had me towed to their garage and replaced my water pump, pulley, belt, and tensioner in one day. Highly recommend.

Hope and her team at New Hope Auto & Truck are honest and knowledgeable. Hope has been doing this work for a long time and does whatever it takes to get your vehicle fixed properly and affordably. She is one hard working business owner! They work on modern cars, classics and diesels too.

Was referred by a coworker. My car needed a part that had to be ordered from the manufacturer and it was quick to come in. I appreciate that Hope owns the business and has a lady mechanic! I received same day service and will recommend New Hope Auto to everyone I know. Thanks Hope and crew!

Very disappointed. I came in with a complaint of a front end noise in my Honda Odyssey and they said it was the ball joints and struts so they replaced them. The noise was still there when I picked it up so I went back and they kept it all day and then said they found nothing loose or out of place. So I am now out almost $1100 and I'm back where I started. Had they driven the car first to verify the noise and found nothing they should have told me they didn't hear anything and just have me pick the car back up. Instead they decided to replace whatever they thought was "worn" and figured it would take care of things. Stay tuned . . . it gets worse. When I went to do the regular maintenance on it shortly thereafter I found that both spindle nuts had not been peened back on properly, that one of the rotor mounting screws was missing, that the right ball joint boot was torn, and that the castle nut on that side was missing the cotter pin. Good thing I caught all that when I did! They shot themselves in the foot as I had been bringing them company vehicles and friends' cars. Won't be going back.

New owner is very nice and did great work. Replaced my compressor on my car's A/C without issue. A/C is ice cold now. Definitely Recommend
