I just called and asked if I bought a jug of windshield washer fluid, and paid them, would they put it in for me. I'm disabled. I was told they're not allowed to touch cars. I told him they had put wipers on for me and he in a rude tone told me they shouldn't have done that. I then called Advance Auto and asked them the same question and was told they would be happy to do it for me. Guess who got deleted from my contacts and who got added!

I'm sure the place is fine and I found what I needed, but good lord, they are slow! There were three customers in the store and two guys working there. We waited to checkout for like 30min. The one guy was wandering around saying someone will help you soon. I was wonder, man what do you do here. The other guy that was working. I could swear he just fell asleep helping one customer at the cash register. Or he took 15 minutes just typing a search. I have no clue.. in short if you are in a hurry.... Never go to this location!!

I went in the store to replace the battery in my key fob. The man behind the counter wearing an arm sling had me wait while he talked on the phone for a while, then asked me what I wanted because he was now "on hold and can talk". He proceeded to tell me he had never seen my key fob before, had no idea what battery it took, and had no idea how to open in. He was the most lazy and useless employee I've ever come across. I then asked another employee I saw outside and he claimed he had "never seen that type of key fob either", lol. I drive a Nissan for crying out loud. I then went to Advanced Auto Parts where the guy changed it for me in about 3 minutes. Never coming here again!

Nice clean store. Parking available.Staff was nice but I was given the wrong wipers for my SUV. I even questioned clerk before leaving. I had to go back and get right one. Also,this auto store does not install them as other stores do. I asked if they were hard to install and clerk said he didn't know. They were. Price was good as they were more high end.

Brake job on daughter's suv, I got the wrong pads, they got it figured out and had pads in stock. Beware, she's back on the road!

NAPA is the best auto parts store, the store-brand parts and oil filters are OEM quality and you can't get that at any of the other auto parts stores. If you are going to drive it yourself, get the parts at NAPA.
