Small place but that's what I like about it. Good customer service, friendly staff, and they usually have in stock what you're looking for.If not they can have it next day in most cases. Prices are fair, yes you may find something cheaper elsewhere but for me my time is more important than saving a couple of dollars, you can't buy your time back!5 stars overall

Had exactly what I needed at a very high cost. Twice as much as any other store in area. Very clean and well organized store. Staff was helpful.

Went again Oct 29. New people working there. Fast service, friendly. A++. ....previously Stopped in to get a fuel filter. One customer in the store, 2 people working. No one in the phone. Waited a while. Gave up and went to AutoZone.

What a pleasure it was to go in there today and be treated with respect and courtesy. I was greeted with a ' good morning ', even though they were busy and I had just walked in and was in line. I just needed to have the battery in my car tested as I had to have it jumped started twice before. Bill was kind and very helpful, waiting for me as I took my time with my walker, holding the door open for me and then checking my car battery. Unfortunately, my battery needed to be replaced and Bill looked up the information about the correct battery that is suited for my vehicle and gave me the options. I explained my situation and he looked into discounts and told me to come back and see him and he'll help me. Bill made me feel comfortable and being disabled, just having my rent raised, my food stamps decreased and other issues I couldn't get the new battery right at that moment. Somehow, God was with me and so was Bill, because I got a new battery! I was blessed with an Angel! Thank you Bill at Napa, you brought my spirits up. You made me believe in mankind again! Thank you so very much! I will never forget you Bill.

Ordered something online here to have it delivered to the store. Said it would be there by the next day. Sounded too good to be true to me so I waited 3 days. Ordered it Monday, walked into the store on Thursday. They didn't have the part. Not even too mad cause I knew this was gonna happen. Staff was nice enough tho.

Clean store and very nice employees. My son called about parts a very nice lady helped him on the phone. pulled parts he needed before I arrived to the store to pick them up. Will shop here again.

When I entered the store, two employees were talking at the register. They were in the middle of something however (and this is the ONLY reason they have 2 stars instead of 1) they both looked up and smiled at me, the woman said she'd be right with me. I was being patient. I did not inturrupt them. The gentleman walked away and the woman returned to a customer that was on hold. The rest of that phone call was ten minutes long, which was not a problem. Except that a third employee came up to the front while the cashier was on the phone, he ALSO smiled at me and said hello. But did not offer to help. Now I was not looking around the store, I was not looking at my phone or anyting... I clearly have been standing there this long to ask for help from an employee here. But after that gentleman said hello he retreated to the back again. Finally the female employee gets off of her phone call, and apologize to me and said that she would be right with me. Although I was growing impatient and frustrated, I still smiled and politely said okay. Another ten minutes goes by as she types notes into her computer screen, a fourth employee comes to the front, and does not help me. I finally side out loud, she looked up at me annoyed and said "can I help you?" Her phone then ring again. And I just replied no. You take your phone call. And I walked out of the store. I went back under the hood of my car that was parked directly outside of the front doors check my oil one more time, and drove away without any help despite the for employees that crossed my path and the 20 minutes I was in the store. Terrible customer service. Or just completely understaffed.

Really nice guy named Bill that tested my car battery and found out it was not good. They also brought me out water while I was in the parking lot with no A/V because of my battery. Great customer service. Convenient location. I will be back.

My fiance and I brought our 2012 Chevrolet Cruze here if I was able to give these guys a 100 stars I would they were amazing because they treat you like family we had to replace our thermostat housing and valve cover gasket it wasnt bad for how much they charged for the work that needed to be done we will be coming here for whatever work that needs to be done I love these guys.....

The sales person behind II ER was able to help me as quick as I could be helped. Both sales people seemed to know what they were doing. I would go back if I needed something else.

Selection seems decent enough. Went there to buy hose clamps (around 1") and they literally had no spring clamp style clamps which are extremely common in cars especially in hard to reach spots. It's very surprising to find a large autoparts store that doesnt have such basic supplies.

I came there for one thing and ended needing a jump on the last Sunday of the year... I am a drummer for a local church... The place was relatively empty... I asked for assistance and was never assisted I missed the entire service and pay... ON THE LAST SERVICE OF THE YEAR. As a black male I am taken aback at how they could do such a thing. I will look for someone to be reprimanded.

oftentimes the counter service is slow, but sometimes that's because they are busy. I can't complain about this location - used them plenty of times and they have been helpful - plus remember your AAA discount if you have it.

Very helpful personnel when comparing prices they're about equal with most of the other Auto Parts places I think they have a bigger selection on hand or another store you can get it quicker then most of these Auto Parts where you have to order the part especially hard to find part they were a great help

Fantastic! Went to auto zone and advance, they can't do anything without their computer. They just stared at me like i was asking for kryptonite. I needed brake lines for a custom application, decided to try napa before just ordering online. I told him what I needed and he gave the parts to me. No computer searching no what's your make and model.

Won't be going back to this Napa anytime soon. Front counter "Service" guy Stephen shouldn't be on service counter much less working with the public. How hard can it be to look up a belt for a 2006 6.0 engine? Do you really have to catch an attitude with your paying customer and slam your mouth and body forward as well as throw the computer monitor around to the extent of almost braking it? Funny thing is.... How would you ack if you were not sitting behind a counter? I'm sure Napa isn't thinking your acting this way on their dime. I've been coming into that store since they built it and have a fleet of trucks. There is another parts store down the street beging me for my account. They just took another customer from your store. I will not be using Napa again. It's not that hard to go to a store without an attitude.

This is the place to go for automotive paints staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do seem to be under staffed for how busy they are. I was there on a Monday at about 12:30.

I went to three auto parts stores looking for a brake safety switch for an old Jeep nobody had it went to Napa they had it on the shelf in and out
