Above and beyond staff! Helped me understand what was going on with my car, even showed me so I could understand, answered all my questions too. Very patient and knowledgeable. Prices were also great and fair. I'll be back!Edit: I had to get my exhaust fixed. It runs great now!

I ve had 2 flat tires in the last 6 months or so. Both times they were able to quickly get me in and fixed up right away. Everyone I ve encountered here has been incredibly polite. Very reasonably priced and has never tried to overcharge me.

Highly recommend this Meineke location to anyone. They went above and beyond. Tyler the owner was very kind when answering my calls, the tech who helped me (Mike maybe) when I was there I forgot his name but he took the time to show me everything that was needed for my vehicle and wasn t trying to up-sale or overcharge me due to my lack of car knowledge . Hank in the office was very detailed in all of my warranties, points program incentives and put up with me calling and sending me the information I needed by email. I went to 3 locations in total and I can tell you Meineke was the most thorough, cost efficient, and trustworthy location with the kindest staff out of the three I dealt with. Let my research and experience be your gain in regards to finding your total car care mechanics. You ll be grateful you picked this location.

Hi, I highly recommend Meineke CCC #1659. Hank, the car doctor diagnosed that "the reason why my car shakes violently if speed was 50 or more mph, was due to my tires about to blow". Anyways, aside from that, Meineke crew worked on it for like that day/done. There was more to it than just the tires (but I got all new tires at a good price). So yeah, the Meineke crew really do know their craft--expert mechanics, all of them! I am so glad I took my car to them, thank you so much!!^_^

Nice place. Very helpful. Nice fish tank on premises; good magazines.Checked my front and rear break shoes and pads, which concerned me.. Showed me where break pads show only some decrease on them. Assured Me that the breaks are, in relatively good condition. So I left after only a thorough brake cleansing or flushing as the brake fluid was dirty.Thank you Meineke.Kindly delete after viewing this review.

I've been going to Meineke for a few years now and Hank always takes care of me. Never tried to talk me into something that I don't need. I always make an appointment and they usually take me right away. Hank is a very knowledgeable mechanic he explains everything that needs to be done. I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.

I was told by my mechanic that I needed some work done on my exhaust that would run me between five and $600. I told him I would think about it and get back to him that very day I went over to Meineke knowing that that s what they do And stopped by and met Hank and pj. I was treated professionally and welcomed as soon as I came through the door . Pj looked at my car and told me it would be one of two options depending on parts needed. Once he got under my car. I scheduled the appointment and came back the following week being today. Again I walked in and was like an old friend Pj was on time and ready to go, Hank told me about the work they would be doing, and the cost of a future oil change went in depth and gave me more information than I needed. As I waited for my car, I witness many people mostly women going in to their store and coming out with smiles, and what seemed like very happy customers. Hank even gave the keys to his personal car to one of the customers to take home so she did not need to wait for her car. When we were done I went up to the desk to pay to find out it was only $160 when my mechanic was willing to charge me 600. I had been there for a few hours and had not eaten and by the time I was checking out with Hank. I was starting to feel my blood sugar level drop. He very quickly offered me his banana which with his personal breakfast I can t say thank you enough and to anyone out there who is leery or questions their mechanic go check out these guys at Meineke and Clearwater. They re awesome. I would highly recommend them to friends and family , I will be going back next week for my oil change.Ps they had a really clean bathroom

Took my car for in exhaust inspection after getting estimates from two other automotive repair. Meineke was the cheapest out of the three places.I dealt with Hank who was very nice and honest and he didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. I would recommend this repair shop to anybody. Five stars all the way

I waited 3 hours to get an oil change. The store was understaffed so I could understand if the oil change took like an hour to an hour and a half but it took 3 hours. After an hour and a half the person at the desk came and talked to me about all the things that needed to be done with my car. He said my break pads needed to be replaced and my battery was bad (I just bought the battery). It s at this point that I look outside to see that my car is still in the parking lot exactly where I left it. I ask the person if my car was in the bay right now to which they said yes. So I told them it was still in the parking lot and they told me to wait while he figured things out. So he comes back ten minutes later and rather than talking to me about the situation with my car he tells a customer who came in 30 minutes ago about it because they re gonna have to wait a little longer now (spoiler they got out of there before I did). So I learn by listening to their conversation that they serviced the wrong car. And it s not like it was just another ford focus (like mine) it was a ford expedition (a full sized suv). So they finally take my car back and after being there for 3 hours any reasonable person would be forgiven for thinking I would receive this oil change heavily discounted if not free. Instead, I left with a $71 bill for a synthetic blend oil change in a ford focus. The average price I remember paying is about $50. I will never step foot in a meineke again.

Horrible customer service avoid this place!!!My friend and I came here to diagnose my car s problem. The white haired old guy who stays at the front desk ignored us for 15 minutes once we got his attention he was not happy, rude and not helpful at all. Since I am from the middle east he was acting like my english is horrible and made me repeat same word over and over again and again. Even though I spelled word correctly. He was racist and and didn t want to take care of my car.

Deceiving ad advertising a29.95 oil change online. Pressed me to get synthetic oil instead. An hour and twenty minutes later he came in and handed me a bill for over $120. I can say with confidence, I won t be back!

I am still in awe over my Meineke car experience. Unfortunately, I was traveling from out of town and my car broke down. I managed to get it to Meineke where Hank, the store manager, and his team treated me and my vehicle like royalty with minimal expenses. The amount of knowledge and competency of this crew amazed my friend and me! Hank and his team are truly assets to any company they work for. Aside from being knowledgeable about automobiles, Hank was knowledgeable about life, and what it takes to connect with people. Came in for an oil change and turns out my radiator was cracked & my tires were getting old. Turned a $100 maintenance to $1200 fix. But Hank was very kind enough to walk me through the issues and what the priorities were. Had an issue once I had picked up my vehicle so I brought it back & they fixed it right away and got me off to work. Took off a star because the hours made it hard for me to get the car done without taking time off.

Someone wanted to buy my car and took it there to be checked out. They came up with $1,500 worth of repairs. I researched them on my own and could have had them done for 600. One belt they said needed replaced would be an hour in labor. Get those when you get your oil change done with no labor charge

I needed a catalytic converter for my Kia Soul. Everywhere I went to to get an estimate. It was always 2,000-2400. I called Meineke and it was half that. Thank you Hank and everyone at Meineke. One happy customer for sure.

First time using this Meineke location and I was very satisfied by their customer service and repairs.Just needed my truck's AC recharged. They pulled my vehicle into a bay within minutes of handing over the keys. I mentioned a low tire, so they aired it up and checked the other 3 as well. The tire that was low had lost some pressure again by the time they were done working on the AC. They checked the tire and found a small nail which they removed and patched.Service: Auto A/C recharge

This was a great experience with competent results. Muffler trouble had been plaguing me for 3 months. We talked through what it could be, what it probably wasn't, and got the necessary components. By midday they called me and told me my car was ready. I paid and drove away and immediately discovered that I still had a problem. But it wasn't with Meineke it was with my car. Turns out I had an undiagnosed rear bearing problem. Heads up on that people. Sounded just like a muffler going bad in the back. Hank diagnosed that as well as pj, a quality installer. He came on a little test drive with me and we localized the problem. They got the part and in under an hour and a half later I was driving away with a new bearing and a new catalytic converter pipe with the flex coming right off the engine in the back. Not going to lie, quality costs. But with the 12-month warranty and timely service on the only day I had for it, it's nice to know there's a quality service center that I certainly will return to for any additional needs. Thank you! Needed 3 separate parts replaced. The parts were ordered and arrived exactly when they said they would, and everything was finished on the same day.My car runs great now!

Not enough stars to rate this place! Usually, as a woman, I do not like going to the mechanics (been uncharged every time or they try to sell me things that aren't needed). PJ and Hank were straight up honest guys who took the time to explain things to me. Never felt on edge. They took great care of me, I was in and out. Highly recommend women-approved!!! I'll be back!

I ve been there two or three times prior to my visit yesterday Hank your employee has been there every time through three different vehicles he is absolutely amazing employee. He always talks all details and amounts and a great human being. What a pleasure it is to have him I will always come back to you guys just because he s there. Hank makes that business I tell you. But five stars for sure.
