We waited for 2.5 hrs for incomplete service. We were scheduled for an oil change and a 27 multi point inspection. Also I asked if they could take a look at the L rear tire as it had been losing air. When they told us the car was done I saw the tire hadn't been looked at and the 27 point inspection wasn't done. I asked why and the lady at the desk said she had no idea why and the tech didn't make any comments on paper. So basically 2.5 hrs for incomplete service. I do not recommend this service center .Gail hawley

So let me start off by saying we actually purchased a vehicle here and the process was for the most part up to par.Unfortunately every time I had my wife bring in the vehicle in for oil changes and what not a man named chuck gave her a hard time. He has 0 customers experience and is quite literally the reason I won t be purchasing my next car(which I m currently looking for) through lokey.Chuck if your reading this please sit back and truly think about how much business you ve lost due to you re interactions with customers. Perhaps a few classes would help

What a crock. Watch these people. They told me my Jeep Grand Chrokee would tow 7000 lbs. No, it's rated for 3500 lbs! They forgot to take my down payment check and called later to say they were going to send a tow truck to come and reposses it if I didn't come in immediately. Now, I am trying to schedule my free oil change. The online app won't work. So I text. The app asks for my phone number, then asks which of my two vehicles BY NAME that I am asked about. I reply. Then they asked me again. I give up and call. Push 1 for service, and the woman says she can only book new appointments but can't see if the app took the original one. Advice: Choose another company. These people have no clue what good customer service means. Don't believe all the 5 star reviews they post.

Showed up for a scheduled service appointment. Arrived on time only to find that there was a two hour wait. A two hour wait for a scheduled service is entirely unacceptable.

Can LOKEY NISSAN SERVICE get any worse?? Last time I was there, they didn't even have my service in their system, even though I placed the service request online, "Must have been a glitch" is the B.S. line I was told.... Went ahead and dropped the truck off, was told it would be taken care of, when I picked the truck up, turns out they didn't even change the oil (I bought the truck from them) and they sell you on "FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE!!!" Which is crock of YOU KNOW WHAT.I gave up on their service and they did a marketing call to me recently, even though I've told them no less than 20+ times to remove me from their system(s) and NOT contact me... And I told the nice lady on the phone about my past service problems and was assured all issues have been resolved, and to "Please give us another chance." which I did.I made an appointment online, CALLED TO MAKE SURE IT WENT THROUGH and spoke with Janelle M the "EXPRESS" service advisor and sure enough, the appointment went through, see you next week.Fast forward to today (15-JUN) and I go to drop the truck off for a "FREE OIL CHANGE" (Recall this was a selling point for buying my truck from LOKEY) and it's a minimum of two (2) hours for a basic "Express" oil change (and possibly longer, since we're busy and "short staffed" according to Janelle M).LOKEY NISSAN SERVICE STRIKES AGAIN!! I said no thanks, walked back to my truck and went on my way. I don't think a 30 minute "Express" oil change should take 2 hours, at least not in my world. I'd rather pay TIRES PLUS for the oil change and keep my 1/2 day that LOKEY NISSAN SERVICE would like to waste.And, here's the kicker....!! While I'm pulling in to the NON-"Express" service appointment @ LOKEY NISSAN SERVICE, I receive the following text:"Hey, This is Frankie From Lokey Nissan! I'm reaching out to touch base with you before your upcoming service appointment. Here's the deal my boss has put me in charge of filling my used car lot and I really like to have your car on it. Because of the supply shortage, I would be able to get you more than what the car is worth! If you could do me this favor I would most certainly return the favor on my end. All it takes is 15 min of your time while you're waiting in service. Let me know if you're interested. Simply reply Y for yes and N for no" [Recall that I've requested OVER AND OVER AND OVER for them to NOT market to me and LOKEY JUST CAN'T GET IT]It's insult to injury from the gang at LOKEY NISSAN as a whole.One word of advice to the LOKEY GANG, when you're in a hole, STOP DIGGING!---18-JUN-23 UPDATE: And the hits keep a coming!! LOKEY NISSAN called me on Friday to quality check my "Recent service visit" you know the one described above that DIDN"T EVEN HAPPEN!! And I let the nice lady (who happens to be the same lady who has called before to "Quality Check" LOKEY's work) and I informed her of the most recent LOKEY NISSAN, S-N-A-F-U. "'ll be sure and have someone in Management call you, Mr. Clayton" was her response.YEAH, RIGHT. I've heard all of this before, it won't happen.AND NOW, to add in even MORE LOKEY NISSAN SHANANAGANS, I received a ADVERTISEMENT MAILER from LOKEY NISSAN, they just can't help themselves anymore.I AM SELLING MY NISSAN TRUCK AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE A NISSAN PRODUCT EVER AGAIN. I'll let Mother NIssan know this, although I have the real suspicion that NO ONE CARES, unfortunately.

Very happy with my recent visit. I needed to have two tires replaced, an alignment, and an oil change. I found the tires online and ordered based on what fit and was in stock and luckily Lokey Nissan had them (which is where I purchased the vehicle about 2 years ago.) From the moment I got there I was treated wonderfully. A young lady greeted me, don't think I was given her name. From there I went into the service department and worked with Janelle, and she was fantastic! She looked up my order and went over everything I needed. I hadn't originally scheduled an oil change, but it was time for one, so she got that scheduled in, and kindly offered the complimentary car wash. Would only add on a little bit of time, and that was needed as well, so she took care of that also. I had originally planned to wait in the lobby and just hang out while the work was being done, but of course nothing ever goes to plan, so I needed to use the shuttle service to get home and work for a few hours. Janelle quickly got Louis on the phone, and arranged for him to take me to my home. Louis was great as well and got me home quickly and safely. The work on the car was done quicker than expected, Louis came back and picked my up from home and get me back to Lokey Nissan. Janelle reviewed the work that was done, discussed the safety inspection, quickly checked out and had my car pulled up for me. Everything really went so smoothly! Very pleased with the overall experience and quality of work done. Also, as a woman sometimes going into a mechanic shop or dealership, it can be intimidating because it s typically a male dominated area. I was very pleased and thankful to have two young ladies to work with while there, and it made the whole interaction just that much more pleasant.
